  I see that you mentioned have the e-all-in-one printer HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus and the vertical black lines only happen when you make black copies. It is almost that the scan bulb could not calibrate correctly.

  To make sure that the scan bulb is calibrated correctly, remove all documents loaded on the scanner glass, and make sure that all covers and doors are closed prior to a reset of the power on the printer.

  

  Let the printer back to its state of rest before opening the lid to put a paper on the glass.

  If this does not help and you have followed the support document vertical stripes, lines or streaks in the Copies, faxes or Scans , there is probably a problem with the bulb scanner and speaking with the Tech Support HP would be the next step to find a solution to this problem.

  While it may be that for any other achievements being credited, may be useful for the future allocation of achievements to close open applications on your iPhone and then restart your iPhone and your watch:

  I just bought a HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus and it seems to work perfectly when printing; However, when I tried to copy something, the copy came out with black streaks that close to unreadable printing and are more dark/concentrate toward the left side of the page.

  A line or a streak is an indication that there are foreign debris on the glass of the scanner blocks the signal of monitor. I would check that there are no marks or scratches in the glass which could be the cause of this line/streak. Best way to locate the offender would be to align the document with the line/streak on it up to the window to get an idea where the mark can hide. I included the link to the document that will help you clean the glass of the ADF. Let me know what you find?

• HP Photosmart 5520: HP Photosmart printer streaks

  Hi how are you?

  So I just bought new, authentic HP ink for my Photosmart printer.  It worked perfectly fine before buying the new black ink.  However, now, everything I print has horrible scratches and missing spaces.  The diagnostic test has all the color inks to the fine search, with striated black ink.  It has streaks only in black ink, but regardlress of whether or not I print in black and white or in color.

  I followed all the steps here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02914910, including align them ink cartridges, which runs the test diagnosed, making sure that the cartridge is properly ventilated, etc.  But nothing has helped at all.

  Is there something I'm missing here?  I would like to address this problem, as I just ordered all new ink cartridges!

  My scans come through striated (black lines of different widths, running down page) when I scan through the charger but not the screen. I cleaned areas (pad a rolls) suggested in the help section, but nothing helped. What else can I try?

  Copies that are made using the charger was what I wondered about. If they also had streaks or not, what they are doing. Thank you.

  I honestly try to plug power directly into a wall socket cable, sometimes the printer can't get enough electricity to operate correctly when it is connected to a surge protector.

  Although this guide, vertical stripes, lines or streaks in the Copies, faxes or analysis, either to a different printer, I would say give it a try.

  My HP Officejet Pro 8000 A809 impression is streaked, especially the colors.  I tried new cartridges and cleaned the print heads.  I've owned the printer for about 15 months.  The volume is normal for a printer for home use.  The streaks started 5-6 months ago.
