  When you use Streets and Trips, I can only delete a stop after that I have stop the GPS.  Icon stop delete is grayed out if the GPS is followed.  Is it the way it is supposed to work?

  Method 1: I suggest you install the redistributable Visual C++ 2010 for Windows form just one of the link below and check if it helps.

• Error message trying to install streets and trips 2011 - .microsoft visual c++ 2010 redistributable will not install

  I just bought Streets & trips 20011.  I uninstalled S & T 2007.  When I try to install S & T 2011, I get an error message saying that microsoft visual c++ 2010 redistributable cannot be installed.  Same thing if I try to install from the DVD or download. I 10.0.40219 c ++ 2010 is installed.  I use win 7 pro and Office 2010 Pro installed.  I've read elsewhere that S & T 2011 will not work with the latest patch for microsoft visual c++ 2010 redistributable.  If that's true then I would like official confirmation in order to be able to return S & T and get my money back.  Otherwise I won't be able to return, because I opened the package.

  I called the 1-800-MICROSOFT to support.  I have given a file number and transferred to technical support.  The answer was so simple I wonder why MS isn't just after it.  So here it is:

  After trying and failing to install the downloaded version of Microsoft Streets and Trips 2011 trial (failed, because I have the latest version of microsoft visual c++ 2010 redistributable and the program trys to install an earlier version, but then just ends) there will be a subfolder and subfolders installation on your hard drive files.
  go to the "Microsoft Streets and Trips 2011\ST2011\Streets\MSMap\" folder and run the file called "data .msi.
  The program will install and everything is good.

  HI, I keep trying to install streets and trips 2011 on my Windows 7 computer.  The installation files say it is installed correctly but when I try to open, I get an error message that the registry files are not correct.   I just bought and installed MS streets and trips 2013 Amazon. I had been using version 2005, which worked fine on my Windows 7 32-bit system. The initial installation balked because of a missing DLL and then he said to two updates to .NET. I installed what he asks, who turns out be the 15th. NET updates and now when I try to run the program, it gives an error message licensing initialization error 0 x 80070005 and contact customer support. When I try to contact the customer service they want the product ID that is supposed to be on the box but he rejects every number I'm going home. I also installed on my laptop and the installation went well but when I try to use it he wants the product key in the form xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx for activation that cannot be found on the box label. What the * happens?

  Streets & Trips is a Windows Application and is not compatible to the unity of the ipad.  If you do not have a Windows computer, you might consider installing Windows on the ipad or return to the place you bought Streets and Trips and request a refund or an exchange for Mac software.

  My name is Jim.  I am trying to install streets & trips 2010 on my new laptop.  It has been previously installed and worked fine on my old laptop.  When you try to activate it on the new laptop and after you enter the correct product key, I get a "invalid or invalaid product key" notice.  I called MS activation service and they confirmed that my product key is valid.  Customer service says they can't help because phone activitation for this version does not work because this version is obsolete and cannot help me.  Can someone help me get beyond this issue, if I may use the product on my new laptop computer?
