  I don't know if your mac is stolen the person who stole it would reset the hard drive on the computer to use or sell the system, so if your account is still on the computer it will most likely get deleted on this system. If you need to access your mail that I suggest you use your browser in the meantime.

  About your stolen laptop, you should contact Toshiba directly. Maybe they can you tell the MAC address of this serial number, but I put t know.

  Unless you fully active 'find my Mac' BEFORE that your mac has been stolen, it can't do anything for you now. It is not active, and there is no way to make it active after the fact.

  as you said that your laptop is stolen. and you need to address mack of it.

  Well now it's hard to get it... you can contact your support just tell them your serila manufacturer didn't and model of your laptop... and asked for help. and also report the theft of your laptop. Also put a compalaint of police before calling the customer so that you can give refrence of that also.
