  (2) save the remote assistance request computers
  (3) modify the remote request for Assistance (RcBuddy.MsRcIncident) using a text editor (such as notepad) and replace the private - section of IP address should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,192.168.1.33:3389 «»
  with the public IP address from whatismyip.com or elsewhere - should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,74.125.47.147:3389 «»
  (4) save the file of RcBuddy.MsRcIncident 'new '.

  I'm sorry to say, but you have made two big mistakes:

  (a) you forgot to backup your data regularly, e.g. once per week.
  (b) you have not backed up your data before making a major change, such as when your data encryption.
  There is a small chance that you can repair the damage with the found here BitLocker Repair tool:

  If this isn't the case, then you will have to deal with this disaster as a harsh reminder that regularly back up the files is not an option but a 'must '.

  I never heard talk about fonts moving once someone enters a serial number, but here are a few things to try:

  1. If you use a font management program, make sure that the fonts you need are still installed and assets.

  2. If you do not use a font management program, make sure that the fonts you need are in the proper location for your operating system.

  3 read the tips at http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-photoshop-cs5.html and see if any apply to your situation.

  On my Satellite L300 with Power Saver too I choose stand by mode if I close the lid. So, you should try to update the Power Saver software.

• After entering the mode 'sleep', WIndows 8 occasioanlly stops.

  This happens rarely; only three times since the installation of Windows 8 about two months ago.  I use my computer on a regular basis and prefer to put in mode 'sleep'. Normally, the screen turns off first followed quickly by the computer go to sleep - in other words, all the lights and sounds of my Tower disappear and everything is happy.

  Sometimes after the screen stops normally, the computer takes about 5 seconds before the tower was asleep, before turning off. The delay is very sensitive. The next time I turn on my computer, it goes through the normal startup process (does not wake from sleep).  There is no error, BSOD or anything, but I lost all my previous session data as if I shut down the computer completely.

  I think I've identified the relevent event in Event Viewer.  The most recent is as follows:

  However, I couldn't find anyone get the same problem subsequently to spend in sleep mode, but then again I don't know much about this stuff ~

  I've updated my laptop it has windows 8.1 to 10 and for a few days then my touchpad/pointer has been gel 4-5 seconds after I touch any key on the keyboard. for example. If I hit enter then I can't move the pointer for a few seconds... I can always use the left and right click while the pointer does not move.

  Everything worked perfectly until I upgraded to windows 10 and everything else outside the mouse freezing seems to work properly after the upgrade.

  Any help fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
