  This isn't how it works on my machine. OS X 10.11.4 and numbers 3.6.2. That's how it worked for me as long as I can remember: I left numbers and one dialogue askes if I want to save or restore the changes.

  Instead of using AFStretchWidth, you can decide which column will be is not stretched by using the columnStretching attribute for example columnStretching = "c1".

  The script linked in the post one of this thread will allow you to adjust automatically to match - table column widths it allows to save the widths of a table in the style of the table and then apply them to other tables of this style.  I don't know about heights, but if all the heights will be the same within a given table, you can select all the lines and enter the exact height of the cell.

Each region show different reports as "Exits", "Tasks", "Communiqué of progress" etc., for example, the user want to see the number of questions and tasks as a number displayed on the side right of the 'from', 'Tasks' area, in the same line as the title of the region. In addition, the user wants to see a progress bar graphic of liitle for the region 'Progress of the liberation' displayed on the right side of the area, in the same line as the title of the report.
