  You get this error message when you try to open an Illustrator (.ai) file in Photoshop. You must open the file in Illustrator and export it as jpg or png and open in Photoshop or you create a new image in Photoshop and then drag this picture on it from the library.   I am in adobe, creating a Menu System.  The menu system is linked to a video which is a first MPEG2, quicktime, even exported.  I tried exported in the format of H.264, first with no luck.  Whenever I have burn the video on a DVD of reminder, it becomes extremely fragile when played. I tried also exports it in 1920by720p, 720by480p and 480by36. the video still seems to be fragile when it is burned on a DVD. Does anyone know of a sollution to this problem?  Thank you.

  Export to mpeg2-dvd to first. Use a preset or set manually.  If the source is HD value upper field or source is progressive, assign him to any field.

  According to our records, you have acquired a license of three images, and you should be able to use the non-watermarked image.

  Please follow the suggestions listed below and check if this is useful:

  • Sign out of Adobe Stock, then reconnect and try again.
  • Try to download your photo again via the page history of a license .
