T400 own install problem for the graphics card hybrid

I did a clean install on the T400 and installed all the drivers that are essential under the SWTools folder, but I see a problem with the card ATI will not work correctly.

After installation from the folder videos and restarted the laptop. There is a sign next to the 'ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series' in Device Manager

Under device status, I see the following error message

"This device does not work properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

Click on 'Search for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available. »

Has anyone seen this error? I tried to reinstall the driver again, but that does not solve the problem. Actually, the PowerManager now has trouble switching graphics, with the balloon message "system cannot activate graphics high-performance" close all 3D applications or video and disconnect the external screens. " Switch graphics processors. »

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

The model is 2764-CTO

Just figured it out. This feature requires Vista SP1. Since my Vista disk is the original disc of RTM without SP1, this is why I came across this problem.

  • Problems with the graphics card on Satellite Pro M10

Hi, this is my first post on the forum. I'm not a pro with computers or anything... the problem I have with my laptop is similar to the one in this thread:

    http://forums.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=26849&TSTART=0

I spent half the day trying to figure out if my graphics card is broken, but since I'm a newbie with this stuff, I'm still not sure. :(

This is what makes my M10. I'm trying to describe the symptoms that detailed as possible, but I'm German, so please excuse my lack of words in some places.

    1. when I turn it on, the laptop goes through the BIOS and give me scrambled BACK-screens and a slightly Warped windows loading bar. There is the consistency check, marked by black bars connecting the top of the screen down. After the audit, the screen goes black and nothing happens, or the screen of will just show me consistency check, do nothing. Be that as it may, I have to turn off the power (I think) and restart the laptop.

    2. sometimes the laptop goes through the BIOS checking & conistency with a few graphical shortcomings. The office is anything but shredded when he gets to the screen of the Windows user. The static method is if serious I don't even know where is the button turn off.

    3. sometimes Notepad starts very well, with the only graphic problem being the windows loading bar. When I go into Windows, the laptop pulls me a blue screen and stops immediately.

    4. sometimes, the laptop works fine for about an hour or two. After I rebooted, I have the same problems listed above, once again.

    5. If I open Device Manager and disable the graphics card, the laptop works very well. I have to lower the screen resolution and colors, but I can watch videos on youtube and everything. Finally, the laptop gets very hot on the bottom and the screen goes crazy again, so I turn the damn thing off.

I don't know what that means! If my graphics card is broken, the screen should be all static, ALL the time? Not just sometimes more,... could sometimes less be some sort of communication problem between the graphics card and cpu? Please help me with this!

Another thing I'm not sure about, even after reading the thread I linked above - can I replace the graphics card or not? Everyone said something different in the other thread...

    see you soon,
    Cozmo

Edit: maybe I will add when I got the screen scrambled and everything. I installed Civilization 4, just to check if my satellite pro can handle, and everything went well for a while. The screen then haywire and I rebuilt my whole system, but display problems did not disappear completely. They were gone for almost a month, and now they are 'back' or something.

    Hi Cozmo

I'm not a technician but here nobody needs technical knowledge to see that there certainly is hardware problem. I also believe that this problem occurs due to the graphics card. Graphics card is part of the motherboard and it cannot be traded separately. The entire motherboard must be exchanged.

In my opinion, you have two options: either contact the authorized service provider in your country and speak with them, what can be done, or try to get the motherboard used. If you are lucky, you can find it on eBay. I already bought several hardware components for my old Satellite P10 on eBay.

Sorry Cozmo but I do not see any other logical solution for you.

    Good luck!

  • I get the blue screen in the LR development mode, even though I have updated the driver for the graphics card on this new laptop. It's an AMD Radeon R5 M335 4 GB memory DDR3, core i7 6th gen processor. What should do?

