I tried to change the SIM card, but I'm not sure that Sprint uses SIM cards as other carriers because it only allowed me to pass through you connecting to itunes and stopped me when I tried to update my last back place to icloud.

  If someone have some tips on how to reactivate my old iphone and complete the restore process. I have a feeling I'm going to need to either connect with sprint or Apple to have this "flag" stolen phone.

  Go to iCloud.com, then settings and see if your device is listed there as lost.  If so, go ahead and remove it for your account.  Then contact Sprint and let them know that you want to use the phone otherwise it won't enable this are a CDMA network and use a radio that is not dependent on the sim card.  The sim card is still required for the activation process that it is used for international options.

  If you have restored a backup of your phone, it have restored to backup your BBM contacts. As part of the restore lists the process it would update your contacts with your new PIN.

  If you are unable to contact to do this, then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way to release all. Apple cannot open it for you. Your friend has indeed sold a brick (presumably, he knew that it was locked), and you must try to return to him and get a refund.

  I'm a Swedish citizen living in Stockholm, Sweden. A few weeks ago, my iPhone 6s got stolen in one of the Central parks here. I contacted local authorities and my phone carrier with my IMEI number and I got a new phone through my insurance.

  Now what's happened today which was suddenly on my new iPhone, I got this message that someone was trying to connect to my Apple ID. IPhone stolen 6s, which had not shown on "Find my iPhone" because it has been taken from me, arises suddenly near Dallas, US of all places! A few seconds later, it was gone and I never had the chance to do a print screen of it. Also, I received an email from Apple telling me that someone had used my ID to download iMove on a different device.

  I changed the password to my Apple ID about three times today and I wonder if there is something else I should or can do? Since the stolen phone will not be displayed on the list of devices in "find my iPhone" I feel like there is not much I can do by myself.

  If when I buy a new iPhone and set up on my willingness to icloud who automatically cancel my request 'clear' with the stolen phone? This allows thieves to enter into the phone and get all the news they want (info Bank, ect...). Apple told me to NOT to delete this device from my apple ID and mark a new apple with my new phone ID, and I can't erase this apple ID, once I see that the phone is active and deleted.

  You will not have a new Apple ID. Adding to your Apple ID to a new iPhone cancel not all orders for your other iPhone.  The only representative who gave you the Council to create a new Apple ID was wrong to encourage you to do so. https://appleid.Apple.com/FAQ

  I don't know what software / services already exist with regard to the recovery of a stolen laptop. But I know that the consequences of a loss. If someday it happens I want to know what I could do to get this back.

  I am aware of some online services that exist to give monitoring info, but they charge an annual high, I think that I didn't need to pay. Laptops are all over the internet. So it is a freeware that I can move permanently to transmit tracking information once that this laptop stolen is connected to the internet? For example, tracking information can be sent directly to another computer, as my desktop computer at home? This information can then be passed to the application of the law.

  Perhaps there are other much better more intelligent methods, which I hope could share generous people. This will serve to avoid computer / laptop computer theft. What Toshiba himself in any software? For example, Samsung mobile phones are now built with stolen phones text alerts. If this idea can be or is it incorporated into laptops?

  In my view, it is not so easy to find the stolen laptop. AFAIK, the laptop can be tracked by MAC address (a unique identifier assigned to most network adapters or cards (NIC) network interface when you are connected to the Internet. But there are a lot of software, those can hide the real MAC address with a trick.

  I think the best solution is to be attentive and not allowing it to fly.
