T450s: Hosted network feature not supported?

I have a ThinkPad T450s bought in Dec 2015 with Windows 10 Pro. It has the Intel AC 7265 wireless card. I am trying to use the hosted network feature Windows to use the laptop as a hotspot for other devices, but I can't make it work.

When I open an administrator command prompt and run "netsh wlan show drivers", the parameter ' hosted network supported:' has the value 'no '.

I tried updating the wireless network card driver via the tool companion of Lenovo, via the Intel driver update utility and Windows via the Device Manager. The wireless driver has been updated to version 18.330.1 dated dated 05-01-2016. Then, I rebooted the machine but still no improvement. The characteristic hosted network shows as not supported. I also tried showing the devices hidden in Device Manager but under network adapters, there is no virtual card listed Microsoft hosted network.

Is this a driver problem? Anyone with a broadcast network animated T450s as being taken in charge?

Thank you

Well, I found a solution on the Intel community forum: https://communities.intel.com/message/327193. A couple of users in this thread (the one with a Lenovo X 1 carbon) suggested to use an older version of 18.11 18.12 driver. So that's what I did and it worked! Here are my actual steps:

• "The hosted network could not be started."

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 and when trying to connect to my Wifi network, I found that the signal from the router was not strong enough to reach the floor, and since I have a laptop connected with a cable that I thought I could make it work like a virtual router. After some research, I found several programs:

I tried Connectify, which did not work. Then I tried Virtual Router, that does not work either. Then, I found this:

And it worked, the network appeared in the list on my phone. Unfortunately, when you try to connect, it got stuck on ' Optaining IP-address '.
I tried to use a static IP address, and even with one put in place, it got stuck on ' Optaining IP-address '.
After that, I have been clicking through the menus a lot and hit accidentally turn off somewhere. Since then, when I try to start the virtual router, it says:
The hosted network could not be started.
The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation.
I can't find the place where I hit the turn off, and I don't know what to do more :(

• I get an error, "Microsoft Hosted network is not available" when I try to connect wifi for my HTC desire V through the laptop.

I use dell xps 15 laptop in which I use Wired internet.
I want to use my computer laptop wi - fi as a hotspot to use internet on my HTC Desire V for this I'm using connectify software but when I start HotSpot Wi - FI Access Point Encrypted (WPA2) method of sharing is for me the hosted Microsoft network is not available.

Original title: Microsoft Hosted network is not available

I had the same problem and that's what I did on my PC Win7:

(Forgive me if my English is not good)

1. verification of my network hosted in my driver. I have run the administrator command prompt and type netsh wlan start hostednetwork
If you get this message:
The hosted network could not be started. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation.

Then you have the same problem with me. It is the next step.
2. check my driver. Type of command line: netsh wlan show pilot
Then I saw that my support pilot hosted network. If your driver does not support hosted network, I suggest update you your driver or reinstall it.
How FND out your driver and update: Start - Control Panel - system and safety - device (under System) Manager - ECS

3. If your drivers support hosted network but still will not start, then the problem could be that you do not have Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter (the same problem happened to me). You can search and download. I tried and installed the new card.
Now I have Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter under network cards, in Device Manager.
4. I tried step 1 and it worked! So I can run my Connectify and this error message never showed even once.
I hope this works for you also.
Good luck

b. click view and press on ' see the hidden devices.

c. go down the list of devices and expand the "network devices".

f. This will allow the AdHoc created the connection, it must appear in the network connections in the network and sharing Center, if the connection to the ad hoc network does not appear then open the elevated command prompt and apply this command "netsh wlan stop hostednetwork" without the quotes.

g. after that, the connection should be displayed.

• oracle.sql.ARRAY.getFloatArray ()-> SQLException: feature not supported

Hello
I created a table with some columns of nested tables, given that something like

create or replace type tenFloats in the table of the types binary_float;
/
create table (book)
s varchar2 (12) not null,
d date not null,
BN tenFloats,
tenFloats BQ)
Bn NESTED TABLE as bn_tab store
Bq of NESTED TABLE as bq_tab store
/

In PL/SQL, it works, I can insert and extract.

Now I'm trying in Java
ResultSet testrs is db_conn.createStatement () .executeQuery ("select s, book bq");.
ARRAY arr = null;
While (testrs.next ()) {}
ARR = (Array) testrs. GetArray (2);

ARR = (Array) testrs. GetArray (2);
Reference d [] = arr.getOracleArray ();
System.out.println (d.Length);
float [] offers = new float [d.length];
for (int i = 0; i < bids.length; i ++) {}
offers= d [i] .floatValue (); / / <-fails here

What happens if you treat your tables nested as result sets?

while (testrs.next()) {

arr = (ARRAY)testrs.getArray(2);
ResultSet rs = arr.getResultSet();

while(rs.next()) {
Float f = (Float)rs.getObject(2);
}

rs.close();
}

• BIOS error 104: network card not supported after the update of the bios, HP G60

Recently, my hard drive has begun to fail. I bought a new drive, installed a Windows 7 ISO on a flash drive, installed etc. I have a HP G60-237NR. I have reinstall everything, and then I went to the page of the drivers for my laptop. I started to install stuff, at that time there I was bored so I'd sort of from the bottom to the top if this order of the questions, I can give more details on that if I need to. I downloaded the BIOS update, because I thought that "good, he he listed for my computer, I have no doubt it needs to be updated since my laptop like 6 years. Flashed the BIOS, my computer shut down and restart didn't like I thought he was supposed to. I turned on and well 'device 104 - unsupported of detected wireless network. System stopped. Remove device and restart. "I tried to find out what to do, which told me to remove the network adapter, the bios downgrade, plug it back and you're good. Well, I unplugged my network card and the snap-snap-in two sons who attaches and restarted, he did all the stuff. I got the same error. EDIT: I meant I plugged my network back in, but still got the error. Where I had the clichés about evil, I passed the clichés and double checked the connections maps, but still nothing. Everything I found said that should have worked, I'm on the same version of the BIOS, I started with that, but it does not recognize my network card. What am I doing here? Please help, thanks.

Hello

When you have the outside wireless card, you have the error?

If this isn't the case, then you can get necessary to replace the wireless adapter. I would not be able to explain how, but something may have cause to fail.

You can find maps of replacement of support on page 16 Chapter 4 of the Guide Service and Maintenance for your laptop.

I hope this helps.
