Suddenly, I have a column on the left side of my screen shows all the latest tweets.  I didn't ask for this purpose; I certainly do not install it.  And I can't find a way to shut it down or remove it.  Someone out there has an answer?

  If I've understood your problem, try this. Create a shortcut to "soundrecorder /file outputfilename.wav" (without the quotes).

  Then start soundrecorder via this shortcut and start and stop the recording, it will save so (hopefully) as a wav as before.

  I think the problem is, W7 soundrecorder, by default, saves to wma.

  If not, try a 3rd free part program such as Audacity (which seems like overkill, but should do the job).

  Looks like they have accidentally been removed from the toolbar. The toolbar can be customized quite widely, is not a rare mistake. Take a look at Knowledge Base article the Navigation buttons such as back, home, bookmarks and recharge are missing. It will show you how to restore buttons.

  There should be a drop down menu where you can select the version that qualifies you for the upgrade activation (CS5 in your case).
