  Icons or shortcuts should be in this folder:

  C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start demarrer\programmes\accessoires\outils tools

  If they do not exist, just recreate them. Click on file/new/shortcut and the disk cleanup are a path to:

No file or folder have been changed.  The only thing I can think is around the same time, 3 to 4 months ago, I found and started using some utilities to clean up my computer.  I have 4 different services who clean things different from vitsa. I wonder if 1 of deleted then a file that I need to use SR?  And if not how can I repair my vista then SR woeks again? Thank you

  And another problem that earlier, I started to have my yahoo email will not load a web page, so that I can ck my emails or use any other link on messenger to open a web page of yahoo. He worked as my messenger hotmail from microsoft that works very well. I uninstalled yahoo messenger and reinstalled several times but each time that nothing works. I can sign but can't click on anything. A s error message opens and says can not find the web yahoo page you are looking for. I really need my email yahoo to work right as my hotmail works very well.  I wonder if its my IE9 that something has changed there and now yahoo of just work, I don't know just a guess.   There is no file to download from Microsoft; I'm sorry.

  Certainly sounds like the registry cleaner has done by the removal of 10% of the files.

  If SFC does not help, you will need to follow the rest of the information available to me somehow. (ask about DVD).

  Or save your data and reinstall Vista.

  You don't say what brand of computer for Recovery Options and you say that you do not have a Vista DVD; but a recovery disk came with him...

  Run first remove print jobs to remove all blocked the queue print jobs.

  Unplug your printer,

  Start, Panel, programs and features, your printer, uninstall.

  Restart your computer.

  Make sure that the printer has been deleted. Driver Manual printer removal

  With online computer, insert the floppy disk to the printer and reinstall the printer. You will get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at the moment (power on)

  Don't forget the programs anti-virus and firewall will block communications.

  Method 1: Scan your computer with Microsoft Safety scanner for viruses and check if that helps.

  Method 3: Using the Group Policy Editor
   
  If your edition of Windows Vista includes the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) snap-in, follow these steps:
  a. Click Start, type gpedit.msc and press ENTER
  b. go to the following branch:
  c. the Computer Configuration | Administrative templates | System | System restore
  d. double click on disable the Configuration and set it to not configured.
  Note: If the above setting is already set to not configured, set it to "Enabled" and click on apply. Return back the setting to not configured, then click on apply, OK.
  e. Quit Group Policy Editor.
