  In our tests, we saw that the Logitech C920, must the last driver of Logitech and the software must be installed so that it works correctly. Please make sure that you are picking the latest driver from the following link:

• Solution for Webcam sleep & back problems after the upgrade to Windows 7

  Just thought I'd share the solution I recently found a problem I've had since a Satellite Pro A200 GE 26 Q of the upgrade from Vista to Windows 7.

  I installed the software webcam for windows 7 on the toshiba site and built-in Chicony camera would work very well after a reboot, but if the computer is in sleep for a long enough period, the unit would stay asleep when the computer woke up and wouldn't work at all, unless the computer has fully restarted.

  The solution lies in a change in the registry to force the computer to update the webcam USB controller is attached, after the release of sleep. It was apparently the default for Vista when it was released, but was changed in Vista SP1 and Windows 7. Designed for Vista original material which did not have its drivers/registry updated entries could therefore be subject to a failure because of changes to the default settings through the updates of windows. Toshiba, it seems, do not think that this issue then of the extinction of the registry fix for Win7 upgrades for the satellite Pro A200. Therefore fix manually.

  You do NOT have the file of the fix, you must only make the change to the registry described later.

  You need turn on the camera while you do the following to make sure that it appears in Device Manager correctly.

  Step 1: Determine the specific USB host controller

  # When you have located the device, right click on the associated and then USB host controller click on * properties *. In the example that is listed in step 6 you would right-click * Intel(r) ICH8 Family USB Universal Host Controller-* 2830, then click on * properties *. (* Again, for me it was different - ICH8 Family USB2 Enhanced Host Controller - 283 a *).

For example, if the key of the pilot to step 9 is * {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000} \0002*, then you need to get * HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contr ol\Class {36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000} \0002.   # On the * Edit * menu, point on * New * and then click on * DWORD value *.

  This fixed the problem for a long time for me. I'm writing this in case it helps someone else who has the same problem. If anyone from Toshiba never reads this, you might consider adding the registry fixes for upgrades of windows 7 on the download page for this & all other models affected.

  After plugging in USB I can see in the settings. However when I try to run all apps like toy webcam or camera camera I do not get any picture on the screen remaining black.

  I am writing a VI to control PWM with a microcontroller via a serial port. I wrote a simple code for the microcontroller that allows me to set the ratio of duty cycle on a scale of 0-65535.   I have 2 computers (desktop and laptop) running win 7 64.  I was happy when I came across the message that a pilot had been created for the 64-bit version.  I followed the instructions and my office to synchronize with my Z22 - works great!  I'm having a problem with the laptop.  It is a little more and was vista forms upgraded to Win 7 64.  I downloaded the Palm desktop program and followed the Setup instructions for the Aceeca drivers.  When I try to Synch - it hangs to sync to Addit - 9 of the 12 completed.  Program office (on the laptop) actually hangs and I have to use the Task Manager to close it.  It says address book has been done, but nothing appears.  I deleted all the software (office and drivers) and reinstalled 3 times and I get the same problem.  I'm only really interested in my address book.  I suppose I could use an export/import from the desktop to the laptop with a flash drive, but I would like to be able to synchronize the phone with the Z22.  Device manager incicates the unit is running correctly on both computers.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance for any help.
