Hi, I have just signed (and paid) for an annual subscription to CC, but when I try to download the apps they don't give me the option to "download trial".
How can I download the full version of the apps?

If you work on a Mac, it will leave you not change the hosts file in the folder etc.
If the hosts file has input from adobe, then please copy the file to the desktop, and then remove the entries of Adobe.
Once you have successfully updated the hosts file recopy the file etc.

No download button for trial I and PS
I tried this many times and even used different browsers, but whenever he came up to the download page there is no link or click a button for me, so I can't download it. Am I missing something here?

Download button does not appear on Youtube and 4shared
I have 2 PCs at home both running Windows XP. I could see 'Download this video' button when watching youtube or listen to music at 4shared. But the download button does not appear on the other PC. I was watching a video of the same source... THERE? Help please anyone?
Try to use Freemake video converter. It is a great tool that I found the other day to convert video formats YouTube of navigation. Sorry meant Freemake Video Downloader.

I installed (for CS6) Adobe Creative Suite application and you want to update to CC. When I go to the app and try to download software apps, by pressing the download button does nothing.
I read here that someone said to remove Adobe Air and reinstall, which I did, but the download button STILL does nothing.
In particular, I'm trying first to download Illustrator CC.
Any ideas?

WIN 7 and 8 (64-bit):
- OOBE and rename OOBE_old located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
- Restart the browser
- Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
- Connect using Adobe ID and password and download the desktop CC application.

Hello... I have a subscription plan on CC and notified just updates are available, so I've updated bridge CC of PS, CC2014 PS and Lightroom 5. All updates have been successful but now CC PS displays a button that says trial start. All applications say ' day '. I'm on a Macbook Pro running the Mavericks. All advice appreciated. Thank you
You can go to help > disconnect... restart PS and if you see "buy this product", click that and connect.
You can also disconnect from Creative Cloud Desktop app (gear icon > account preferences > Déconnexion restart your computer and log in.)

InDesign CC says 'Trial expiré' even if I already paid for annual subscription Plan
Hello
Anyone encountered before? I downloaded a trial version of InDesign CC and after the expiry of the trial period, I bought an annual Plan (monthly payment). I got the email that the payment has gone through successfully. My Adobe account page, I also see that I now have the subscription to InDesign CC.
But I still can't use the app. He continues to say "trial has expired". And when I clicked that, it gives me a message: "we couldn't find Adobe InDesign CC subscription associated with this Adobe ID 2015."
Contacted the Adobe Support via Chat which is very frustrating. I was told there's a team working on this file in offline and back within 2 working days.
I uninstalled and reinstalled but still does not.
I have a project to complete. Any help from you guys is very appreciated.
