Studio 1535 - problem Bluetooth headset

Hi, I bought a series of 1535... the bluetooth headset does not work correctly...

Wat I mean is when I add the device it shows connected and pairs... but when I play the songs of any audio application, the sound does not play on the headphones... the noise comes directly from the speakers of the laptop, but not from the bluetooth headset...

but I am able to control the application using bluetooth... control buttons like play and pause by using the buttons on the headset...

  • Studio 1535 problem!

Every so often, the touch button that triggers the volume becomes "stuck." I can only temporarily get rid of the problem by stopping the computer. After I turn the computer back on, it makes a very strong beep then to work, most of the time, normally. Also, my mouse stops from time to time in the middle to move. Help, please! I don't want to have to send my laptop if it is repairable.

    Thanks for all your help.

In which case it is important, I am running Vista Home Premium on my Dell Studio 1535. I'm fairly certain I have all BIOS and drivers updated.

A Dell technician came home yesterday and replaced the hinge on my 2 new mobile studio (which is the cover plastic etc. which contains buttons to control the media, that is to say, increase volume, decrease volume, ejects,.).  He said it is a quite widespread, apparently the son problem and/or connection on the underside of the lid were defective.  Anyway, booted two laptops many times and it appears the problem has been resolved.  So, for all those of you with the ringtone to start problem, taped, volume key up to eject stuck, this is the solution.  You must have Dell send a technician to your home/business to replace the hinge cover, or, if you are able, they might send you the replacement cover, and you could do it yourself.  I watched the technician do the job, it's a little complicated.  IT IS THE SOLUTION.  IF I HAVE FURTHER PROBLEMS DURING THIS OR OTHER, I'LL POST BACK HERE.  Good luck!

  • 802.11ac card for Dell Studio 1535

    Hello.

Can anyone advise a modern wifi 802.11ac map that can be used in/compatible with Dell Studio 1535 laptops?

(I note that I already have the installed bluetooth 370 card so I suppose to use the wifi without bluetooth map well, or to remove/disable 370 bt smart card)

    Thank you.

    Hello Todd,

    Thank you for the information.

Well, I remember Studio 1535 uses wifi mini half size pci-e cards exactly. I now have DW1397 card and it is half the size. If Intel 7260 fit ok.

But I read on the black - and blocking that some providers incorporate into their BIOS of laptop computers. Don't you know that can I run such a problems with my laptop and cards Intel 1535? Or all Intel adapters that are compatible with Dell?

    Concerning

    Yuri

    Hello

Many of our customers use the Intel 7260 card, and it is available in some of our phones, so you shouldn't have any problems with it.

    Good luck!

  • A replacement for my studio 1535 laptop

I have a Studio 1535 I bought new years ago. The laptop never gave me any problems and still works great.  It is loaded, the fingerprint reader, webcam, exit HDMI, remote control, split power drive CD/DVD, ATI radeon hd 3450 video, bluetooth, backlit keyboard, etc.  Certainly, as I said, the unit has been shipped in December 2008.

My Question is what model Dell laptop would be a replacement for that (with all the up-to-date bells and whistles that mine has on it)?  The Studio was next to the XPS specification at the time. I love my Dell, but it starts to show its age.  Thank you!

    Hi davejherbstritt,

None of the top end XPS models would have these requirements.

  • Pairing Bluetooth headset with Apple Watch 2 series?

Hoping that someone here has some good ideas, so I can avoid having to go through the centre commercial/Apple Store!

Bought a watch series 2 the day of the launch, immediately tried to pair with the bluetooth headphoens I got (AvierBTE somethings). No luck. Thought maybe I just got bad headphones - but they always associate with my iphone 6 s. bought a pair of Mswift Pow helmet off Amazon and bluetooth headset at the same time borrowed a friend this pair with its original Apple Watch. My Mswifts, or his headphones will pair with my watch, although the two pair with my iphone.

My watch IS pair with my amazon echo - so I know the bluetooth works.

