startup file

I'm trying to add magic jack to my startup file so that when my computer updates all night and restarts the phone back on. I need this program to open with the restart or start my computer. I have a HP Pavilion Slimline s5120y, with a 64-bit windows vista system. Can you help me.

If the MagicJack .exe is a normal executable file and you have a program/shortcut icon in the start menu, what you need to do is copy the element and place the folder/start menu in programs.

I just tried to copy the Notepad in the accessories and placed the shortcut copied in the folder/boot menu. When I reboot the computer notebook that is open.

  • Audio beats cannot find the .startup file

Whenever I try to use the Panel Audio Beats on my Pavillion DV6-6102AX it comes up with the error "cannot find the .startup file! I use Windows 7 64 bit and I also tried to reinstall the audio driver IDT, but that did not solve my problem.

    Hello

    Try the following.

Open Windows Control Panel, open programs and feature, do a right click the entry for IDT Audio and choose uninstall.  Once this process is complete, restart the laptop.

When windows has completely recharged, download (unless you already have this file) and install the latest driver IDT at the link below.

Anyone know how a startup file can be damaged? My sister takes good care of his relatively new computer, we're afraid to replace it with the exact model even if we do not know how this problem happened. Thank you!

So I recently bought an SSD to put in my computer with my current hard drive.  I used this tutorial: http://lifehacker.com/5837543/how-to-migrate-to-a-solid-state-drive-without-reinstalling-windows to clone my hard drive of my ssd.  I was planning on just moving to the ssd (including my os) and then using my drive hard just store files on.  When I followed these steps, he created a "system reserved" disk (D :) on my computer.  I went into the bios and choose my SSD to boot from, but he said that he could not.  Thanks to some research I discovered that the system reserved player will often take startup files.  I was wondering if there is any way I could move the boot system files reserved my ssd drive.  I formatted my original hard drive yet so I think that the boot files should always be out there as well (?).  I have either a windows installation disc.

  • WinDefend file startup file that signals to the mpsvc.dll file?

Guys, I was going through the list startup files in Autoruns, and I found a strange file that I've not seen before.

Its a WinDefend file that highlights to the mpsvc.dll file in files/windows defender program and by the looks of it is a file that is used by Microsoft Windows Defender. I have Norton Antivirus installed, but who has not been able to detect it as a malware. This malware or is there a file without danger?

I noticed that the internet on my computer speed has become considerably really slow but when I check Speedtest.NET, I get the speed I'm supposed to for my ISP. Any type of malware is responsible for this?

    Hi Sheikh Omar

The file that you are talking about is not a malware. It's a Windows defender file present on the computer. You can check the link for more information about Windows defender - below

If you are unsure of the malware on the computer, then you can perform a security analysis and verification. See the link below to make the scan-

  • Creating custom startup file

Where is the default start in Illustrator CS5 file located? I guess that once I find that I can replace it with a custom file to myself so I can eliminate the color chart preloaded, etc. lying my way?

There is no single default startup file; There are several. There are different for different selections startup files when you create a new document. Patrick is a standard Illustrator file with different page size, color and palette items mode (swatches, symbols, etc.).

The location of the file depends on your OS. On the Macintosh, they are in users / [username] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator CS5/fr_FR/New Document profiles.

  • Pavilion G6: Startup file

I just ran a full recovery of my computer laptop stepdads. Everything is going very well, win10 retrieves and begins to updated. First update good, second update: Windows disk space need more. So I check cprincipal) and drecovery). Recovery has 17.5 GB so I try to merge most of with c: d: but will not work. I check the folder on the recovery that contains nothing, so I'm deleting it hoping to merge the two partisions. Still will not work. Then I see a file on c: that says: tempsafetodelete and some numbers. So delete and 650 GB magicly appear on c :-)
My update passages, pc restarts and all of a sudden: file:\Boot\BCD is missing... I recon it was the file that I stupidly deleted on d:! How can I recover it?

    Hello Gummielg ;

I read your post about the lack of Boot\BCD and wanted to help.

If you do not have Win10 install media, you will need to make the repair, so create the media by following the instructions in the link: 10 Windows Installer using the media - Windows help authoring tool

Once the media, try to do a startup repair following the instructions on this link: Advanced Boot - Boot for Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums Options

IF this does not work, then you should consider a repair installation.  It is less destructive of all Windows recovery features and rewrite the Windows system files, leaving your apps, settings and data intact.  Boot from your installation media Win10 and follow the instructions in the link: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html

    Good luck

    Key to 'status ':

"Y" - normally leave to run at startup

"N" - not required or not recommended - generally used that rarely tasks that can be run manually if necessary

'U' - user choice - depends whether a user considers necessary

'X' - definitely not required - typically viruses, spyware, adware, and "resource hogs".

  • Unknown program at startup file

I was recently infected with UKASH through a malicious email (yes I foolishly opened it!), despite the KIS2014 updated. I am currently using Vista 32-bit, which is up-to-date with all security patches. It took me 2 days to get the operation of computer. When checking, I found the bbegzjl.lnk of following file supposed to be by Microsoft in msconfig startup. I also received a message when you connect looking for file ljzgebb.exe. I checked on the Microsoft and the www site, and there is no announcement about these "records". I turned off bbegzjl at startup and it does not affect the computer running. The bbegzjl apeasr through the rundll32.exe file path. Malwarebytes, KIS2014, CCcleaner do not have this identified as malicious. No one knows what are these files?
