This error code means that the revision of the map is more recent and not yet supported by the driver. That the release of new versions of the same map with new features, the ID usually changes requiring a new version of DAQmx. Try upgrading to the latest version of DAQmx and try again.
While you're there. See if you can find the product ID located in Device Manager (if you are using Windows). Once in the Device Manager, right click on the device and click Properties. Go to the Details tab, and then copy the entire string that is displayed under "Device Instance Id". It should look something like PCI\VEN_xxxx & DEV_xxxx... Paste in a reply in this thread can I be sure of your problem. Germano- Tags: NI Hardware Communication error has occurred during the last request please check connection. I have aparantly been hit with some sort of trojan_downloader that killed my ability to use administrative tools, regedit, System Restore. Get other mistakes, too (the drivers are corupt, material of finds which is no longer on the machine, etc.). Got rid of the virus, but still cannot use the net. Any ideas on how to restore would be appreciated. Your computer is not really clean or the operating system was severely damaged by the infection. Make sure that the computer is free of viruses/malware, take a look at the removal steps listed in the following link. If you were this in-depth, go to the next thing. If you were not this thorough, go through the steps. http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware If the computer is really clean now, and you still have problems you have described, the best solution is to backup your data and do a clean install of Windows. I understand that this is not the answer to most people, but from my experience, it will be extremely difficult, if not impossible to establish such a system damaged. http://michaelstevenstech.com/cleanxpinstall.html - Clean install - how-to Ok... Seriously I'm banging my head against the wall here. I'm using LabVIEW 2011 SP1. VideoMASTER 3.1! I have compiled mass screw on the 2011 folder. It does nothing good. 2 machines to put up with the same versions of LV and VMS. I use the VBF in Image file VI niVMS to convert .vbf files to jpg. I browse to folder of waveforms in the public domain for VideoMASTER and select the native C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\VideoMASTER\Waveforms\480p RGB OmniGen.vbf file. I then monostable it in the same folder as the jpg file. I get the following error: "Error 1 occurred in C:\Program Files (x 86) \National Instruments\VideoMASTER\bin\VideoMASTER.dll\Check Size.vi of data. Possible reasons: LabVIEW: An input parameter is not valid. For example if the input is a path, the path can contain a character not allowed by the operating system such as? or @. On computer A, I do NOT get this error (in fact, everything works fine for all files). On computer B, I get the error. Do the same for the vbf HDMI file in the folder of waveforms and it works very well. Do the same for the 480 p file, but a bmp file and no error, however the bmp file is corrupted with no data. I need to know what is happening in the bowels of this dll. Maybe I'm missing a codec on Machine B? It seems that I'm missing a dependency for this file type. If so how would I know which? VMS I reinstalled several times. I copied the dll over the Machine A. I checked is NOT a licensing problem. Any thoughts? Thank you Jigg, with some quick research, it seems that the accident that you see can be related to do not call the niVMS function initialize before VBF to picture file feature. Please try to run each of the screws after the launch of LabVIEW 2011 and see if you get the same results, and also adding the Initialize works in your code solves the problem. If so, it seems that it will be your workaround solution, but we will also file a bug report; crash is not an expected way to treat this condition. Edit: Also, if you have other versions of LabVIEW, 2012, etc., which you can compare run this code, we would be interested in the results. Thank you "An internal system error has occurred" when you try to install DirectX. A week or so, I tried to install a game requiring the use of DirectX. Well when I go to install DirectX, it gives me an error that reads, 'an internal system error has occurred. I built a new PC and installed Farcry 4 on a cleaning/charge of windows installation. He has not previously installed directx. Installing Farcry 4 mentioned that he was installing directx, however it was very short and im not sure if that actually worked. Anyway, when you try to run the game I got an error on D3DCompiler.DLL having disappeared. Research it's turned out to be a directx error. All attempts to update directx (in administrator mode) both using the web Setup program, download files locally, on the album, every single method directx Setup fails with the return to "internal an error" has occurred and to return to the running log file. mine is similar to the above, and it seems that (even when you use the web installer) log file looking for the CD, however, the issue appears to lie with this being "mapped using session" open, please refer to the newspaper below. Carey Frisch When I first set up the option to Backup and Restore to backup some documents (only) on an external hard drive, I got the error message "an internal error has occurred." The parameter is incorrect. (0 x 80070057). Then when the clock reaches the designated backup time, the computer actually perform the backup. But now I am unable to open the backup center and restoration of anyway, so I can't adjust the time, I can not restore or select other files to back up. I simply do not have access to the backup and restore options. I always get the "an internal error has occurred." The parameter is incorrect. (0 x 80070057)" whenever I try. So I still can not turn off the current backup parameter, which is set to back up every night at midnight. Hello Tjohanne This problem can occur because of a bad sector at the end of the volume that you are trying to save. However, if you save the backup files to the second hard disk 300 GB with letter E first, you can try to save the backup files in the first 750 GB hard drive with the letter C or D. Run (B). disk check to check the hard drive C: Note: Please replace "C:" with the actual drive letter of the system drive on which Windows 7 is stored. C. now use another backup tool to check if you can back up files on the computer correctly.
