  What do you mean by "more simple? Another way to proceed would be to have fragments of JSF page separated for each table and use a dynamic region on the home page. I haven't worked through the solution, but it should work.

  Hello. I want to print the string obtained in buffer in a table opposite end. I play serial with a machine, where I'm supposed to place an order to get the answer. The machine I'm trying to communicate has 6 cylinders, when I pass command 'b', it sends the values of the bottles as a string. Example: when 'b' is passed, I get "b 50.8 54.8 60.2 65.3 57.0 61.6" in buffer. I want to put these values in a table at the front end. Can you please give a tip / solution to my problem?   Here you need to parse the string correctly, for the string "b 50.8 54.8 60.2 65.3 57.0 61.6"

  1. remove the space first and the last, removal of b , (use the subset of the string function ( )

  2. now you have ' 50.8 54.8 60.2 65.3 57.0 61.6.

  3. now try to get the table on top of the string based on usage worksheet of array of strings

  (a) use the delimiter as space constant.

  Table 2D b) array type as a string

  Now, just wire this scoreboard table.

  It will be useful.

  DDL is not allowed directly within PL/SQL procedures.

  You must (ab) use EXECUTE IMMEDIATE issuing the DDL

• Replace the subset of table operation

  I have a code to a key VI event down that toggles the visibility of some indicators in response to press the function keys. Records using Boolean shift, the code worked with a few indicators.

  To scale to a large number of indicators, I decided that I would need convert a registry to offset single Boolean array.

  With the shift table Boolean register, for a given function key, the code reverse the Boolean value of the table for the property node Visible, then replaces the same item in the table of Boolean with the inverted Boolean value. The code does not work. Once the indicator is visible, he won't go invisible on the next push of button.

  I watched the execution, display values. Looks like that replace it table subset VI is not replace the Boolean value with the updated value. In the attached screenshot, you can see where I got the element of the array once it has been "updated" to replace table VI of subset. Impossible to find all the bugs in the list of bug LV2013.

• Replace the subset of table does not not for me

  I have a loop IN which I want to use a 1-d output Boolean of the comparison table.  There is a one-to-one correspondence between the index of the loop AND array index, so the number of loops and the size of the table are the same.  I first tried using the function insert in the table, which worked well, except that the table kept gaining in size.  Once I understood that, I replaced it by the function replace table subset, which seemed more appropriate.  However, this does not work: nothing ever appears in the table.  I tried using numbers instead of Boolean values, as an experiment, but that no longer works.  I am at a loss as to what I'm doing wrong or not understand and would appreciate suggestions.  I have attached a picture of the relevant part of the VI.

  The shift to your table register is so empty and unitialized.  You can't replace an elmenent that does not exist so that the table remains empty.  You must initialize an array before the loop with the appropriate size and he lead the shift register.

  We export data cleaned to staging tables, whenever we export data, Disqualification truncates the table and inserts the new data sets into this table.

  My requirement is instead of truncating the table before inserting the data in it, Disqualification must add these records, should not truncate the table.

  I am running oracle 11g 11.2.0.1.0 version on ASM.

  I truncated a table partitioned 3.5 GB, but extensions are not getting deleted and space is not to be released.

  the table have all lines now, but the dba_extents and dba_segments show still 3.5 GB in size.

  Please suggest what could be the possible reason.

  Please let me know if additional information is required to answer my qustion.

  Here is a demo that shows when a table is created with a FIRST, a TRUNCATE only retractable initial size.  A BLOW with a STORAGE clause can.

  Right; in versions prior to version 12.1, TRUNCATE TABLE will not work if it has enabled foreign key refers to this table, just like DROP TABLE will not work.  If all the rows in the child one or several tables made reference to refer to the parent table is not serious.  As Tsharma said, you must disable foreign key constraints before making the TRUNCATE TABLE, like this:

  ALTER TABLE emp
  Emp_address_fk DISABLE the CONSTRAINT;

  Address of TRUNCATE TABLE;

  ALTER TABLE emp
  CONSTRAINT to ALLOW emp_address_fk;
