  Try to go to iCloud.com to see if the elements are there and whether the device or the computer. That should indicate if the device or computer is not synchronizing. If the computer, try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop synchronization. Wait a few minutes, then recheck the timing. If the device, go to settings/iCloud and do the foregoing. You can also try connecting to iCloud and then reconnect.

• How can I add iBooks on my Mac?

  • iBooks v1.5 (1110.10.44)
  • iTunes v12.4.2.4

  My problem is that when I run iTunes library shows no books.

  I tried to add books via iTunes Prefs, iTunes, file/add to the library but books are not found so I can't add the library.

  I also tried to upgrade the iBooks - v1.5 is certainly not the latest version?, but when I finally found the download the download button is grayed.

  I would like to use iTunes to transfer PDFs from my Mac to my iPad, but because the books does not appear in iTunes I was not able to do.

  For any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

  iTunes is no longer used to manage your ibooks/PDF (it is only used to select/sync books/PDF), which is done through the iBooks on your Mac app (1.5 is the latest version for iBooks) and Eastern where you add your books or PDF files - that you add to the iBooks app should then show the tab iPad books to choose and sync for it (assuming that you do not use iCloud drive for your) Books)

  I bought a new iPhone with 16 GB 6s. Because my storage of the old iPhone 5 s is full I would like to 'download' a few pictures of my mac book air and save them.

  The advantage would be that if I make a backup of the 5s iPhone and sync it with my new iPhone 6s storage directly would not be complete.

  I know from the past with a windows pc that I have to copy and past the fotos of the storage iPhone without using iTunes etc. But I could not find a solution to do it with my mac book air. I do not use iCloud etc.

  I have a PDF in iBooks that will not send. I guess it's too big (although I can't find a way to tell how big it is because iBooks has no file information that I can see). I have all my stuff synced to iCloud iBooks, but when I open iCloud on the PC, iBook does not appear in the options view. There is no record. If I could see the file on iCloud I could email directly from my PC. Online people keep mentioning by adding the file to iTunes, but I can't find iTunes on my iPad to add to it.   Try to use dropbox, email has 10 or 20 megabytes limit. ITunes file sharing I think not of works for ibooks and pc, you can't use icloud for ibooks, since there is no corresponding iBooks app (have Mac, PC are not)

  If I understand correctly, you want to transfer contacts and other things to your new Mac.
  I recommend you to read this article; It has advice to transfer your contacts, music, photos, documents and more on your Android device. Once the content is on the Mac later at some point if you wish, this article is also not to transfer this content in an iOS device too.

  Go to iCloud.com using a computer, then settings. When loading this page, look down at left under Advanced and see if you can restore from there.

• Mac Book Pro cracked screen inside, no damage to the outside

  I woke up this morning with mac book open and off. I have seen that my screen was quite dirty and decided I have to clean fingerprints on it. I used a Clorox and a paper towel to clean. Once I finished I turned an and saw my screen cracked. When I rubbed my finger on the screen it there's no indication on the front or the back of the screen he was hit there. It is only within the screen. I took it to apple and they said it was an accident, when I washed only the screen, as I did with several Mac Book Pro, I bought in the past. I have Applecare, but he does not apparently. No where else on my mac does show that I have damage and I did a diagnosis, and there is nothing else wrong with my system. They said that I am $ 800 and it's just scandalous due to a stream for the super screen thin on the inside. I don't know where to go from here, but I've used Apple products in my life and being a college student, I don't have that kind of money to fix. This problem should of never happened. I do all my graphics and coding on my Mac and have always loved. I also have a case of black Tech21 surrounding for added protection so something like this has not happened. Please if there is any help I can get here, it would be highly appreciated.

  Make your case to a store manager, but it is difficult to claim "just happened by itself." Be nice to the staff of the store, you are basically arguing for special treatment.

  It does not mean you did anything on purpose, but the MacBook was responsible, if you are responsible for. The cause could be anything from a drop of abrupt changes in temperature. Who knows...
