  Your error message, the problem is probably caused by BIOS or DVD settings or bad cabling to SATA hard drive. Please do the following to narrow down because of the problem.
   
  (a) ensure that all laptops the same hardware, the same manufacturer and the same model.
   
  (b) upgrade the BIOS to the latest version; go into the BIOS and enable "Load Fail - Safe Defaults".

  Here's what I have-

  1 PC connected via LAN - named PC - running Windows 7 pro 32 bit

  1 computer connected via WiFi - named TECRA running Windows 7 pro 64-bit

  1 computer connected via WiFi - named TOSH running Windows 7 Starter Edition

  Network LAN named changed to have the same name as the network WiFi (SSID)

  All computers have the same workgroup name

  Initially, I had a home group for them, created by TECRA but trying to solve the problem I deleted it.

  PROBLEM:

  PC and TOSH communicate perfectly both ways

  TOSH and TECRA so

  HOWEVER, the PC can access TECRA via the NETWORK, but sees TECRA PC and can not access

  Error message:

  \\Parents-PC is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if access you permissions. Logon failure: the user does not have the type of logon required on this computer.

  Some win appear XP OS like win 2 k professional versions, others as XP Home appear as WP Pro builds.

  Method 1.
  Please check if you face the same problem when recording in safe mode. It is a possibility that one of the non-Microsoft application or driver is causing this issue. Start in safe mode and make sure that us. If you are able to start properly in safe mode, we can perform a clean boot in order to find the root cause.

  a. restart your computer.

  Thank you for your response. I've finally managed to connect with a support staff through the online chat portal & advises him to download CS3 web premium. Tried to find it, but this option is not available in scrolling to the bottom of the box. Ultimately, the staff had to help me to unlock the CS5.5 update manually from its end. He indicated that, in my case, the situation could not be resolved through this method, and I'd still have to contact support via the portal chat staff to help unlock my CS5.5 If this problem occur again should I need to reinstall it on a new computer laptop.

  the problem: I recently tried to add parental controls to my sons computer in his bedroom... He was the only user configured on the machine at the time where he was as "administrator." As you know I couldn't put parental controls on an administrator account. I created another account, 'Daddy' and in fact the "administrator." Then, I removed my son's account administrator privileges. Big problem... Now my 'Daddy' account will not appear in the journal.   Step 1: Check if you are able to boot in safe mode. If you are able to boot into safe mode, and then try to perform the clean boot to safe mode and check.
