  SATA controllers will normally appear as "SCSI" controllers in windows. It's normal and nothing to worry about. Often the SATA controllers will also be able to run in IDE mode and then they present themselves as IDE controllers, but it is unlikely that they will be able to operate optimally, as the IDE interface is missing some features of SATA. So even if you do not have the ability to set the cache in the Device Manager, a SATA controller is running in mode SATA should work just fine.

  The IDE bus is managed by the controller SATA3, and if this control is set in the BIOS to "IDE" somehow it seems related to the operating system as a SCSI device.  By setting this entry in the BIOS to "RAID/IDE" IDE devices get properly detected.

  This can also occur if you change the BIOS settings for the SATA ports of 'IDE' to 'AHCI' after installing Windows 7.

  I want to stay with win 7 (so that I can run software that won't not be supported on Windows 8) the only way to get the latest updates (up to 2020 with extended support) 2015 is extended support with win 7 pro. I tried to get win 7 pro with extended support of pc business, but they have not heard of extended support!

  That's right--what it means (as far as I KNOW), is that, after 13/01/2015 2020 you won't get updates security update but still no service packs or feature updates.

PS will respect the existing files file type, but any newly created file or an image file that contains the operations that cannot be stored in an image format "fool" to happen to PSD / PSB or TIFF in layers / extended. Or in other words: PS may not know that you may want to reject the additional data that it can maintain and is perhaps being too much of a protective mother hen...

When I install the game battlefield 4 it says updated 331.40 drivers when I try I get the error "cannot find Compatible graphics hardware.   Thanks for the help sparkles1. In the end I solved it downloading 331.40 NVIDIA driver to win 8 x 64. Then when it failed to install, I went to laptopvideo2go.com and downloaded a modified inf file. Then I copied this inf file and replaced the official nvamn.inf file of the nvidia driver I downloaded. I had to disable the verification of signature in windows 8 then reboot the PC, then install the downloaded driver and fortunately it worked.
  
  The pain in the ass, it's now that I have that everything is done I found the beta version of bf4 is more what a week, someone really need to solve this problem in a friendly way.
  
  But your help made me realize that a few other drivers were updated so Bravo for that also.

  My question was, I was getting keyboard white with no key, just by doing a quick response to whatsapp messages, while the phone is locked and if the phone has been unlocked, it works fine.

  Since I have never heard of this issue with any other application and WhatsApp is not an Apple application, I suggest you address the problem with WhatsApp and see what they have to say.

  I am considering an iPad 2 Air for myself.

  I have many android (phones and tablets) devices that are vulnerable to the frame and the combination of Samsung or LG and carriers will not roll the provided Google of patches on their devices.  Not a single device of mine will be patched.  I will not stop to buy more devices stuck in that model of support for fix hardware manufacturer and the accepting carrier of patch.

  This only leaves Google Nexus range of products and Apple's IOS devices for review as far as I know.  Apple products are a bit expensive for me, but I may have no choice.

  I can tell you that my iPad 2, which is a little more than 4 years, can be iOS9 and updates that come with it.

  Due to the large number of possible algorithms, we do not provide built in calculation for trend lines. Our goal is rather to ensure that the user can display trend lines what they calculated, with the right amount of interactivity support. We have a very basic demo of this feature in the Cookbook: Oracle JET - graphics - Custom graphics: trendline. In this demonstration, we recommend using reference objects, rather than additional series, because the objects of reference do not allow a user to interact with the individual points or use features such as selection or drilling, which would be undesirable for a trend line.

  On the second question, could you give more details on this cursor you are referring? We have two ways to use our zoom and scroll feature:

  • Preview: Oracle JET - graph - Zoom & scroll: the time axis
