I was rather unfamiliar with how UN-installers worked, and I didn't know they existed. Simply, I went to my finder, typical photoshop and most of the files deleted. It turns out that I deleted the re install or how ever it works. I received recently of photoshop than CS4 extended as a gift and I tried to install it. This did not succeed, the first screen that came with the installer said I always test files on my computer, and I have to uninstall them. I was told by someone who knew more about the products adobe that I had to go to the utility to uninstall. I tried this and it says critical files were absent, and I need to reinstall it from the original media. In this last month, or so I have found NO solution to this problem, and I'm afraid to delete all the other files. I could not find any help on the adobe site, and since I have not registered my product (since I have not installed so) I can't direct support from adobe. Please help all I want to do is to use photoshop and I don't like wasting the money of the people who bought it for me. Can someone give me a solution to this mess?

  Some users who just moved the Photoshop folder to the trash or deleted files wrong gre-willy were forced back into their car, wipe and install the operating system and all applications from the original media.  You can chance and come out with just the CS4Clean Script.  Good luck.

  I use a laptop computer HP NOT mobile. Whenever I try to go into my favorites YAHOO that it asks me to sign in which I'm doing nothing does not. AT & T came to the conclusion that maybe it's that Firefox and Yahoo do not work together. I just downloaded the latest versions of Firefox and toolbar yahoo again without success. Is there something with Firefox that prevents me to enter my yahoo Favorites?

  You have the box checked for automatic private browsing mode? In this case, when you open the Options dialog box, the drop-down list usually said "conservation rules: don't remember history. In this mode, Firefox does not retain your Yahoo cookie between sessions, which would explain the problem.

  Note: If you uncheck this box and start in normal mode, you can still create private windows via the menu or with Ctrl + Shift + p.

  If the problem is not caused by a parameter of Firefox, it is possible that an add-on or software external is clear your cookies between sessions.

  I'm doing a site for a client and doing a gallery using FancyBox. Everything worked fine until I implemented bxSlider in the gallery.

  The two are in conflict - although it seems that bxSlider has the upper hand it still works (albeit out of position for the moment!)! The images using FancyBox just loading the link to the picture as if FancyBox has not been installed...

  I do not see him the first time, you have still 3 versions of jquery. 1.7.1 and 1.7.2 jquery - latest.js (v1.8.1).

  The best way to get all these scripts work on the same page, would begin with scripts written for the same version of jquery. I know 1.8.x had some problems (of a post by Nancy O.) and older scripts stopped working. It might be better to use 1.7.2 now that I think of it.

  You may be able to use 1.7.2 in place of the first reference to jquery and empty the other two references. If this does not work, you will need to find or re - write compatible scripts.

  Hi, I recently got a DVD movie, I wanted to take off a clip. However, while I can look at the section I want to in Windows Media Player, when I import the first movie - some of them is missing! There are 4 files 4-1' 4-2' 4-3', 4-4' that make up the film. I can load everything but 4-3 missing the last 15-20 minutes, even though I know its there - cos this file is the same size as the previous one which made the entire length. Does anyone know why this would be? The DVD is not encrypted.

• Problems with the speed of execution on my T420

  I'm not very tech savvy, so bear with me please if I have forgotten something or doing something wrong.

  Just to clarify, my laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad T420i, Type 4178. It is about 2 years old.

  I have Windows 7 64 bit.

  My laptop takes about 2-5 minutes to turn on, sometimes it turn on at all. The screen freezes every 15 seconds, but I'm still able to move my cursor. He accused some too. For example, type 'how to download google chrome' will take me sometimes a whole minute, because the only parts of the sentence will be displayed on the screen at once. My keyboard responds very well. The problem is not with wireless internet, because even if the wireless is off the laptop computer is still incredibly slow. It is impossible to watch videos because the screen freezes so.

  I had this problem with the speed of my laptop for about 2 months now. I had finished it wiping back to factory settings, downloaded every scanner malware and virus known to man (none of them found no problems with it) and updated all my drivers.

  I don't really know how to do much on my laptop other than the use of the internet. I would really appriciate instructions step by step.

  Definitely looks like a problem with the network device. Check with sound
  Support, their books online, the drivers and ask in their forums (if any)
  on known problems. If there is a control of the device shipped with the system
  Manufacturer (manufacturer of motherboard for customized systems). If a device check separated
  with the support of its creator and other resources.

  You could also remove or disable the device and try a new add-on as one
  new card or device USD. None of those who are dear.

  I have a newly addedCisco 881 connected to a firewall, which is connected to the ADSL. We have added to the wireless and when wireless clients connect to the network (using standalone APs) they are capable of anything on the 192.168.88.0 network ping. They can also ping the firewall 10.0.88.1, but only because it is on the same network as port fa4.
