Method 2: You can try running the following commands and check if the problem occurs and also to see if the printer comes back online after
a. click the Start button, and type cmd in the box start search
b. right click on cmd in the list programs and select run as administrator
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click continue
c. at the command prompt, type the following commands and press ENTER after each one
net stop spooler
and then
net start spooler
This will stop and restart the print spooler service. If this solves the problem of the printer is offline, please let us know.

2. are you able to boot into Windows after the Blue error screen?
3. do you have security software installed on the computer?
This error occurs generally if there are bad sectors on the hard disk.
I suggest that you perform a CHKDSK scan on the computer by using the recovery console, which would scan for bad sectors on the hard drive will try to get it back.
- Insert the Windows XP CD into your CD drive and restart your computer. If you are prompted, select any options needed to start (boot) on the CD.
- When the text portion of Setup begins, follow the prompts. Select the repair or recovery option by pressing R
- When you are prompted, type the administrator password.
- Type: chkdsk /r and press ENTER.
When you are finished, type exit and your PC will restart and if all goes well start Windows.
Note: If there is any data on the bad sector on the hard drive, it can be lost. If you can boot into Windows, I would say that you back up the data and continue.

I have back Windows 10 to Windows 7 Home Premium as suggested previously and it worked fine. Then knit as well as the sound function keys, but I now have a problem with the printer. I have a Toshiba Satellite.
I am trying to print and get the message "...". You must install a printer.

I have a USB device 2.0 DCC which works very well under all of our Windows XP machines, but not based on Vista. The device uses the usbser.sys driver and emulation of the virtual Comm Port.
The text of the listing shows the same information on Xp and Vista, except under vista it shows no open pipes. Shows Device Manager: device can not start (error Code 10).
Using Vista I can't connect to the vista of CDC through concentrators or device to any other device wireless hub except for a Dlink Wireless hub, which has a layer of software between the CDC device and the PC. With Xp, it all works very well on more than one PC, with Vista, there are questions. I use the INF manufacturer provided for Vista, still no results.
Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.

The Code 10 error code is generated when the Device Manager has not enough information or the error that is upward by device drivers is not recognized by Device Manager. In addition, this error may occur if one of the pilots who needs the unit does not start. If multiple drivers are used by a particular device, it can be difficult to determine which failed.

Check the feature you want is back... If Yes...
Install a single update of the list.
Reset.
Test.
Always good on the feature you want? Repeat the process again and again until you find either the bad update (here and report back which one it was) or you have all the installed and always your full functionality.

TC - 705 crashed. does not start. error message

I downloaded vanilla but after I extracted it I could not make heads or tails of it. The Readme went on and on the forums running with it but not said me something about how to launch it. I have a question on how to launch online, but the first statement, I had was to open my WOW file. I knew then that I had wandered in some elses universe. After reading more later, I realized that he was playing.
All of this is moot right now because my DVD drive and all my usb ports are dead. There is nowhere where ever I go except in the bios.
At this point, I don't think that there is nothing I can do. The computer is still under warranty and I have a one year protection plan so I'll let Newegg and Acer deal with reclamation.