Hi guys, I get the blue screen in the LR development mode, even though I have updated the driver for the graphics card on this new laptop. It's an AMD Radeon R5 M335 4 GB memory DDR3, core i7 6th gen processor. What should do? Thank you

This Eizo has a normal resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. I expect not to see a lot of benefits of using the GPU. You really see the advantage to screens that are at least 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) or more. On small screens, you can see some benefits with smoother updates if you ONLY use the base sliders to develop. If you use brushes, turning on the GPU can actually slow you down a bit. In most cases, loading images in develop is also slower when you activated! There are a few illustrative notes to an engineer from Adobe that you can read here: notes for Lightroom CC GPU (2015) in order to better understand what is happening. Currently, in most cases, I recommend leaving off the coast. I think that Adobe is trying to improve and have more cards supported, but it is not yet completely there.

  • problems with the graphics card after installing windows 7, code 43

I installed windows 7 & my ATI-RADEON XPRESS 200 SERIES is stopped by windows 43.It code stipulates that drivers are ok... but it is not recognized... I also downloaded a few 3d Screensavers & they worked very well now, it is not able to open the screensaver because of the video card or to be compatible with Direct 3D... This question has not pop up until after you have installed windows 7, I have checked & found a lot of problems with windows 7 & ATI-RADEON XPRESS 200 SERIES drivers or recognition. Tried to update the driver but the States, it is far, but windows 7 is having a problem with drivers... Y at - it a fix for this, looks like it should be a matter of windows & microsoft should have action corrected problem because windows is caused this problem... Have installed all windows updates & all up to date... Can someone try to give me a solution to fix this problem? Not sure if they have an upgrade or accelerator program 3d graphics that may have to be installed... & again thanks if anyone can help... Have a great day...

ATI-RADEON XPRESS 200 SERIES is an accelerator of limited DirectX 9 graphics (integrated graphics), which was

published in ' 07 and apparently is not compatible with Win7.

Old hardware with a Windows version compatibility isn't something that never gets fixed by SM.

It is the mfg of the material to support the product through a driver updated, and trend of integrated graphic card

not be supported as long as a dedicated graphics card.

In this case support drivers apparently stopped with Vista.

If you try to get drivers via Device Manager or Windows Update they can provide incorrect information

What about drivers who are up to date.

These two methods are a little known does not install the proper drivers for the graphics.

I read that some people have had luck on Win7 with the Vista drivers for various materials. Doesn't hurt to try.

You can download the drivers for XPRESS 200 SERIES from the AMD website below-

  • Device Mgr shows a problem with the graphics card

Mgr. device initially says Code 10, I downloaded a driver (zipped) website of the SiS to 2003 (in the era of the PC)

Right-click the compressed file, the shortcut menu contains the option "unzip" the files... Unfortunately these just led changing code code 10 code 1... basically the same problem I got it... either the pilot is wrong or not installed.

Tried again, using Cnet, it was a similar vintage but this time "Winzipped.

So that I could "unwind" that zipped, I can't do the same thing with the Winzipped file, the shortcut menu does not include an option "unpack".

Double clicking on it opens a ' run ', which opens the "Winzip self extractor" that has a button seems fair to transfer the file 'compressed' to another location.

This has the effect that the file is invisible to the driver installation wizard.

Question:-how you uncompress the Winzipped file so that the driver can be installed?

Question:-how to install a driver for this graphics card?

I finally managed to find a driver package actually installed and friendly user who was not compressed with the 'winzip' dratted unfussy... Wow! almost as good as Linux!

  • Problems with the graphics card

Hey, so I spent recently to my laptop HP Pavilion of 15-n298sa of a windows 06:52 and she since has earned me an endless stream of problems, especially with my graphics card. As I am on break from uni I re-uploaded all my games on my computer and found that none of them bar those made before the middle of the 2000s, play for me and for all name them my graphics as being the problem - like solitaire spider fact etc. All have previously been playable, about a month ago, so I know that it shouldn't be a problem. I tried several times to install the graphics drivers (one-I can't remember their names - AMD would apparently install and that NVIDIA could not). When looking at the Info for the graphic drivers installed, "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" that it's 2006 so I guess that AMD, it has not actually installed / was done wrongly. I was wondering if someone could help me?

BTW, I'm a complete technophobe and total so if you have an idea of what to do, I would appreciate it if you could put it in other words, because I am a plonker when it comes of this.

  • HP laptop i3 1000 product number: C8C94PA #UUF problem with the graphics card drivers.