The watch is the headset in discovery mode, but when I try to pair, it gives an error and says it cannot associate, check that the camera is turned on, in range, etc..

Another person had problems of this kind and has managed to find a solution?

    Hello

Make sure that you follow the instructions for pairing here:

Use the Bluetooth with your Apple Watch - Apple Support Accessories

It can help to turn off pairing your headphones for your iPhone (or any other device that they can already be coupled to) before their pairing at your watch.

It can also help when you try to pair your headset with your watch, to move the two devices to another place, away from any device Bluetooth can be active.

  • IOS error 10 Bluetooth headset

    Hello

Since I've upgraded to iOS 10 on my iPhone 6, my quick mpow Bluetooth headset does not work as Hey used to. When I turn on, they automatically connect to the iPhone and I get the small icon beside the battery meter indicates the State of charge, however, they do not appear as an audio device in spotify, itunes or other audio applications.

Only the way to solve it is to "forget the device" and re-pair the helmet - pain in the * when to go to the gym, etc.

I tried to reset the network settings according to another post on the forum, but there is no reaolve the question.

Any ideas? She must have iOS 10 as they worked perfectly well until last week and I tried it on my iPod touch 4th generation and they work perfectly.

    Thank you

I have this problem also with a SoundPeats QY8. I think it's a bug of iOS 10 because he was allowed in the iOS 9.

In order to obtain the device name displayed for audio playback, one solution is to click on the name of the device under Bluetooth settings after it is already connected, which is a useless chore.

  • AirPlay only list bluetooth headset after the connection

    Hi all

I wanted to see if it's just me or other people see this. I use iPhone 5 that I've recently updated to iOS10. In my daily use, I connect headphones bluetooth (4.0), MPOW Swift is the brand, to listen to music or watch YouTube videos. With iOS 9.x I never had a problem with the headphones recognized and used by all applications via AirPlay immediately. With iOS 10, which is not true. They connect as I see the icon in the status bar of the phone and Bluetooth settings section says that it is connected but when I go to music app and click on AirPlay they are not listed. I found to solve the problem, I must forget the device to the headphones and then repair and immediately their names still AirPlay and sound comes from the app through the headphones. This is the best though, if I turn the headset off power (disconnect device), then reconnect, I'm back to the same problem where they do not appear in the AirPlay and I pairing again.

Anyone else see this problem? Unfortunately, I don't have another bluetooth headset to test this.

    Thank you!
    Jeff

I'm having the same issue. It happens with all my Bluetooth devices. The Bluetooth is connected, as indicated by the icon in the status bar, and the said device. But music, iHeartRadio etc. play via speaker phone. Curiously, the phone works via Bluetooth and the active key Siri is not a problem of Bluetooth.

I did some research and tried to reset my network settings as recommended without result. Now whenever I turn in a Bluetooth device, I have to connect manually if I want to use it for anything other than the functions of the phone. Very annoying.

    Apple, any suggestions?

  • iPhone Bluetooth Headset open iBooks?

So I use my Plantronics Voyager Bluetooth headset for listening to audio books of every night.  My books are in the iBooks app is where I play.

I'm now noticed something really annoying that I can't fix.

Now, whenever I connect my Bluetooth headset, it opens the iBooks and starts to read an audio book.  It does this without any prompting from me.  The iBooks app is not really open in this case, it shows just at the bottom of the screen as a bar in the narrow application screen.  It shows also in the Control Center screen.

There are no settings for my bluetooth headset.  I looked at the settings for the iBooks, and there is nothing about it.  I went through all other screens of settings that I can find and I can't find anything on how to stop this.

It may not seem like much, but it's really annoying, and when I'm driving and I turn on my headset to answer a call, iBooks automatically begins to play on top of the current phone call.

