can any one help to help me configure my id of black berries on my 8520 v5 to use via app world online and via handset I get error messages.

even if when I check if I have a black berry id by using the electronic address sound as if I have one.but allow me to reset the password via the link online or even to create a new user

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan to your account?

If you already have it then you use different ID BlackBerry to BlackBerry App World!

Can you even once try to reset your BlackBerry ID password from a computer following this Knowledge Base:

KB26361 : How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password 

 

After reset reboot your device and then try to sign in with your new BlackBerry ID instead, it and let us know if it does not work.

    No, as I said, they are available in Android apps which you call is able to run for the right amount of.
    You will need to get them on an Android App store, there is a good app called Snap specially written to help with this...

    Just to update if some interested-, I found a way to activate Hebrew on the device.

    I downloaded the software from T-Mobile Germany here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp

    And then in the update of the Blackberry Desktop software allowed me to activate Hebrew to display languages.

    You should have no problem of uninstalling all the languages not used your BlackBerry. You can do this by opening your configuration icon and clicking the language icon. Under manage languages, uncheck all the languages that you want to uninstall.

    Hi and welcome to the forums!

    I would try the following list of vendors. Make sure that they have the correct software for your "BOLD" 9000

    If you do not load the software from a different provider make sure you delete the vendor.xml file from your PC

    After installing the OS device and before you install it on your device.

    It looks like Cellcom Wireless Israel could be a good starting point, they have software "BOLD".

    The problem started when my Blackberry Messenger would freeze my phone, sometimes for up to 30 minutes, when I tried to open an existing conversation on this subject. I'm getting a little bored with it. Is there a site I can go to download an older version? How can I reinstall it? How? Its a Blackberry 8220 Flip if it matters. I'd appreciate the help. Thank you.

    THEN open Desktop Manager > process Loader. Search the BlackBerry Messenger list and check the box to load.

    Follow the prompts to complete.

    I recently converted to the Blackberry Tour starting a Windows Moblie device. I'm faced with a problem that is essential in our line of work and that is, that I can open is no longer our .mil customers emails. I am not able to open the SMIME messages. I'm not on a BES and use Desktop Manager.

    So, my questions are the following:

    (1) at - it an application that I can load with this problem.

    (2) is there a workaround that can help solve the problem.

    I don't know if you need a BES to process S/MIME messages, but I know that you can use the Application Loader to install the S/MIME support.

    I just bought a Bold 9780 and try to set up the e-mail.

    I go through the Configuration tab e-mail accounts. I click on it - get a square of black smal who shows brefly and rest of the configuration screen.

    Trying to Exite of installation, the phone freezes. I can't move to cancel. The only way out is to remove the battery.

    The other function in the running Configuration all OK (except for Blackberry messaging, but who is because no e-mail account has been configured).

    All other functions allow me to exit the right way.

    I have internet and WiFi access on the phone.

    Any advice much appreciated woould.

    I decided to back up my data because I wanted for security wipe my phone and just restore the really important files that I have. I security wiped my phone earlier because he is trolling a lot and I'm trying to set up my BBM. He leads me nowhere but a message saying "Associant BBM with your Blackberry ID.     A box of Intellisync error message appears whenever I try to sync with Lotus Notes 6.5 on my PC via USB and the Office Manager. The error message says: "unable to connect to the device.  Please make sure that the device is properly connected and try again.  I am also unable to make a backup or configure synchronization settings.  I tried several things, including the re - install Desktop Manager (v.4.6), get out and re-installing the battery of BB, demotion to a lower version of Desktop Manager (v.4.3), but the problem is not resolved.

    The file under C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application PtTrace.log is in Motion\BlackBerry\Intellisync shows the following errors:

    Error 0 x 83110005.-2096037883.0 a.\syncconfigmanager.cpp line 1137

    Error cannot load CXLServer1.dll in the product directory... 4005.\callback.cpp line 3610

    Thanks for the suggestion.  I did a wipe, shortly before I read your post and it now works for me as well.  I share your view that the problem seems to lie with the way the device switch Wizard copies the files.