I initially was running Windows 7 Home basic 64-bit on my laptop. The version of the graphics card is Intel HD 3000, I think. Following the crash of my windows, I installed Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit. Now when I open the HP Support Assistant, it's my graphics card adapter Standard VGA Graphics Adapter. Furthermore, none of my games begin.  When I try to install the original graphics driver for my laptop, available on the internet, he said that my phone does not meet the requirements for the installation. All solutions?

    Yes.

  • Huge problem with the graphics card. Help me pls!

Unfortunately my pc is not guaranteed, so my last hope is here on the forum.

    I have Dell Inspiron 580

Ok.So the problem was that I found myself not being able to open My Nvidia Control Panel to verify customization as one of my games was so bad. That's why I found that my disappeared from Nvidia and Intel HD Core i3 graphics took place.

And yes my pc used to run with Nvidia I have proof: P

I must say that for me (as a heavy gamer) was a great kick as Intel uses all my CPU and my games become so difficult to play.

I have tried everything that I could to restore the return of Nvidia (except one: to reinstall windows) but not one chance :(

Reinstalling the drivers did not help actually I don't even know the type of driver that I need because that Nvidia is not found.

Any advice? It will go to normal if I reinstall windows?

Thanks guys and sorry for my bad English :D

    Hi Georgina26,

You use the graphics card onboard because your monitor is connected to the video port badly. Turn off the system, unplug the video cable and connect it to the video card into the PCIe slot.

If you are not familiar with the snap of a monitor on the back of your computer, please let me know and I will give a link to some photos.

  • Recommendation for the graphics card?

Can anyone help with what the graphics card, I need for smooth playback MP4?

I begin barely using files of my new Sony NEX-5 mp4 and edit in PE and find that my computer will not play them without jerking (this is not really a problem of items that I have the same problem in Quicktime and other media players). Playing .avi files is fine. Can anyone recommend what graphics card I could buy to get a smooth playback? (I have the latest version of the driver for my old card and it is now classified as a legacy).

    Details:
    Windows XP Pro SP3
    Two Intel 3.2 GHz processors
    3.00 GB RAM
    ATI Radeon 9600 graphics card

New card must be compatible with my Matrox RT. X 100 video card.

    Thank you very much

MP4, as AVCHD files are highly compressed and take a LOT of power to play smoothly, because the CPU has to decompress the video images during playback of calculation

That decompression is not made by the graphics card... your machine likely never has simply not enough power to play smooth... especially as is the case with all stakeholders

Also, what is the configuration of your hard drive?

My 3 hard disks are configured as... (WD = Western Digital)
1-320G WD Win7 Pro 64 bit and all program installs
2 - 320G WD Win7 file and video project files
3 - 1 t WD all video files... read and write files
    .
Try to use only a hard for video editing
    .
You are a conductor with a stick that you use to point to different parts of the Orchestra... it is like Windows pointing to different parts of the hard disk to clean Windows or load segments of emissions for various functions
    .
Now, at the same time and with the same hand... while using the wand to direct the Orchestra... to take a bow and play a violin... it would do something with your video file at the same time as all other work
    .
You as a person cannot do both at the same time with the same hand
    .
A computer is a LITTLE better, because it allows to switch from one type of task to another very quickly, but not quickly enough for easy video editing
    .
A hard drive is not as good as two which is not as good as three

  • Need the latest drivers for the graphics card for Satellite Pro M70

I have had this PC for a few months now and I was disappointed to hear that my drivers are WAY outdated. The only drivers I can find are here and they are only something v.8 (although the game reads this as an older version).

The problem comes when I want to play games like Half Life 2 and CSS, the game crashes because these drivers are up-to-date. Where can I get the LATEST drivers for the ATI Mobility Radeon x 700 for the Toshiba M70 Pro card?

    Hello

You can check the different graphics drivers form the papers that were delivered with the same graphic card as your Satellite M70 Pro.

Further, you can view different websites which also offers some graphics drivers, for example the site omegadrivers.net.

    Please note:
According to several threads here in the forum of the graphics driver installation non-Toshiba is at your own risk!
