Start long time and window explore is not responsible for problem

I've upgraded to windows vista 7(32bit) but failed to see the magic in windows 7. I use a laptop HP 60 G with 1 GB of RAM and 160 GB HD startup is slow, applications frequently hang, Windows Explorer not responding not time in Vista when I open several or even an application. now, when a program crashes, I usually type my pad like 5 to 6 times a Windows Explorer view does not display if poster, then choose from the options that appear, but this look was surprisingly out of pure frustration led to something but I don't like the gel. When I check my RAM used in the process window is 70 to 88% in standby mode when I run programs sometimes use of approaches 99%. The CPU usage is less than 10%, surprisingly, the shot is more severe when the RAM is at 45%. What is happening with my laptop or windows 7?

Hello

for the slow start follow my guide here to follow up on startup:
http://www.MSFN.org/Board/index.php?showtopic=140247

and compress the boot_BASE + CSWITCH + DRIVERS + POWER_1.etl 7z and RAR and transfer it to your Skydrive and post the link here. I take a look at the trace, maybe I see what's wrong with your Windows.

You should also try a clean install, not an upgrade of Vista.

After starting my computer to Windows 7 Enterprise, I noticed that it runs very slowly.  for example, the scrolling of a window of firefox crashes every 10 seconds or more.  The gel lasts between 2 and 10 seconds with the little blue wheel, spinning, (not answer) in the toolbar.

I pulled the top of resource monitor and to see that 4 PID - C:\System Volume Information\ {guid} {guid} is running non-stop with about 720ko read by writing dry and 6 MB per second Disk 0 length of the queue is pegged at 5.  from time to time (once every 10 to 15 minutes), the queue goes to 0 and the computer starts acting normally (i.e. fast) again.  But once the length of the queue points to 5, the problems continue.

Think about it an absolute must - manually update your drivers.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded
on your system. For each driver in the list, additional useful information is
Poster: load address of the driver, description, version, product name,.
company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit Maker as replacements and system manufacturer of device which are
the most recent. Control Panel - write - graphics card - device manager
the brand and complete model of your video card - double click - tab of the driver-
Note the version information. Now click on UPdate Driver (this can do nothing
MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT
This will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard
If there are 3rd party with their own software and drivers and the other main device drivers
    you have.

Now, go to the site of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restore)
and site (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get the manufacturer and device
their latest versions. (Look for the system to update the BIOS, Chipset and software updates
    Site of the manufacturer here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN -.
    REBOOT after each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you are
installation actually appears. This is because that some rollback of drivers before the
later is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a driver - reboot.
Make sure that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW to the device makers DO NOT RUN THEIR
SCANNER - check manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

    Hello guys :D

I had this problem yesterday and look really weird because I use several method to solve for 'Blocking with the Welcome screen' or 'Windows Explorer is not responding. So here's the problem:
As I said, I had the windows with the "Welcome" screen stucks But some time later, about 15 minutes that it full load. Well, THIS IS more BIG PROBLEM: my office was black with my cursor! About 10 minutes, this return to normal, BUT the icons are not loaded. And when I click on any folder or right click of mouse, WINDOWS EXPLORER IS NOT the ANSWER (error status code c0000185 InPageCoFire) and need to restart. I restart and once again, does not. My laptop is now like that, turn on, wait 15 minutes and watch "Windows Explorer is not responding" and turns off.
It makes me really mad. So I really appreciate for your help. Sorry if this question was asked before

Uh, seems to be still the gel, you can try another way! Enter again the Advanced Boot Options, then choose 'Safe Mode'. Your loading windows basic drivers and services that could help you get into the windows desktop without encountering any problems. Once you're in safe mode, tap Start menu and search for "cmd". Right-click on 'cmd' and select them "run as Administrator". When the command prompt appears, check your disk file system error hard by typing "chkdsk c: /f" (do not type the quotation marks) if "c:" is a drive letter on your Windows 7. Restart your computer, and it checks file system of the disk for errors. When the analysis was finished and reboot, re-enter the Advanced Boot Options, choose "Safe Mode" again. And then open command prompt with administrator, and then type this command "sfc/scannow" (do not type the quotation marks). SFC (System File Checker) can check your file system were healthy or not. Wait until after the analysis. Then, restart your computer. If these tips don't help, update your status question. :)

    Hello

My requirement is that the SD card must be consulted by a BB App and Windows Explorer at the same time. What is a fast alternative to starting a business of DPS app if Apple Store rejects the App? We are in a long time and can't wait for Apple to approve. We host the application elsewhere. How we host our DPS application on the website of our customers? Thank you.

Unless I misunderstood the question, you can do what you want to do. Apple does not allow to circumvent their public applications store and host on a Web site. The exception is an enterprise application, which requires a company to both Apple and Adobe account. This type of business application can be distributed only within the company. If that's what you want to do, you can learn more here:

When I opened the window "save the Page under", the drop-down box file name indicates the files that have been saved a long time ago. It is not cleared by a function 'clear history' that I can find. How can I erase this?

    Hello.

I think this is a related issue of Windows, because it is the Manager to save the windows file that we are talking about here (right?). You should contact Microsoft for help with this one, I think. You expect to be able to delete entries simply by touching delete on your keyboard when they are concentrated (that is how it goes for the removal of the form entries specific autocomplete in Firefox), but I have not tried.

    I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.

Your user name is all or part of your e-mail address.
The user name and the password is given with your email provider. You need to communicate with them.

I tried to start clean and had no success?

    Hi Nicolas,.

I appreciate your efforts to solve the problem.

I suggest you try the procedure described in the article and see if it helps.

Error: Windows Explorer has stopped working
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/2694911/en-us

    Note:
    1) data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means there is a risk of data loss.

    2) after the boot minimum troubleshooting step, read the sections "How to reset the computer to start as usual after a clean boot troubleshooting" in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.

    3) when you do the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

    4) note that it takes as much time to do the upgrade as to reinstall the operating system. In addition, some of your custom Windows settings may be lost through this process.

Hope this information helps. Answer the post with an up-to-date issue report to help you further.

Yes, easy to replace the HARD drive.
It takes a HARD drive 2.5 SATA for this laptop.
