Switch the Shift + del function with led?

When I press the button on a selected file he invites me to move to the trash.  But generally, I want to delete it without moving it to the trash.  To do this, press SHIFT + DELETE.  I want to do with just the del key.  I can't disable the Recycle Bin, but the shift + delete does nothing.  Shift + del should move to the trash, and del delete.  Possible?

Hello

    and sorry for my BAD English...!

    Hello Shoaib,

    Your computer comes pre-installed with Windows 8. You can extract the product key on the basis of good records, but it will not help you add functionality to your edition of Windows. To add features (Windows 8 Pro Pack or Media Center Pack) to your existing windows, you must purchase a product key that is completely different from your product key of Windows 8.

  • Impossible to update the PC Dell laptop with Microsoft or Windows 8.1 updates

    I have two windows on the PC at home. The desktop machine has detected the 8.1 update and I installed it without any problems whatsoever (XPS from Dell all-in-one 32-bit). The laptop (Dell 14z Ultrabook - 64-bit) did not detect the update.

    I tried via Metro and also interfaces classical, for "updates" to work, because they apparently have not. Each time, she turns just constantly and I get nowhere.

    I tried to refresh and then also tried reinstalling the machine W8 - whenever he "prepares" for basically of 15-20 minutes until I give up, because obviously, it won't work.

    Clearly, there is a problem here and I need to know what to do. I should do a USB and try reinstalling from there own W8? Or can I do this directly to 8.1?

    Or is there something I can do to get an update via the machine itself?

    I have the same problem with the same laptop. No solution

    gonzad,

    Mine is now sorted.

    I turned the machine, a couple of times.

    I next went to Windows Update again. This time I just left it.

    Hey presto, a few hours later, she had discovered 32 important updates.

    I asked it to update, that was then. Once again, this process has taken an extremely long time, maybe an hour. This can be down to the web connection, as the machine was very happy to play a Youtube video.

    Anyway, as soon as the update and the updates installed, the 8.1 update was visible on the market and installed without a hitch.

    I hope this helps - the answer is to persevere.

    Oh, BTW, I also checked the Windows Update settings in 8.1 and they are configured to download updates, which somehow, strangely, and certainly not down to me, were not set up for the auto-update in Windows 8.

  • The writing PLSQL functions with columns as arguments (without aggregation)?

    Forum,

    . . . . Anyone know the shape / syntax of a function (Oracle10g) that works on a column (for example, SUM) without having to specify a GROUP BY clause (aggregators so defined by the user, although his end to adapt, is not quite what I'm looking for)? Web research point to a REF CURSOR argument - can I get an amen?

    . . . . I have a function that adds two objects (type = MDSYS. SDO_GEOMETRY containing geometries 'unknown' for Oracle built in functions do not work on them). To add objects K, the user must call this function time (K-1). This isn't a big problem as long as the number of adds is small (K _ < _ 5?), but what happens if the user needed to add objects N (where N + 1 is the point they go postal)? The solution seems to be to overload the existing function so that it can take a column as an argument and the user can limit the number of objects in the WHERE clause.

    See you soon,.

    This is not true. Aggregate functions do not require a GROUP BY clause. You have not said

    SELECT  COUNT (*)
    FROM    table_x;

    When you want ot know if table_x had been filled? In addition, aggreagate user-defined functions can also be called analytically.

    I heard that after a few years of use, Windows-based computers lose their ability to function. This happened to me before and I bought a new laptop. Now, I think that it happens again. The laptop (Dell Inspiron) with Windows 7 Home Premium is now slow to most of the activities - loading of the pages in the browser, etc... He is also declining my VPN connection occasionally, but also my direct connection is very slow. The ISP has corrected this once, but I'm wondering now if it is the computer which is slow rather than on the network because my laptop works well on the same network/router. Is there one solution to this other than another new laptop?

    Jonathan,

    You say that your computer is slow, but all of the examples you give are rather than slow computer operations slow network communications.  To avoid any unnecessary work, check how fast the computer is on the tasks that don't use any network.

    If it works fine for tasks not network then you can concentrate on the problems of network as being the only concern.

    It has also become very slow for no network tasks you should study other causes.  Just as an example: If, like me, you sleep / turn off the computer when you are not using it then defrag will never work, so you can run it manually to make sure that doesn't cause problems.   Describe your symptoms in this thread so that someone can advise on the best course of action.

    In the unlikely case where you must run Dell Factory Image Restore, then the instructions are in your manual PC *.  Before doing this, run Dell Datasafe Local Backup then click on Backup, recovery to create - media allows you to create a bootable USB of the partition that you can use the normal procedure that failing Dell Factory Image Restore [to do this, even if you have already solved your problems so that you could face if the hard drive has failed never completely].

