  It would not download for me when I used Chrome, but the stock browser worked!  Go figure... Once installed, it would play the Flash videos in stock and FireFox browser, but the browser of the boat is not 'compatible' for download from the game store, so don't bother.

  Just applied the OTA 5.6.890 and Swype is stuck in Spanish.

  OK, I had the same problem. This is how I fixed it. I did a wipe data in Swype in manage applications > all and then I've went to the Swype settings and switched to Spanish and then back to English. I opened a text box and used for a long time the area of text > input method > Swype.

  It is not available for Windows 8.1 and I don't think there is an equivalent, at least not that I can't find in a search Windows Store.

  I have a HD Slate7 7 '' android pad and used for 3 months and recently noticed that it became unable to receive files via bluetooth transfer. I restarted the machine and also restarted the bluetooth but always without success. However, I can still use bluetooth to transfer files. Would it be a hardware failure, I declined cushion by chance a few times?

  Thanks for the information, which helps a lot.

  It seems that the Bluetooth can be cached on the tablet. You should be able to clear the cache of Bluetooth like any other application by going to settings > Apps > all > share of Bluetooth and pressing then clear the Cache.

  If this is not enough, you can try a factory reset. You can see how to do this here: perform a factory reset on your HP Slate 7 HD.

  For all purposes, you have a microphone on your tablet. The Service and the interview Guide having mention of technical references for the dual digital Microphone as I believe is used in the echo cancellation feature.

  There is a way to load the programs on the Slate7 that have been deemed "incompatible".  It's called "side loading".  To do this, you will need another Android device that has the program already installed on it.  You will need to enter the other device through a process called 'Extraction APK' program.

  Extraction of the APK is not officially approved by HP. If an application is not available in a specific area which is a restriction that the developer has put on the application. Such a restriction could be due to the licensing of content.

  There are two main steps in order to extract the APK-

  (1) extract the application of another Android device, or download the APK file directly. If you download the APK file also, please be very confident of the Web site. Because you will be "forcing" the application to install and don't not download through Google, it is possible the application has been infected by malware or otherwise damaged.

  To perform step 1, first install the application on another Android device, and also to install an "APK Extractor" application. (there are several to choose from and available for free in the game of Google store).
  Once the application is extracted, copy the file to a MicroSD card, or use another means of transfer for example transfer or by e-mail.

  Insert the MicroSD card into your 7 Slate, or download the file.
  You may need to install a file browser to locate the file on your tab 7. These are also available in the store from game Google free.

  I have a HP slate7 more and can't use the audio jack with any type of helmet.  It is on an angle and the headset
