  • Microsoft XP blue screen and message - this applicationhas failed to start because LSASRY.dll was not found, that reinstallation can correct moyenessentiel,

no disc recovery... on a Panasonic Toughbook CF-50

    Let's see...

If you see a message like this:

Lsass.exe - Unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because lsasrv WITH. DLL was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Then, when you click OK, you have nothing more than a mobile mouse cursor.

I seriously doubt that the opinion of the engineer of Microsoft Support for try the last good known Configuration will replace a missing file, so that theory approaches the area of ridicule.    This is not what LKGC, that is not what he does and is not how it works.

Re-installation of XP is a very bad idea.

There is also no need get a Windows XP installation CD, because you can create a bootable XP Recovery CD yourself and then see to replace the missing file.

I understand not all next to a Microsoft representative.  Obviously not tested, won't work, won't help, but there are the necessary links to an article.   It's just another MSE wild-goose chase.

The lsasrv.dll file should really never be missed, so answer these questions as the best yo can:

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD (internal or external) drive?

If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget what you have (no XP media required).

This is not the same as recovery disks that might have come with the acquisition of the system store.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD (do not install UniBlue or the Ask Toolbar - never!):

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/proddocs/en-us/recovery_console_cmds.mspx?mfr=true

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

Then at the Recovery Console prompt enter orders to replace the missing file from backup copies that are already on your system:

    Copy c:\windows\system32\dllcache\lsasrv.dll c:\windows\system32

Answered in the affirmative if invited to replace the existing file and then you should see a message that 1 file (s) has been copied.

Depending on your system configuration, you may need to copy the files somewhere else, so if they are not in the folder dllcache for any reason, enter the command like this:

    Copy c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386\lsasrv.dll c:\windows\system32

Answered in the affirmative if invited to replace the existing file and then you should see a message that 1 file (s) has been copied.

Remove the CD and then type "exit" and restart your system.

  • What i7 processor and graphics card should I expect?

    Hi all

I have a bit of a dilemma to know what parts of pc I have to buy.

Now I'm able to get $1500 (aud)

    for all these

    I7-5960 X
-Corsair Hydro Series H110i GTX 280 mm liquid CPU Cooler
Light - tinted NZXT + RGB Kit
    -Corsair Carbide Air 540
-ASUS Rampage V Extreme Motherboard (the third pcie slot clip is broken)
    -G.Skill Ripjaws 4 F4-2400C15Q-16GRR 16 GB (4x4Go) DDR4
Single - EK 5.25 "Bay Reservoir (including pump PWM 3.2 double SDC)
-Noctua NF - A14 PWM Linus Tech Tips Edition 140 mm fan x 3
-Corsair Air Series AF120 Performance Edition case fan Twin Pack
-NZXT Sentry 3 touch screen LCD Fan Controller 5.25 "

    Logitech - G910 Orion Spark
Cryo - rig A80 hybrid liquid cooler

    ↑ i.e. excluding a gfx card.

However, I'm not sure if this processor would be better than getting an i7 5820 k, i7 6700 k or an i7 6800 k or an i7 6850 k. I've read various comparisons which makes it difficult to decide (especially since a large number of comparisons are with games and video editing not).

I want to make a platform for Premiere Pro and After effects for most. I work with 4 k images and need of something better, but don't break the Bank. I look around to spend as little as possible, but also scalability enough to be cool and trendy. I think of something around $ 1 500-2 $000 for a decent edition pc. I was a little out of touch with the building and train to learn all that is necessary for installation.

5960 x has 8 cores and tons of stuff with her cooling, others have 6 (and 4 cores * 6700 k). I heard the more hearts best for editing, but the speed of each core must be taken into account without additional cooling system.

As with a graphics card, I am considering the gtx 970 980 years or because they are quite cheap now (second hand), but would be a gtx 800 * card be enough?

I want to do a professional job, but I don't want to break the Bank. I'm just a little lost with what would be more beneficial. Having more cores and a gfx card at low prices, or to have a decent processor with a gfx card decent for less * ish. for $1600, which is a good deal, but not sure if it's good for a video editor. =\

Thanks to all of you who have an overview and a greater knowledge of this stuff! ^_^

    Jake.

after effects are currently being redone to make it multithreaded. so currently the 6700 k is the fastest, but who will eventually change, and some people use earlier versions of AE for better performance with County Senior core cpu machines.

for premiere pro, the 6 cpu core is core entry level 4 k, 8 or 10, it's better when the budget allows. I'm not familiar with prices AUD, but looks like it's a good deal. Looks like you still need several parts besides than the gpu to complete construction, unless you already have them, or that they were not in the list. so you should have know if you can complete the build and stay within your budget.

    https://www.pugetsystems.com/Labs/articles/Adobe-Premiere-Pro-CC-2015-multi-core-performan it-Update1-806.

What gpu you need will depend a lot on how much gpu accelerated fx and the functions that you plan on using. If you can find a gtx used 780, 780ti, 970 or 980 for a good price, they can work very well. If you had one of those (or something more slow) and had poor reading performance, you can still be fine by changing resolution of reading to 1/2 or 1/4 for smoother playback. If you want something more durable, the gtx 1000 series has some features of hdr k 4.