    I have my old dell n5010 (15R Inspiron) with SSD (Samsung EVO 840 120 G) installed on the main drive Bay and the HDD (Samsung HJJ 500 G) on the optical drive Bay.

    It is a typical way to add an SSD on such an old laptop (bought from dell.com.cn in 2011).

    My Windows 10 operating system has been installed on the SSD using Samsung Data Migration software, so the previous C drive was pointless. So I formatted and installed an operating system Ubuntu 14.04 on it, hoping the grub OSs double beginning located on the HARD disk.

    However, I find no the Dell bios boot option to boot from the HARD drive installed in my optical drive Bay. All the choices are 'Hard Drive', 'Network' and 'Diagnostic '.

  • Lasso tool polygon binding angles trying to add to the selection with the SHIFT key

    Since upgrading (downgrading?) of Photoshop CS6 Extended Photoshop CC I have a problem with the lasso tool of polygon limited at certain angles when you try to add to a selection.

    Here's the scenario, I select a color background with the magic wand tool, then I would like to add a few things to the selection, so I click on the polygon lasso tool and hold the SHIFT key to add to the playlist and then start to use the polygon lasso tool... often very randomly the polygon lasso tool will limit his movements to a 90 degree angle Sometimes something that seems like an angle of 30 degrees and sometimes he'll do any.

    I'm doing something wrong or is this a bug?

    The SHIFT key has two functions in the creation of a selection.  The first is as you know to add to any selection using another selection tool.  The second is forced to angles in drawing and selection, but also rotation tools.  So for your example, you have to hold down the SHIFT key when you click on to add to your selection using the polygon lasso tool, but after making the first click with the tool, Photoshop knows that you want to add to the selection.  So do not hold the SHIFT key after the first click, otherwise Photoshop assumes that you also want to compel the angles drawing of your choice.  (Unless that's what you really want to)

  • [8i] help with function with parameters (for the calculation of the work)

    Let me start by saying, I've never written a function before, and I do not have access to create a feature in my database (that is, I can't test this feature). I am trying to achieve a function I can ask my IT Department to add for me. I hope that someone can take a look at what I wrote and tell me if this should work or not, and if it's the right way to go to solve my problem.

    I'm creating a function to make a very simple calculation of work (add/subtract a number of days to a date in the calendar).

    The database, I work with has a table with the schedule of work. Here is a sample table and sample data, representative of what is in my work table calendar:
    CREATE TABLE caln
    (     clndr_dt     DATE,
         shop_days     NUMBER(5)
         CONSTRAINT caln_pk PRIMARY KEY (clndr_dt)
    );

    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/01/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),0);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/02/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),1);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/03/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),2);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/04/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),3);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/05/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),3);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/06/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),3);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/07/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),4);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/08/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),5);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/09/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),6);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/10/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),7);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/11/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),8);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/12/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),8);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/13/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),8);
    INSERT INTO     caln
    VALUES (To_Date('01/14/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'),9);
    The table includes since 01/01/1980 but 31/12/2015.

    I have written (and validated) this parameter query that performs the calculation of my working day (mday):
    SELECT     cal.clndr_dt
    FROM     CALN cal
    ,     (
         SELECT     cal.shop_days+:mdays     AS new_shop_days
         FROM     CALN cal
         WHERE     cal.clndr_dt     =:start_date
         ) a
    WHERE     cal.shop_days     = a.new_shop_days
    AND     ROWNUM          =1
    ORDER BY     cal.clndr_dt;
    Based on this request, I created the following function (and I have no idea if it works or if the syntax is right, etc..):
    CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION add_mdays
         (start_date     IN DATE,
         mdays          IN NUMBER(5))
    RETURN     DATE
    IS
         new_date DATE;
    BEGIN

         SELECT     cal.clndr_dt
         FROM     CALN cal
         ,     (
              SELECT     cal.shop_days+mdays     AS new_shop_days
              FROM     CALN cal
              WHERE     cal.clndr_dt     =start_date
              ) a
         WHERE     cal.shop_days     = a.new_shop_days
         AND     ROWNUM          =1
         ORDER BY     cal.clndr_dt;

         RETURN     new_date;

    END add_mdays;  //edit 9:31 AM - noticed I left off this bit
    I'm also not sure how to do to have the function handle results that would return a date outside the range of dates that appear in the table (prior to 01/01/1980 or after until 31/12/2015 - or, another way to look at what was, before the caln.clndr_dt or the caln.clndr_dt MAX value MIN value).

