  I never had a single InDesign version on my computer, version CS5.5. Last month, I worked on a file without problem, so today I just went to revise and I suddenly got the message "cannot open file because it was saved with a newer version of Adobe InDesign (CS 6.0). There is no way this could have happened because the file did not move from my computer because I worked on it and I certainly don't have latest version of the code. Even the info file says that the file is in the format CS 5.5. What can I do?

  Try this. It is an IDML file, just open and save it again as a new version of your file and recreate a link.

• Suddenly cannot open new tab, immediately after an update of MSWindows7, or after the upgrade to Windows 10 - tired, all kinds of bugs, no luck.

  Never had this problem until what MS downloaded and installed updates (for Windows7). So I said I'm going to widows 10 because I thought anyway, so I did this - still cannot open a new tab, or by clicking on the tab '+' or 'ctrl + T.
  I spent about an hour going by most of the measures that have been provided by the support of Mozilla tech note and it did not help. I'm not going to create a new FF profile.
  I restart my PC, nothing helped. I chose "never" (I forgot the exact wording) on all the Plug Ins and then rebooted and this did not help. I have not loaded Extensions.
  I installed FF for Windows 10 just after the installation of Windows 10.
  I am a user of whether average PC.

  New tab works now. It is because of me running the first program malware that you listed above, Malwarebytes. I am grateful that you suggested it because I would not have thought that that would be the problem (because the problem occurred immediately after a MS Windows7 update.

  Windows XP... to force a reinstallation of Windows Picture and Fax viewer:

  Go to start / run... and type or copy / paste the following command:

  regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll

  (Yes, the space after the 2 and space after that the i is necessary)

  Press on... Come in...

  You should see a dialog box stating:
  DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in successful shimgvw.dll

  Same here, but I can have a work around.  Had a Windows 7 BSOD twice in a week.  Both times the Windows Action Center reported that he had a solution, but when I clicked on the link to view the solution, the Details of the Message screen says he was unable to download the solution and told me to check my Internet connection.  Clearly not the problem.  I clicked on the link "see all the problems that this applies".  Check-video equipment 2 errors and the other "stop unexpectedly" (BSOD).  Workaround: in an event random dumb luck, I clicked on the back arrow at the top of the Action Center to return to the display of the details of the Message, and as if by magic, instead of the same message on checking my Internet connection, it displays the solution!  Now, don't get excited too - the proposed '' solution '' is not really a solution for the BSOD or apparent problem with the NVIDIA graphics card.  Here you go:

  A problem with the NVIDIA graphics driver

  NVIDIA Graphics Driver has stopped working properly.

  An update of the driver, as appropriate, could prevent this problem does not happen.

  There are several ways to find and install the driver updates, but it's best to let Windows do it for you. Try the step below, which describes the process. If it does not produce a driver update that resolves the problem, try the remaining steps in the order shown.

  1. Look for the optional third-party updates

     If you decide to manually update the NVIDIA graphics driver, here's how:

     2. In Device Manager, double-click display adapters, and then double-click the name of the NVIDIA Graphics Driver device running.

• Windows locate and install a new driver, if available.

  You will need to maybe reset the Windows Update components, download the Microsoft fix - it from the link and run the wizard that automatically resets the windows update components, if it does not, I recommend that reset you manually update windows components from the link:
