Tab 'Apps' missing desktop creative cloud (Mac)
I've seen some of the other post, but none of them does not seem to help, so I'll just ask.
I just downloaded ACC (v3.4.1.181) on my macbook pro (v10.11.1), but whenever I open it my 'apps' tab in the upper part is missing.
I tried to re - install several times, I tried to restart my computer but nothing seems to work.
I've seen some people say that we must go in the program folder files and remove or change some. But all these tips has been on PC and I'm not sure how you make to these files on a mac.

I have a subscription of CC photo by using photoshop and lightroom. I own Acrobat Pro XI. My desktop creative cloud app keeps saying to update Acrobat DC? I am not a subscriber to the DC?

I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.
If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

After changing the settings for the language you want to use, install your programs of cc.

Why is-Acrobat Creative cloud Mac App not able to connect to the internet?
After installing Acrobat DC, my desktop creative cloud application cannot connect to the internet. Everything is done constantly trying to connect without any result. See the photo below. Can someone tell me what to do? I open the other I can not update desktop butwith great CC applications apps.

I now get a message "You have been disconnected" whenever I try to connect to the desktop creative cloud application.
I tried without success to the following:
- Uninstall and then reinstall the creative cloud application.
- Rename the OOBE centenarians OOBE folder.
- The deletion of all in the SLCache.
All of these answers have been proposed on these forums or support. None have worked.
I'm on a composition of the team.
I am currently using Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5.
I am on a Mac in the Mavericks (OSX 10.9).
Nothing seems to work and I was forwarded from one Department to the thing of support chat window.
Someone for the love of God, please help.
I would like to share with you the solution that worked for me.
It's the walkthrough, I followed, guided by Tariq to the live Adobe chat service:
1: open Activity monitor of spotlight and end partner Adobe all processes. You can find the process as AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, Adobe crash the daemon process.
2: Open a window in the Finder, select go > go to folder option, type in ~/Library and press to enter.
3: now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE /... folder.
4: delete the opm under OOBE.
5: OOBE and rename it OOBEold.
6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the same place.
7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
8: click on icon on the desktop creative cloud gear application and choose leave Creative Cloud.
9: then launch, connect, and click on the applications tab.

I can't access my cloud applications creative adobe correctly for the plan of photography. I used to have the full plan and move in terms of photography, and now I can't access my apps under the creative cloud. Cannot install app ID with creative cloud
Hello
I can't install the InDesign application through creative cloud. Coming to the home, Apps, assets, community page. I click on install or update an application, and it takes me to the next page, where there is only a download (no error number) error message.
I was able to install on another computer very well IDS. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.
I tried the positions etc but have not been able to solve the problem.

Please refer to the steps below:
- Close the creative Application of clouds (upward to the right, click the cog menu, then "leave Creative Cloud").
- Please open c:\Program files(X86) /Common files/Adobe folder.
- Rename the folder OOBE OOBE.old
- Rename AAMupdaterInventory to AAMupdaterInventory.old
- Type %appdata%\protector.exe in the search from the start menu
-What I had to do was to go to C: > "MyUserName" > Appdata > local > adobe
- Rename the folder OOBE OOBE.old
- Rename AAMupdater to AAMupdater.old
- Launch Desktop creative cloud

Why is there no CC Apps in my creative cloud folder?
Why is there no CC Apps in my creative cloud folder? Just cramming info cloud creative Adobe Flash Professional. Tried to use it and found that it was not in my folder Apps, nor anywhere else. During my research, I discovered that no other applications CC were there either. All Pro CS6 applications are there, but not cc.

Could you try to scroll down a bit and look in the section 'find new applications '. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
In case still do not see you any CC application, log on to https://creative.adobe.com/products and try to download any application CC and then check if it is installed and you can see in the section "Your apps" of the CC desktop application.

I just signed up for the package of cloud CS6. As a teacher, I paid for the arrangement student or teacher. However, I could not download and install applications. My first attempt was download Acrobat of the Web site downloader; the system went through the movements of the installation of the application manager, but didn't even if the icon has been installed on my desktop. We have a problem with the last creative cloud (error 204) update and uninstall it manually. (before that everything works well)
When we try to re - install desktop creative cloud, we have an error 43...
with the help of public aid, we create another administrator account, but it's the same result, impossible to install: error 43
so we use creative cleanup tool and clean all the software adobe (indesign, photoshop, etc etc...) so now all the adobe came out.
BUT, even now, when we try to install desktop creative cloud... error 43 again...