    My goal is to be able to use the function in a situation similar to the following:

    First of all, here is a sample table and data:
    CREATE TABLE orders
    (     ord_no          NUMBER(5),
         plan_start_dt     DATE,
         CONSTRAINT orders_pk PRIMARY KEY (ord_no)
    );

    INSERT INTO orders
    VALUES (1,To_Date('01/08/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'));
    INSERT INTO orders
    VALUES (2,To_Date('01/09/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'));
    INSERT INTO orders
    VALUES (3,To_Date('01/10/1980','mm/dd/yyyy'));
    And here's how I would use my function:
    SELECT     orders.ord_no
    ,     orders.plan_start_dt
    ,     add_mdays(orders.plan_start_dt, -3) AS prep_date
    FROM     orders
    Thus, the function would allow me to come back, for each command in my table of orders, the date is 3 days working (mdays) before the start of the plan of each order.

    I go about it the right way? I have to create a function to do this, or is there a way for me to integrate my request (which makes my mday calculation) in the example query above (eliminating the need to create a function)?

    Thank you very much in advance!

    Fixed some typos in the last insert statements

    Published by: user11033437 on February 2, 2010 09:31 (fixed some syntax in the function)

    Hello

    Ah, referring to Oracle 8 and is not not able to test your own code makes me nostalgic for the good old days, when you have entered your cards and led to a window to the computer center and waited an hour for the work to be performed and then seen printing to find that you had made a typo.

    If you write functions, you should really test yourself. Like all codes, functions forge be written small not: write a line or two (or sometimes just a part of what would later become a single line), test, make sure it is running properly and repeat.
    Ideally, your employer must create a pattern of development in a development database that you can use.
    You can legally download your own instance of Oracle Express Edition free; just be careful not to use features that are not available in the database where the code will be deployed.

    You need a function to get the desired results:

    SELECT       o.ord_no
    ,       o.plan_start_dt
    ,       MIN (e.clndr_dt)     AS prep_date
    FROM       orders     o
    ,       caln          l
    ,       caln          e
    WHERE       l.clndr_dt     = o.plan_start_dt
    AND       e.shop_days     = l.shop_days - 3
    GROUP BY  o.ord_no
    ,            o.plan_start_dt
    ;

    It would be more effective (and somewhat simpler) If you've added a column (let's call it work_day) identified whether each line represents a work_day or not.
    For each value of shop_days, exactly 1 row will be considered as a working day.
    Then, the query may be something like:

    SELECT       o.ord_no
    ,       o.plan_start_dt
    ,       e.clndr_dt          AS prep_date
    FROM       orders     o
    ,       caln          l
    ,       caln          e
    WHERE       l.clndr_dt     = o.plan_start_dt
    AND       e.shop_days     = l.shop_days - 3
    AND       e.work_day     = 1
    ;

    You can use the analytic LAG function to populate the work_day column.

    A function would certainly be useful, although perhaps slower.

    The function you have posted has some errors:
    an argument can be stated under NUMBER (5); Just NUMBER.
    (b) when you SELECT in PL/SQL, as you do, you must SELECT a variable to store the results.
    (c) ROWNUM is arbitrary (making it useless in this problem) unless you draw a neat subquery. I don't think you can use ORDER BY in subqueries in Oracle 8. Use the ROW_NUMBER analytic function.
    (d) the service must end with an END statement.

    Given your current caln table, here's how I would write the function:

    CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION add_mdays
         ( start_date IN DATE DEFAULT SYSDATE,
           mdays          IN           NUMBER          DEFAULT     1
         )
    RETURN     DATE
    DETERMINISTIC
    IS
         -- add_mdays returns the DATE that is mdays working days
         -- after start_date. (If mdays < 0, the DATE returned
         --     will be before start_date).
         -- Work days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays
         -- as indicated in the caln table.

         new_date DATE; -- to be returned
    BEGIN

         SELECT     MIN (t.clndr_dt)
         INTO     new_date
         FROM caln f -- f stands for "from"
         ,     caln     t     -- t stands for "to"
         WHERE     f.clndr_dt     = TRUNC (start_date)
         AND     t.shop_days     = f.shop_days + TRUNC (mdays)
         ;

         RETURN     new_date;
    END     add_mdays;
    /
    SHOW ERRORS

    Production code forge be robust (which includes "fool-proofing").
    Try to anticipate what people errors might appeal to your function and correct for them where possible.
    For example, if it only makes sense for start_date at midnight, mdays to be an integer, use TRUNC in the function where soembody passes a good value.
    Allow default arguments.
    Comment of your function. Put all comments within the service (i.e. after CREATION and before the END) so that they will remain in the data dictionary.
    If, given the same arguments, the function always returns the same value, mark it as DETERMINISTIC, for efficiency. This means that the system will remember the values transmitted rather than to call the function whenever it is said to.