I searched and could not find anyone else with this problem, so I don't know if this is specific to my bluetooth earpiece/headset or what, but there must be a way to stop this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

In fact, I have this problem too, and everything has happened today on my iPhone. However, I do not have a Bluetooth headset; just Sony headphones with a 3.5 mm jack. Whenever I plug my headphones in, the suggested application that could be opened appears iBooks and not music. At first I though it will be fixed by just open music, playing a song and then to pause the selected song. Later, I'll disconnect the Atria, then quickly reconnect. Then, the app suggested turns to music (as I wanted). But the proposed application back to iBooks when headphones are not connected for a long time.

  • Someone at - it a working bluetooth headset for SE

I have 3 Bluetooth headsets all worked good old 4 s, but on the audio IS is badly distorted on phone calls.

2 are mono down inexpensively, one type of appeal with a long pole, the other is a clone of Motorola S10.

If anyone has a Bluetooth headset that works well on the SE I want to hear about it.

Prefer the higher head type with long pole, but is considering a Plantronics Voyager legend.

Anyone tried the Plantronics travel legend with the self?

    Thank you

    Ian

Tested with Plantronics travel legend... even badly distorted audio...

  • Bluetooth headset | Impossible to re-pair the device after deletion

I have 2 fields, one for my wife and myself. I've matched with success the pre of my wife with a stereo bluetooth headset Altec Lansing/Plantronics Backbeat (new) (model BBT903/R). Then I tried to pair it with my pre but it wouldn't recognize it. I have read the help file for Bluetooth on the meadow and realized that I had to remove the association with the front woman first. The help instructions supposed to remove the device to PRE Bluetooth screen name (device name of point culminating right drag, click on delete). I did it on Pre my wife. I then tried to pair with my pre but had the same problem - the machine is not found. Tried again on my wife before and now it not pair either!

Now I'm stuck. The helmet is not recognized by a meadow. I tried to turn on/off BlueTooth. I tried to change the order in which I turned on devices (first helmet, second pre and vice versa). I tried the hard reset by removing the PRE battery and put it in. I would do the same for the helmet, but the battery is not removable/accessible.

With the Plantronics / helmets Altec Lansing, you must press the button so that it flashes Red and blue (and alternates)... the flashing blue means it's looking for a connection to a device with which it is already associated. Hope that helps.

  • Bluetooth headset (Plantronics M3000) connection

    Hello

I try to connect my bluetooth headset, a Plantronics M3000 to my laptop, a Satellite of your 5200-801, but I can't make it work.
I installed the last stack bluetooth, 3.2, but still it does not connect. I can see as a service, but when I try to connect I get the message, ' In front of current material-good worden niet ondersteunt helmet-news ", translated into English:"in the current environment hardware helmet-feature is not supported.

Could you help me please, I've already searched the Internet but I couldn't find anything. I tried to contact Toshiba but it must be filled to their callcenter (I waited more than an hour).

    Thanks in advance,

    Dorus

OK, my problem has not been resolved, but at least I found why my headset does not work. My built-in bluetooth device does not support headsets because of limited resources.

Here is the link if you want to know if your Toshiba bluetooth device supports headsets: http://aps.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/pages/faq/headsetnotworking.html

  • What BT dongle to activate the microphone with Bluetooth headset?

    Hello

I recently bought a Bluetooth headset stereo with microphone so that I can use it to make calls from Skype (VoIP) through my Dell Inspiron laptop with factory Toshiba Bluetooth stack.

I could pair and connection between my laptop and the headset (Plantronics 590 A), but can not get the microphone to work. I spoke with the helmet provider who said the following:

If your computer has generated in Blue Tooth, it must support audio handsfree and A2DP profile. How you can find out is to go to start, programs, accessories, entertainment, select sound recorder, change, audio properties, and he has to say under sound, playback and sound recording or high quality BT or BT stereo if it's not you, it will take a dongle that supports the profiles of school boards.

Mine said 'wave of Toshiba Bluetooth".

They said that they could not recommend third party products. Therefore, I would be very grateful if someone could tell me what kind of Dongle that I need to solve this problem and ideally suggest where I could get one of (I'm in the United Kingdom). Thank you very much.

    Dewi.

You should take a look at the following Web site. It should solve your problem:
