  I understand that you can not use the alphabetic keys on your tablet.

  To better understand the issue, please send us the following information:

  1. You are able to use the external keyboard with the laptop?

  2. Is this problem specific to certain keys or all alphabetic keys have similar problem?

  This problem could occur if the filter key is enabled, please disable filter keys and see if the problem is fix.

  Follow these steps to disable the filter key

  1. Press the Windows key + R.
  2. Type of control
  3. Click ease of access.
  4. Click on change your keyboard works.
  5. Uncheck the box that says Activate FilterKeys.
  6. Click Ok.

  No I have not any suitcase software installed. Does jogging but my memory and I got some trial graphic clever plug-ins installed, which had expired recently.

  Uninstalling all these now let Illustrator launch. Therefore, it seems to work.

  I'll install the Wacom tablet program later. I suspect that it will be fine.

  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your HP Pavilion dv7-1245dx Entertainment Notebook and problems with the WiFi doesn't work does not correctly.

• Windows Media Center has stopped working (after the great October Windows Update).

  In October, there was a Windows update that broke my Media Center (and THXaudio.exe) I was able to restore and put off the various updates until I recently needed to shut down the computer for a clean material out.  Even though I had several valid restore points before the updates available, I was not able to use the system restore (says a file is missing) and also not able to restore all the features.

  First of all, I tried different patches of problem I already found online: I used the "sfc/scannow" and it always shows the files that need fixing (but he can't fix them). I tried the system restore (and broke). Deleting the database file does not apply. I even "turned off" WMC and not turned back on - no chance.

  I did an upgrade "on the spot" my DVD of Windows 7 and everything is back to normal.

• Workspace changed after the last Photoshop CC update

  After updating Photoshop CC this morning, my workspace is completely messed up.  Whenever I open a file, I have to go to Windows > workspace > and select a workspace.  Otherwise, there is no sign of either side (like when you hit tab to hide the panels).  I do nothing that do will save these changes and I have to select a workspace each time.

  You can disable the workspace of 'Start', go to the Photoshop preferences.

  Then the general tab and uncheck the option "Show Start Workspace"
  Restart the Photoshop Application.
