  What is the name and the product number of your printer? How can I find my model number or product number?

  There are several models of Laserjet 200 series.

  Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector) This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation. Poor power connections can cause problems of copy and scanning and rejection of the toner.

  Here is a document for the cleaning of the glass and Platinum. You will notice that there are two areas for the glass, one for the dish and the other is for the ADF.

  • Copies, faxes, or Scans have Vertical black and white lines to the exit.

  Do not take into account the model and the title. Proceed to step three: clean the glass and Platinum sweeping.

• I have a blue line on the left side, going up and down my screen.

  I have an iMac 21.5 inch late 2009 model and running El Capitan V. 10.11.6. My problem is that I now have a blue line that extends from the top of my screen, starting to the right of 'File' and runs all the way down. The only thing I did recently was last updated iTunes on 18 July and I updated on July 20 of the OS that was yesterday.

  The single trouble shoot I did is off my computer for a few hours. However, the line is always there. Someone at - it this experience? I have attached the Image after reboot of my iMac.

  

  Have you tried a system management controller - reset?

• LaserJet pro 400 color: Blue lines on the right side of the page when printing in color

  When printing in color I get this blue line that occurs on the right side of the page. It is darkest near the edge and shoot low towards the printed part of the document. It is a vertical line that follows the entire length of the page. I printed a report of quality and it is always present. In my view, this indicates that it is a hardware issue, rather than software. Is there some rolls or the part that needs to be cleaned? Can you provide a link to the instructions?

  My laptop screen has suddenly started to show a thin blue line that goes up and down the screen, so that it does not interfere with the details of the screen it is very annoying and I d rather try to get rid of it.

  I turned on my Qosmio yesterday to find a series of unwanted blue lines, distorting the Qosmio logo. Lines and distortion continued until the operating system came at the opening of my office. At this point the whole system locked and the screen went completely blank.

  The Qosmio player suffers from the same problem. The boot system, but crashes when the display is asked to do something.

  My Qosmio is still under warranty, and I am very happy to send it because Toshiba has one of the best customer service I've had to face.

  But, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

  I think that the simplest and the best way to resolve this weird display problem is to bring the unit to the ASP. Laptop you is guaranteed to be protected and a replacement is free.

• Qosmio F30-117 - green and blue lines on screen

  Then my F30-117 worked well recently until I turned on and had green and blue lines (kind of like scan lines) straddling the fence.
  I tried to install the new drivers from nvidia, but that has not worked, as Vista comes to pick up their as unknown.

  Anyone who has a solution? Don't you think that the graphics card needs to be replaced?

  Connect the laptop to an external monitor and see if the same thin blue line appears on the second monitor.

  If the same line will be available on the external monitor, I assume that there is something wrong with the cell phones of the GPU (graphics chip).

  From my research, this issue seems to be common for this model of printer.
   
  Replace the cartridge of the printer to resolve the issue. Here's a post that responds to this problem of Dell support. Check if the post will help you also.
  Blue lines on the A940 prints

• Linksys EA9500 LED problem - a solid blue line

  I had the EA9500 for a little more than a month without problems and the strong performance.

  Just yesterday, I noticed that the extreme left LED is a solid blue line on the top and the bottom of the white LED.  So the white LED is there (al that strong white LEDS is there), and above and below the left LED is a solid blue line.  It has been published.

  I restarted the router, it just comes back.

  I checked the router diagnostics and everything seems OK.  My son says that he has wireless connectivity problems, but I don't know if the two are related.

  I can't find a source to tell me what it means to the blue line.

  The blue LED when the EA9500 is running indicate a device connected to MU-MIMO which is very cool and high technology.

• impression of 8000 poor quaility and blue lines

  Jet office pro 8000 color printing quaility with blue lines all of a sudden.  I used a non HP cartridge and switch to a HP one and the problem is persisiting.

  The printer Officejet 8000 has separated from the printheads and ink cartridges.  The system directs ink cartridges down left of the printer until the printheads in the internal part of the unit.

  When a cartridge is changed in the 8000 there is still residual ink in the pipes and a little in the print head of the unit.  If you use Non HP ink, then it is possible that this ink is currently harmful has already damaged or the printhead (s) of description.

  However, there is a document with steps to help resolve when an Officejet 8000 has developed a print quality problem.  The document can be found here.
