  There are two levels of BlackBerry services: BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) and BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Service). You obviously have the personal service of BIS, which do not reconcile mail and messages to Outlook.

  By connecting the USB cable to your PC and run the Desktop software, you can synchronize your contacts, calendar, notes and tasks.

  Now, that said, some email (like Gmail) IMAP accounts will reconcile the deletions and read the indicators for the email server and to your handheld, and THEN depending on how your Outlook 2010 interacts with your e-mail server, you may or may not be able to reconcile these same changes in your messages to your Outlook.

  Please clarify - you nave never installed all Desktop software? If so, that would prevent using BBSAK or JLCmder... both require the basic BB drivers must be installed and those that are installed on your PC during the installation of the desktop software. Therefore, the installation of the desktop software is a prerequisite for the use of any other utility.

  You dismissed the possible software problem.  You need to get the equipment repaired or replaced.

  If you have exhausted all your chances to enter the correct unlock code, is there nothing more, that you can do. Even if you happen to have the right code now, it is useless. Only the factory can now (legally) unlock your BB. In general, I've heard that the cost of having BlackBerry do this for you will be higher than the cost of just buying a new. But, you are able to ask them... see here:

  Note, however, that this process will begin with a tax...

  If you obtained your unlock code from somewhere, but it was incorrect, that your remedy could be with them - however, they may well wonder why you exhausted all 10 attempts before contacting them.

  If your BB was already locked MEP and you got it from a source that represents as that can be unlocked, then your recourse would be with the seller that you got it.

  Wireless calendar synchronization is available only for BES users at this point, so if you or your business to work with a Blackberry Enterprise / Professional Server, then you will have sync wireless real-time.

  However, if you use the BIS service, you can only synchronize with Blackberry Desktop Manager with your PC.

  OK, so I deleted Facebook yesterday with the idea to reinstall later. He played a few times to the top and said: I can't reinstall it because I can restore it as it is in my archives. Whenever I try to restore it, he'd go to reinstall... in any case, I got rid of Facebook from my archives (after a few tries, to connect it to my computer and do it like that) so I will reinstall by click on reinstall, but that's the problem...   When I synchronize my desktop with my legacy I lose Outlook field notes notes in my torch is limited.  So if I extended my notes in outlook and then sync at the end of the day, I lose part of the notes that I wrote because the notes field in the custom of torch accept them.

  There is unfortunately no way to do it.  The only way to download emails to your computer will be to connect via wifi.  You can check with your cruise line though, as I'm pretty sure that many offer wifi on board.

  When I try to two-way sync my Curve 8900 with Outlook 2007, it attempts to delete all previous items in Outlook.  If I do a one-way synchronization of Outlook to curve it works and then syncs correctly both ways until I disconnect, then reconnect.  New synch and then try to delete all previous items in Outlook again.  Actually, it means that I can only synchronize Outlook with curved, not two-way.  Any ideas?

  OK, I have passed my old BB to my wife. We went on the internet and removed my name off the coast of enamel and saved on the phone to his name. Now, Google wants to synchronize contacts with my old account and we can't even synchronize his calendar because it is not. Can't sync my calendar. I went to the options > Advanced Options > service book and delete my e-mail out of there. Only went to a battery, but nothing has changed. So, can someone tell me how we can get the phone configured to synchronize correctly with its g-mail account?
