  I use OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan on Macbook Pro with iTunes version 12.5.1 and just upgraded to iOS on iPhone 10.0.2 SE. There are 40 GB of storage available on the iPhone.

  All my photos are stored on my Mac and I always synchronize the albums selected using iTunes. Until today, I had nine albums (about 2000 pictures) synced to my phone. Just upgraded yesterday to iOS 10 and... cannot sync any additional album for my iPhone!   Do not help disable iTunes, Photos or even the iPhone and sync again. New pics added today to the former synchronized albums synchronizes all right.

  Is there a trick?  Or a problem of incompatibility between iOS 10 and iTunes 12.5.1?

  When I connect the Sony Xperia Z3 compact Mac, Sony for Mac. bridge arises. I select the option explore iPhoto. At first nothing shows up (the developers of Sony, it would be nice to show at least a cone of propeller or progress bar), but after a while the events appear. However all other categories of picture (faces, albums, images or last import) will appear.

  Since then, I prefer to organize photos by albums rather than the events that I can't sync anything, as I have no options to check. I use Sony Bridge for Mac 3.8.3 (3831) and iPhoto 9.5.3 (902.17). Does anyone knows how to fix this?

  Huh, so it actually works, it's just very slow. After leaving the bridge app open for awhile finally albums appeared. Review of photo albums about 3000 is terribly slow, but works. Unfortunately several separate albums are copied directly to the folder images not organized in subdirectories, then this function is not very helpful at all.

  I can't delete a photo album of the photos on my ipad 2.  The album was created in iphotos on my macbook air and synced from itunes.  All my photos on the macbook were imported to 'photos' and the album I want to remove my ipad does not exist on my macbook, not more.

  What I'm supposed to do is sync my ipad with itunes and delete the album in iphotos.

  My husband and I have an album shared with our pictures of girls and not two devices have the same number of photos in this album.  My MacBook and the iPhone isn't the same total number of pictures, my iPhone to my husband is on a difference of 300 pic.  I don't know how to get them in sync.  The album has 5K on some good photos we 5200, and then another is 4700, and so a manual comparison is out of the question.  Need help to reconcile, or how to ensure that all devices correspond.  All devices are updated with the most recent and software updates.  Thanks in advance for any help.

  It is probably because you have reached the limit of photos by shared album. The limit for photos in a shared album is 5000 photos, see this link:

• Cannot open my photo album of t-mobile of their site.

  I have a new e-maching with operating system windows 7.  I have no problem logging into my t-mobile account and access to my information.  But when I try to open my photo album (photos I took with my cell phone and sent over the internet to my t-mobile photo album) it keeps taking me back to their connection.  I called them 3 times and they assure me that the problem is not on their end.  They can access photos without problem. They say that the problem must be on my end.  I do not have my pop-up blocker on, I'm sure it's something I do everything.  Please help please, if anyone knows what I have to do.

  Check if the problem persists in safe mode with network and let us know

  Hello... Recently I met a problem when you try to synchronize my iP7 with the album in my Photos app.

  I am running Mac Sierra with Photos app.

  I have synced my phone right of iTunes until I updated to iOS 10.

  Since the update, I am unable to sync to iPhoto or iTunes.

  iTunes says "iTunes could not connect to < name of the phone > iPhone because an invalid response was received from the device.

  My 5s iPhone isn't jailbroken. The screen is NOT locked. There is NO other restriction on the account access code.

  All other threads I've seen on this subject are the 2012-2014 period. Everyone says to restart the phone, or APPROVE this computer when asked. I've done both. Several times.

  I'm on an old first generation Mac Pro. I can't go to OS 10.7.5 with it, but have never had any problems so far.

  IOS 10 does not work with older operating systems?

  Any other suggestions to get it to work again?

  An iPhone with iOS 10 requires the latest version of iTunes, 12.5.1, which requires OS X 10.9.5 or above.

  You can synchronize the photos using MyPhotoStream or iTunes sync - the only way to synchronize the organization uses iCloud photo library

  I left the iOS 10 update happens on my iPhone 5.  I use an old 10.7.5 iMac to do all the backups of my iDevice.  Now, if I connect the phone to the iMac and click the button 'Trust The Computer' on the phone, iTunes 12.2.5 says "invalid response received from the device" and does not connect to it.

  10 iOS devices work is no longer with iTunes 12.2.5?  It's obviously the last version that will run on OSX 10.7.5.  So I will now upgrade my computer at home because I upgraded my phone software.

  I'm afraid you will have to upgrade your OS X to 10.9.5 or newer to allow you to use iTunes 12.5.1 that supports iOS 10.

• Photo albums, do not sync on iOS 10

  Whenever I try to sync my photo albums regular on my iPhone with the newly updated iOS 10, photos sync but not displayed in albums.

  They show in the pictures under different dates tab, but not in the albums section in the appropriate album titles the they are synced with.

  Ive never had this problem until the update to iOS 10 today.

  Help, please! Given these photos sorted into albums is a necessity for me!
