I'm running into a bit of a creative block and I'm looking for some basic guidelines for the formatting of the book. I wonder about fonts, how to use, ideas on the position of the hierarchy, fonts for tables compared to the rest of my text, etc.  I formatted everything, but apparently just awkward and ugly because I do not have a sensitivity to the standards.

  Does anyone know of a resource where I could find some tips on this?

  each field can call getManager to check if it is added to another Manager. If a field is added to a manager that this Manager notifies its topmanager, it notifies its topmanager etc. until the highest level is reached.

  I have dozens and dozens of Disney films to digital copy in DRM'd WMV format that I downloaded from the packs of Disney DVD/Blu Ray / Digital Download that I bought.  They play fine on Windows Media Player on Windows 8 Pro.  But there is no media player everywhere where they will play on the Surface RT. I think it was very bad judgment and taste do not include Windows Media Player with Windows RT.  Before purchasing a program to remove the DRM and convert the file format, I have no way to watch the movies I paid for and legitimately possess as digital copies on my RT of Surface. The #1 reason why I bought a Surface RT was so that we can watch movies on the go. I'm really disappointed in the experience of the RT and the value for money. When Microsoft released Windows Media Player for Windows RT to correct this gross oversight?

  The short answer is probably never. Surface RT doesn't have a license to play DRM content, so unless Microsoft Gets a license, you will not be able to play your DRM WMV files... or can you?

  Follow the steps in this link:

  Basically, you need to download a DRM remover, run it and transfer it to the surface. It explains how to convert the format of WMV to mp4 say however, there are enough apps in the store play WMV files that you shouldn't have to be converted if you do not want. With respect to the transfer to the surface, personally, we use Skydrive, but you can use any method you want. In addition, you do not have to use the Remover suggested in the article, now that you know that they exist, you can search and find your own.

• When you are looking for WeatherFox, I discovered that my bottom bar everything was gone. I can't figure out how to restore. The Add-ons are still installed.

  I just noticed this morning that the lower tool, including weatherfox, Hebrew calendar and several other modules, has completely disappeared. Maybe it's a matter of having inadvertently clicked on something one day when do not not paying attention. When I checked under Firefox preferences earlier, I went to < manage add-ons > and saw installed at all the modules have been installed yet. I can't find a way to restore the tool bar display lower.

  Having a back-up, I opened the time Machine to see if a previous Firefox homepage included the bottom bar. I don't know if I did not go far enough or if Firefox is somehow the opening to a new default value, involuntary without the lower bar, any distance back I go.

  During this time, writing this, I went back to Firefox preferences, and now the General Preferences dialog box is completely ruined, as if the size of the content of this dialog box had grown up, in two dimensions, so it is no longer within the area and parts of it are not available. It is truncated, in other words, as well on the side right and on the bottom. I can isn't even access the section modules. The last visible thing at the bottom of that box is the upper part of the line of text that is displayed as follows: 'Pick your add-ons Preferences.' It's as if someone came with an Exacto and sheared to the lower part of this line of text. And then there is in the lower left corner. Along the right side of the box, under the "Home Page", there are three buttons: use current Pages >, < use a bookmark > and < restore Dfau >, which is the point where the text ends.

Now, it's not only a question of restoring the lower bar on my page of Firefox, with display modules, but apparently I need to figure out how to resize the preferences General dialog box, as well. I just checked: other preferences dialog boxes appear to be rising correctly.

• You are looking for a tool for mixed content "sniffing" HTTPS/HTTP

  I hope someone here can help me out. I'm looking for a tool/addon that can report exactly what on the page will raise an error of mixed content. The browser will tell me something on the page is not sure, but it doesn't tell me where or which is not secure, so I can fix it.

  Here is my recent example of this problem.
  I had a problem with a HTTPS page with one doubleclick on it tracking pixel. It was an iframed of pixel on the tracking of the standard page and iframed page was HTTPS without any problem of cert. It turned out that the current iframed page has a javascript call which was HTTP and this triggers the error of mixed content.

  Unfortunately it took me almost two days to understand iframed pages was the no-ssl, not anything on the site.

  If someone here could help me find a tool or point to a browser feature that I don't know who could help sniff me these fastest mixed content error would make you my life so much easier.

  You can glean some more information the Console browser Firefox (Ctrl + Shift + j). Mixed content blocks generate a log entry in the Security category. If you mix in the filter area in the upper right of the console, which should help down on the message. (Example screenshot attached.)

  Now... you still need to understand what generates the request, but I hope it helps.

  Windows backup is not installed by default on XP Home.  You can install it if you have a genuine Windows XP CD or if you download the full network for SP2 installation file: http://www.ntbackup.us/Articles/install-ntbackup-xp-home.htm

  I suggest, however, that you not install NTBackup, but rather get a cloning/disk imaging application.  What follows is not free, but you get what you pay for.  NTBackup has some limitations (on the one hand, you cannot use NTBackup to backup to the optical media).  NTBackup also is not used in Vista or Windows 7, but after much kicking and screaming, Microsoft made a utility to restore NTBackup for Vista and Win 7 for computers with these operating systems could at least read BKF files created by NTBackup.