    I wish I could score questions such as 'Correct' or 'useful '; you get 10 points for sure.
    You posted CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements (without even be begged).
    You gave a clear description of the problem, including the expected results.
    The code is well formatted and easy to read.
    All around, one of the more thoughtful and well written questions I've seen.
    Play well! Keep up the good work!

  • Cannot switch the language layout with wireless keyboard

    I do a sort of a media center for my mac mini. So far, everything is great, except for one very annoying thing. I bought this wireless keyboard and it's working great, although there is a problem with the layout language switch. When I change the input language - it is off, according to the change of language icon, if a text input is always in English. I'm quite confused and don't know if it's related to the keyboard itself or it's a question of OS (same behavior was on yosemite, before I've upgraded to el capitan)

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Are you talking about the little flag in the menu bar? This has nothing to do with the language itself, it has to do with keyboard layouts. Any reason you need to switch the layouts?

    If you want to change the language of the menus and other system, then you must go to

    It seems all the keys on my work as a small keyboard wireless, including the SHIFT key.  The problem is that a lot of keys do not work when you press the SHIFT key.  If I try a capital of type I or T, I get nothing on the screen.  This keyboard is three years old, but he was hardly used at all.  When I started using it, quite a few keys would not work.  Now, it's just a few keys with Shift.  Any ideas?

    What is an Apple keyboard?

    It works the same on the left and right SHIFT key?

  • problem with the shift register

    for purposes of simplicity, I remove code without problems

    Description:
    1. my state machines, for some reason, a lot of cases.
    2. the order of each case may not change.
    3. the main prupose is to get the difference as on the front panel
    4. prior to entry difference, I first is measured in the case where 2 and TRY using shift register to pass data, ideally at least 5
    5. However, the "previous" value is updated too soon, unlike 'get' is always ZERO.

    for example
    You can see the shift register on the left side has two components, ideally, the 'get' difference should display 2-0 = 2.
    However, given that the second element of the registry team updates too early, my objective cannot reach and meet up with ALWAYS 0

    I think it's my misuse of the shift register for the computer to several cases.

    I pasted this problem for 4 hours... kind of stupid, but could not understand

    in a mulit-case state machine, how to properly passes data to the case (5 in this example) INSTRUCTION to ensure that I get the correct calculation

    GOLD: because I am only looking to the current value and the previous value, are there other ways to get this problem is?

    Thank you

    It is a case where execution highlighting can be helpful. Turn on execution highlighting by clicking the light bulb on the block diagram toolbar. Then, run the VI.  You will see the left side of the team to register the change as the state machine goes through States 3 and 4.  At the time where what happens to 5, all data in the change record is identical.

    One of them might be to use two registers to offset, one for the current value and the other for the previous value.

  • Call the DLL function with a pointer to a complex structure

    Hello

    I try to call a function by using COLD LAKE. My problem is the function parameters that I'm trying to access.

    Here is the function and its parameters:

    typedef struct _BAR_INFO
    {
    ULONG dwSize;
    ULONG dwFlag.
    } BAR_INFO, PBAR_INFO;

    typedef struct _DEVICE_INFO
    {
    ULONG dwBarNum;
    BAR_INFO BarInfo [6];
    } DEVICE_INFO, * PDEVICE_INFO;

    Int GetDeviceInfo DLLIMPORT)
    unsigned int CIH.
    PDEVICE_INFO pdevinfo
    )
    {
    ULONG i;

    If (DFR > = DevNum)
    Return PCICORE_DEVICE_NO_FOUND;

    If (DevTable [JC]. DevHandle is NOTHING)
    Return PCICORE_DEVICE_NO_INITIALIZE;

    if(pdevinfo == null)
    Return PCICORE_INVALID_PARAMETER;

    pdevinfo-> dwBarNum = DevTable [JC]. DevInfo.dwBarNum;
    < pdevinfo-="">dwBarNum; i ++)
    {
    pdevinfo-> .dwFlag BarInfo [i] =
    DevTable [JC]. DevInfo.BarInfo [i] .dwFlag;
    pdevinfo-> .dwSize BarInfo [i] =
    DevTable [JC]. DevInfo.BarInfo [i] .dwSize;
    }

    Return PCICORE_SUCCESS;
    }

    As an attachment, there is the Info.vi device Get trying to access this feature. The code crashes when the function is called.

    I have probably not pass parameters of data properly to COLD LAKE.

    Thank you for your lights.

    An array of fixed size in C is equivalent to a cluster of LabVIEW that contains the same number of identical items, replace the table with a cluster. In addition, structs are always passed by reference and the C function expects a pointer to a structure, you don't need to unbundle. Skip the cluster to function as a single parameter. Try the attached revised version of your VI.
