  The file is not on your system. There is only a registry entry that is refencing a nonexistent file. That's why you get the message.

  If you disable the entry in Autoruns, Autoruns moves the registry entry to another location so that it is not used during Windows startup.

  If you want to permanently delete the registry entry, right-click in Autoruns and click on delete. Or you can remove the entry from the registry using Regedit.

  I started having this problem after upgrading my card broadband from Verizon (coincidence?). What happens when I try to power to the top of my laptop, the progress bar stops unless I unplug the plug from Verizon. Then, everything works normally until the error code in the title box appears every time before anything else opens.

  I tried to run a Malware Finder, it got rid of a few who were on my HDD, and I also used spybot and that remove a couple. Now the verizon card can be inserted and the computer starts normally.

  The error message always comes up well. I also tried to run Autoruns and find this appdata in the startup list. I couldn't find much.

  Also my vista sidebar is not operational and has just the partial icons, the clock is black, etc.

  Nothing else to resolve this issue would be helpful. Thank you