There is no office gtx 800 series. the closest thing was the the ti gtx 750 and 750. Pudget article shows the gtx 780ti running slightly faster than the 980 with first. the 900 series had a lot of changes that have been for games.

  • Pilot screen and graphic black got the message

    Hi all

Ive had my PC to Office XPS 8500 for about three weeks. Ive had a few times when the screen went black for a few seconds and then come straight on with the graphics driver recovered message. Today, I reinstalled everything and Ive downloaded the ATI Radeon HD 7570 from Dell support site a couple of times. On the continuation of the investigation when I look in the event log viewer there are hundreds of error messages ATIeRecord with error 16388 attached in the application log... and it is only since this morning. There are between three and five of these errors appearing in almost every minute today. I don't know what else to do. Can anyone help?

I darednt try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, because I don't know what will happen as I i5 P3350P CPU so I suspect that if I uninstall I get no display at all as I do not think that this system has a backup onboard VGA graphics.

    Thank you, in advance,

    Rick

Yes, you can use the AMD drivers. Here's the article I was talking about. Chris explains how to uninstall a driver and install another. Pretty simple.

  • Hehe - resolution screen and games

I love the new screen, but several applications are clearly do not support this app. Do not the last letter of words with friends.

(If you drag the 2nd to the last letter on the right she will move the last letter to her place so you can use it).

I had already bought Need for Speed Shift. Version of at & T asked me to buy it. So I uninstalled. Now the version on the market tells me that my device is not supported. Anyone know where I can get the version of the Atrix again?

    @aboyandroid

The app has been updated now. They are now supported the qHD screens. Apparently, I reported the bug enough times that they went out and bought and the Atrix and fixed.

NFS... Unfortunately you have to factory reset the phone to get the Atrix Compatible a return. We ask if EA can put the application on Tegra devices market. If this is a must have so you might to reset. If this isn't the case, then wait for it to appear on the market for the download.

  • New hard drive, installed Windows XP PRO version 2002 - resolution screen and internet problems

My Dell has had some problems (patially due to age), so a buddy of mine and I put a new hard drive in it and then installed windows XP Pro.  Installation went great, but now that it's installed, I can not get the screen resoultion to change and I can't connect to the internet.  I feel like with the internet, can I have a driver problem.  I know that the internet works, I'm on it with the laptop right now.  Any suggestions?

????  I'm not sure I understand your question. You download the drivers to a place, you will find them, as the office. If you want to put them on a USB stick, copy the files downloaded to the key and take it to the computer target. Copy the files on the computer desktop. Double-click on a file and it will unpack the installation routine starts. Follow the installation wizard. Reset when said to repeat as needed until all the drivers, etc are installed. Subsequently, you can delete the downloaded files from Dell (from installation .exe). MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  • Resolution/screen size is huge

Running Windows 7.  To get rid of a virus, I had to reset my computer to 1 January 2015. When I ran the Updates bring ' ' today, he seems to have the resolution on the screen to RIDICULEMENT HIGH.  The answers I found only answer to reset the resolution, so I went in under the resolution of the screen control panel and tried to recover from 800 x 600 to 2048 x 1536, but he says frequency out of range, and the following horrible air down (always too big, "grainy" / low res).
I am unable to find out what the recommended resolution for my monitor as well (gateway 22 "of Faroudja DCDi) and can not find the drivers etc. to load in case that is the question.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hello

There should be a button automatic reset on the monitor > use and see if that fixes it.

If that fixed it, go to the website of your computer manufacturer > drivers download Section > then key in your computer model number > find your operating system > find two graphics / video or from the Chipset drivers and download and install.

If you have purchased and installed your own graphics card > access the graphics card manufacturer's Web site > find, download and install the appropriate drivers for your operating system and graphics card model number.

Then try to change the screen resolution.

A little tip on Windows updates.

Microsoft gives sometimes you updates for the 3rd party hardware: graphics, network cards, etc.

You should only get the latest drivers for them to real hardware manufacturer's website, as Microsoft normally does nor those have the most recent drivers available as Microsoft relies of the 3rd party hardware Manufactuer to provide.

But unfortunately, the only way to know which is the update of the problem is to install them one by one, until you find the 'wrong' for your installation.

You can do a system restore to get back until it has been installed (which is NOT the best way to remove an update) or follow this method:

'Remove an update - Windows 7'

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/remove-update#1TC=Windows-7

When you have found the issue of update of the list of updates which is presented > then right click on the update problem > select Hide update > and it will not be available to you once again

"How to hide or restore the updates of Windows hidden in Windows 7 and Windows 8"

    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/24376-Windows-Update-hide-restore-hidden-updates.html

    _____________________________________________

Here's how to chanage update settings, if you think it is necessary to:

"Understanding Windows Update and Extras in Windows Vista and Windows 7.

