  No, as far as I know it of not possible to use a port on laptops Satellite Pro Replicator.
  All laptops that support the Port Replicator has a port extension at the bottom of the unit.
  To my knowledge, the Satellite Pro series don t have this port.
  For now only the Tecra and some units Protégé(ie: S100) supports this feature.

  A week ago my Fn + F5 shortcut suddenly stopped showing any alternative display. Now all I have is an option: LCD screen.
  Since then, I tried everything I can think of: Boot with S-video cable connected
  Updated to the latest NVidia Go drivers
  Update Bios
  (always fully patched on windows update)
  There is no settings BIOS for S-video.

  I tried to force the external display in the NVidia control panel with no luck.
  I noticed about a week there is a update from Toshiba came via windows update - update of the ACPI. I tried to roll back the driver and that didn't make any difference either. There is no option to uninstall this update, that I had to go into system and search for the item under system devices and reduce.

  I can only think that windows this or another day it was fact, that there are no other relevant updates. Just malicious tool updated.

  This leads me around the bend. If anyone has had this problem or knows how to solve? I can't watch anything on my TV more and I'd rather not a factory re - install.

  Without clean OS install, it will be problematic to find out why this happen. We can only speculate here, but it's not easy to say with certainty what can be the problem. AFAIK more switch options are available if mobile recognizes that some external device is connected.
  Obviously external peripheral is not recognized correctly.
