  I have an old shuffle, 1 MB, maybe a 2nd gen, gold (A1204 EMC). iTunes (iOS 10.11.4 12.4.1) has problems with the shuffle. He quickly recognizes the shuffle, which appears as a mounted device and on the desktop a moment, then it reports that there are no.   Since your post I understand these were compilation CD or CD of digitized LPs all the facts and burned by you.  iTunes will remember the content of the CD on the computer that made the combustion. This information is not actually on the CD (unless you said iTunes to save it as CD-text format which iTunes itself cannot read directly).  This registers in a special folder on the computer that has apparently lost when wipe you your drive.  For commercial CD iTunes uses the Gracenote database to assign information of CD based on the characteristic footprint track of the CD, but your being elements, will not be in the Gracenote database (not even your LPs which must be the time right as the CD version).

  Well I'm really frustrated here. I have an iPad Air that I bought for my roommate who unfortunately passed away in October, and so his family gave me his iPad Air and all the other things I had bought for him.

  Here's the question. iTunes appears whenever I turn it on and says he can't go because its locked with a password. Good not much according to Apple's site, I reboot into recovery mode... Problem is... nor iTunes 11 or 12 will be pop - up and say its been detected in recovery mode, even if I restart the computer and then reopen iTunes.

  What I'm missing here? I am running Windows 8.1, the computer recognizes that its been plugged with two modes... It is the thing of most frustrating I've ever lived and I can't do it in recovery unless its connected to the computer. I tried pressing the home key, which starts just the iPad as usual, as soon as I fix the cord. Also, I don't know what version of the software is (I guess 7 since he never really used) - apparently different versions of the software have different recovery quirks.

  You should try to do a hard reboot on the air of the iPad, press and hold the power button and the home button until the apple logo appears.

  Here are some possible solutions for your question. I would like to know how it works:

  Method 1:

  1. Insert the removable disk in the removable drive before you start your computer.

  (Make sure that you have not the bios Setup to boot from the USB drive)

  Method2:

  1 log in as administrator or with an account that has administrator privileges

  2. Insert your removable disk into the USB port.

  3. Click Start, right click on computer and select Manage

  4. click on disk management

  5. right click on the removable disk partition and select change drive letter and paths to the title of the disk management.

  6. change the letter of the USB key to a different drive letter.

  I canoe print smaller than A4 - what is ridiculous - photos is not a very smart printer. I have the paper in the appropriate tray and it won't go so why the printer tells me there is no paper there? I tried tp print my photos of holidays for weeks, but it takes too much ink to do it to A4

  There was an updated version of the 9.2.1 released to fix a display problem of 53 error (on Touch ID) - Apple has released a new version of 9.2.1 instead of create a new version (although the build number, which shows after the 9.2.1 in settings > general > topic > Version, is changed with the new version). AFAIK you can only update to this new version via iTunes on the computer, so it won't appear as available in settings > general > software update on your phone.

I downloaded the latest OS for the phone and the latest version of iTunes on my PC and have tried all USB ports several times. I also reinstalled drivers USB to the PC.  The phone is recognized on the computer of a friend under Win 7. All shows when I plug it on mine is a page showing the 'Apple iPhone' folder display of storage internal (2.18 GB free of 14.7 GB). Troubleshooting in devices and printers, where the phone displays as "Not specified Apple iPhone" generates a message saying that "Apple iPhone is an older USB device and may not work with USB 3.0 and plug it into a USB 2.0 port." But when I use USB 2.0 (I tried several times using each of the three USB ports on my PC), troubleshooting the error message says "Apple iPhone won't work correctly with USB 3.0." This seems to be a recent problem, since in March 2016, I could spend a few songs from my PC to my phone using iTunes.

  I wish I had some ideas of people who have experienced this problem, I find to be a more frustrating one.

  Well, you aren't the only one. This just freakin happened to me. I spent the last three hours with apple and Windows supports. Now I'm reinstalling Windows 10 by last resort of Windows support councils. I got the same message USB. In iTunes, under devices something removed my 5s and the iPad. But it remains 6 s wife. I tried my computers 2-(SS) 3.0 ports and 1 port 2.0 ordinary. I tried all four thinners cables I have. I will let you know the result of the Windows reinstall.
