Supreme order: Forged Alliance stop when ram reached 39%

I played Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance lately and every time my computer reached 39% memory usage it will crash and appear a message saying that the program has stopped working. I am running Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium, System Specs: 12 GB of ram, i7 920 processor, graphics 295gtx. This question was repeated about 4 times all in memory of 39% used (using performance monitor of the g15 to view the ram usage). It seems as if the game is made for 32-bit operating systems is crashing on because it is greater than 4 GB of ram used (after taking into account the use of ram due to regular windows and other operations its about 4 GB, which is the limit for 32-bit os). Is there a way to allow this program fully enjoy my computer of 12 GB of ram, or at least a way to limit and she falls do not down when it hits the limit?

Hello

Are you using the latest Patch?

You can also try to start Windows with a limited amount of RAM, for example 3 GB

To do:

1. press "start".

2. search for "msconfig".

3. click on 'start '.

4. advanced options

5. maximum memory: 1024, 2048, 3073 and so on.

6. restart your PC

In order to restore the maximum size of the RAM, just disable the new option.
