Support Bluetooth? Please? Does not at all!

Hi, I have a problem with my laptop's built-in bluetooth device. I use a Dell Inspiron 15r n5010 Windows 7-based.

Recently, I tried to use the bluetooth device built to my laptop for the first time in a long time and couldn't make it work. I have had no bluetooth icon in the system tray, on the desk, and she did not appear in my device manager. My computer is a few years old, so I decided that it would probably work if I re-installed my computer of WIDCOMM Bluetooth software came with. I found the software on the Broadcom website and downloaded the installer for Bluetooth software. During the installation, a yellow triangle with a black exclamation point it appears on the installer window and asked me to plug in or turn on my bluetooth device. I know for a fact that my bluetooth device is plugged, it is in my laptop. I don't know if it's on, but I want to say that it is, as I started the Bluetooth Service and Bluetooth Support Service in the program of Services grew by searching "services.msc" in the start menu.     Have you ran the Windows troubleshooting tool?

    If you check device manager is there any errors on the network map?

    This is a bug in VCD 5.5.0 and 5.5.1. It will be fixed in 5.5.2. If you can't wait for the fix so there is a /hotpatch. If you file a support request then GSS can give you the /hotpatch
