  I understand that you have a problem with some iBooks that you downloaded from the iBooks store where some images do not appear. You have downloaded these books on another device to see if you can isolate the books or your iPhone as the question?

• Adobe Illustrator not seen

  This happens every time, but a large part of the time that I'm going to open one of my illustrator files, and a message appears that says "cannot complete preview. Cannot complete the requested operation. "And then he opens my files only in outline. I find that if I restart my computer and only open a file, I can usually operate. Also, much of the time I try to open a file or even place an image into a file, I work in and it will say that I don't have enough storage memory to complete the operation. I don't know if these things could be related.

  I JUST had this problem, I had many open AI files. How I fixed it. I recorded a new version, while the file is still open (incase it didn't work) then closed the file that has not been seen. Then I closed the other tabs (I noticed later said these tabs also overview of GPU). After the closure of the other tabs and reopen the case, everything started upward as outlines black and white and I just had to go to the view tab and re - turn on the normal preview.

  I created a vector Illustrator logo with transparency using multiply. I then saved as an SVG.  But when I put in MUSE transparency / Multiply does not appear and it looks like the image before the ids of the applied effect.

  How do I save it so it will work in Muse?

  Please try this in Illustrator.

  1. Select all the objects on the artboard

  2. go to object > flatten transparency

  3. Select the following options in the window to flatten transparency.

  

  4. click Ok and save the file as SVG and then try to use it in Muse.

• Cannot open a new file in Illustrator (not enough RAM message)

  On an iMac running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 with 16 GB of RAM and Illustrator CC15.  Every once in a while when I open Illustrator and it is the only program running, I try to open a new Illustrator file and I get the error "cannot perform the operation because there is not enough memory (RAM live) available.»   While they inspected the activity monitor it is only about 7 GB of RAM used at the time.   Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  I did a complex planogram using elements illustrator.eps in the adobe library.  The files are eps illustrator as well.  When you edit the original file, it did not updated in the library or in the respective folders.  Help please! I have

  To change the items in the library so that they update:

  1. Double-click the work (graphics) in the library.
  2. Make your changes (you could copy and paste from the modified original Illustrator file if necessary).
  3. Save the file. Do not change the file name when registering.

  Basically once you drag work in Illustrator in the library, there is no relationship between the original Illustrator file and the library item, which is why editing files original Illustrator will not update the items in the library.

  For error Code 146, Adobe offers when you rename the file and try again the update: Troubleshooting Illustrator CC 2015 logfiles.

  In case it is a permissions issue, you could also try to install the update under the root user in OS X activation and using the user 'root' on OS X - Apple support or a new user account with administrator privileges install or run Adobe applications in the new user account. Mac OS X.

  If none of these suggestions solves your problem and you are a subscriber to creative cloud, I suggest you Contact Customer Care, given that troubleshooting techniques may be required.

• Window of police Illustrator not resizable / wish for better usability

  The window fonts in Illustrator is quite old now, and with each new version, CC, I open the window fonts to see if it has changed something. Unfortunately so far not, and it's the same thing for quite awhile.

  It would be great that this window is resizable and generally made with the best ergonomics. Y at - there already a change in sight in the near future, is already discussions on this window? Or it will remain the same in future versions? Where would be a place to ask Adobe or to propose such a question as a desire?

• Vector illustrations Illustrator not scaling proportionally since 2015.2.0 updated

  Since I made the last update to Illustrator C 2015.2.0 my work not in proportion, dimensionnera no matter if done manually or through the dialogue of the scale.

  The height and Width values seem to be ' alignment' to a sort of increment values, but I don't know where this has been changed in my preferences... ideas would be very appreciated?

  In such cases, the first assumption is aligned to the pixel grid.

  You can select the entire document and untick finally align on the pixel grid in the Transform palette and uncheck also align new objects to the pixel grid in the options of the Launcher. It is crucial that the checkbox is disabled completely, not just a - which also count as ticked.

  It may be noted that even align with the pixel grid is cleared with all the selected objects, align new objects to the pixel grid is checked as the creation of new objects will result in these new objects being aligned, even when they are created from existing objects that can happen with Pathfinder operations.

  You can avoid the types of documents with the default (RGB for the web and other) or change the default value for such documents.

  Illustrator CC on maverick not pensionable or crashing just after I turn on the app. I tried vacuuming and tried to stick a new IMSLib.dylib but nothing works. I reinstalled Illustrator more four times with restart of the computer, but nothing helped. Please help me! I want to do new things.

  Problem solved by connect session after removing the file WacomMultiTouch.Framework of the location: frameworks/Library/Frameworks folder on the desktop.

• Why Illustrator not she still has a quick touch of PLACE?

  I've always preferred Illustrator even in the old days Freehand. But (except if I missed something) Why oh why didn't need a quick key to insert or place an object. Even from the beginning of Corel Draw, Freehand, Pagemaker and Quark they all had a hot key.

  Where is illustrators or how do I add a like Adobe still refuses to?

  Also why all the other Adobe and other software companies have the H command key to hide their but not Illustrator CC?

  The same person was Illustrator programming from the beginning without talking to the other developers Adobe or not only listened to them?

  This problem is resolved in 17.1 update released for Illustrator CC. Now you can run the command from a keyboard shortcut: Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + P

• Activity app illustrating not road

  

  Just saw this on iLounge this morning.  Apparently the iPhone App activity is supposed to now show the routes of your workouts as well as the temperature at the time of the workout. I guess that they have managed to do this pairing of the iphone with the Apple Watch rather than to use a Apple Watch 2 (with GPS chip) that watch has not yet been made public

  Unfortunately, doesn't seem to work on my phone... Would have someone seen this work? No idea how to operate.  The watch and phone are already set to the location of the monitor and the movement

  I just noticed this also and was looking for the meaning of the colors on the road.

  This appears in the title of the activity, but it's under a workout. I just do a walk outdoors, opened without purpose, and when I finished the road appears under activity/workouts.

  I don't have to do anything else to make it work. I take my phone with me on my walks.

  I would recommend to fix permissions on drive "C" of your machine as it seems to be a permissions issue.

  To check how to set permissions on a specific folder, Veuileez see "Solution 2: restore the permissions to license records" click on the windows operating system you have and then see point '3. ' " Set permissions' in the link below:

  NOTE: Please ignore the name of the folder mentioned on section permission set of solution 2, instead of doing the same procedure on the folder "C:\adobeTemp\" of your machine.

• Problem title: "Transparent" logo in Illustrator "not transparent" in PremierePro

  I was battlign with something for far too long, which I'm sure there's a simple answer!

  I'm saving a logo in Illustrator with a Transparent background in PNG (screenshot of export to the web settings) format attached.

  I then opened it. PNG file in the service of the title to PremierePro5.5 via the menu items < title / Logo / Logo insert > and I also tried < /Logo/ insert the Logo in the title text > [screenshot shows both versions importated for purposes of illustration] yet in any way the logo becomes transparent against the gray background chosen.

  Any ideas please?

  

  

  Try using the PNG-24 instead of PNG - 8 format.