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/Windows-Vista-updates-and-extras/

    Or the other of these two update settings will give you the chance to see what you want to install through Windows updates;

Download updates but let me choose whether to install them - if you select this option, Windows will download the updates on your computer, but not install them automatically. If you want to install updates, then you must install them manually. You should only select this option if you have a reason to not install updates automatically. Only advanced users should use this option.

Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them - if you select this option, you'll be alerted when there are new updates available for download and install. You can then choose to download and install the updates that you want. This option should really be reserved for people who know exactly which updates they need, or those who have little access to the Internet.

But remember you normally only have problems with hardware 3rd party drivers. Other updates are to improve the Performance and security of your system

    See you soon.

  • HP Pavilion Elite HPE-210y - upgrade power supply and graphics card?

You just bought a new computer that I am generally satisfied, but it is not fit to play top games I like (for example Metro 2033).  I was looking into upgrading my graphics card and discovered that I have a 300W power supply.

I heard that HP computers are notorious for difficulties in upgrading equipment thanks to the compact design the area.  What power supply and graphics card I should be able to use?  Information links and price would be very appreciated.

I use my LG HDTV 32 "as a monitor and my current graphics card allows me to connect using an HDMI cable and play movies blu - ray via my PC.  I want to keep this feature.

    Thanks for any help!

You need to open your PC and measure the physical dimensions of your diet.  Here is a list of the things to consider:

    1. Specifications
    2. Total power - important
    3. amperage 12 + v - important
    4. Modular - is not required, but I like the flexibility
    5. Warranty
    6. I7 and SLI ready
    7. Efficiency rating
    8. Cost
    9. The physical size - standard ATX PSU is 5.5 "by 5.9" by 3.4 "give or take a few tenths

www.Newegg.com has many choices of power supplies.  Corsair, OCZ, Rosewill, Thermaltake...

The amount of amperage + 12 volts is important when choosing a video card.  Depending on the size of the Cabinet from HP a 550-600 watt PSU should be plenty.  The NVIDIA GT 460 should be a good choice.

  • How can I get the graphics in the games on screen and Intel graphics card?

    Hello:

I recently got a Compaq Presario CQ57-339wm laptop PC.

It has Win 7 HP 64 bit installed.

I've updated the memory up to 8 GB.

Intel Celeron 1.5 gb CPU B800

    Intel HD graphics card.

And there the new Chipset HM65.

    My question is this.

While I know it will run that high end games.

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to get "FULL SCREEN GRAPH" when you play simple games like Empire Earth, Dungeon Lords, Solitaire, chess, build a Lot, etc.?

On a laptop with Intel Graphics awhile back I could go in the graphical control panel and select the stretch to the size of the screen option and he would give me full screen graphics.

    BUT!

When I go into the graphics Control Panel now, I don't see this option.

    What gives?

I do not expect to run high-end graphics, but fucking hell, I should at least be able to enjoy full-screen display size of 1366 x 768 instead of graphic image format.

    I would appreciate any help...

    Hi again:

As I had not had a response to my question, I thought that I better go and to fend for myself.

So I went on a search engine Bing to find a solution to my problem and I did...  Admittedly simple so I thought for those who may have the same problem I would my Solutrion that I found so here you are.

    Intel full screen game Fix.

To set the Intel scaling of Glitch.

#1. Right-click on the desktop and choose screen resolution.   And change the resolution to 1024 x 768.

#2. GoTo Control Panel, click on Intel Graphics & Media. Scale option will now be avalible, select Stretch to full screen and save.

#3. Once again right click on the desktop. And change your resolution to the Native resolution, click on I accept... You should now be set for full screen graphics in games.

  • DV7-1210eo Black Screen with CPU and graphic Error Codes

I'm running out of ideas on how repair this laptop so I thought I would ask here. Like so many other people with these portable mine seemed to go right after my warranty expires. I went to power on one day and he presented that a directed graph code error with a black screen. Instead of trying to fix the original slide myself I thought it would be best to just replace it. After the new Board of Directors came and I reassembled it all has been great to work for a few days. I went to power on one morning and he presented the same graphics code error as before. I then reset and tried again, but this time that he gave me the CPU error instead, after 15 seconds or later he would begin to switch between error a CPU and graphics. I assumed that the jury who sent was defective, so I sent a replacement. Once the replacement card has been installed it would always give me the same errors, sometimes it would be the graphics and other CPU.

I was told the jury that I sent worked great and replacement has been tested before it was sent, it even came with the results of the tests to check. I tried to replace the CPU and memory with a work known and same notebook AC adapter, which does not seem to help.

If anyone has any idea as to what could be the problem I would be acknowledging the entry.

    Thank you

I want to just update to anyone who seems to have the same problems as me.

I finally had time to replace the CPU and specifications works fine now. It seems the controller memory on the old CPU came out and was causing memory to not be detected properly and causing graphic errors. Before you spend money on a new motherboard, you may want to consider the processor as the problem.

Now if only I can figure out how to keep it from cooking itself...

    Thanks for all the help,

    Domo
