Success for the RESTORATION but failed on RECOVER - need help

I was able to run the command 'restore database' and it went successfully.
But when I run 'recover data', it will stop with error

Even though I have this error correctly I can start my database without problem. But on our ERP application, she meet errors such as below
Error: SQLState QP99P: database error 376 (error 1376) (rcdset.readkastset () in the subject...
Fatal error: error 1376 (database error 376) on select

What should be corrected for this problem?
On the other hand, im a newbie to the oracle database. Hope someone could help me with that.

Here are the commands I've done:
controls:
1) rman-> enter
(2) connect target /-> enter
(3) delete expired backup; -> enter # this will remove all the expired backup set on the controlfile
(4) catalog starts by ' / oracle/RMAN; -> enter # this will be added all the files in the directory
(5) overview of restore of database; -> enter # this will test restore backup sets on the database, no real restoration, the test only.
(6) validate restore them database;
(7) food that all archivelog validate;
(8) judgment;
(9) startup nomount;
(10) mount the database;
(11) incarnation of the list;
(12) to restore the database incarnation 1; -Replace the old incarnation.
(13) restore database;
(14) to recover the database;
(15) Alter database open resetlogs;

the value of newname for datafile ' / oracle/dbs/Ora11g/MISSING00126 ' to ' / oracle/oradsk3/ERPLN/system01.dbf';

Are you sure that FILE_ID 126 was system01.dbf?

until the sequence = 94646;

should be the SEQUENCE until = 94647 (i.e. the last archivelog to apply more 1)

recover the database;

All until the clause should be in the same braces as RESTORE and RECOVER
