Tab plugin Acrobat 10 missing in Outlook 2010 32-bit

Tab plugin Acrobat 10 missing in Outlook 2010 32-bit.

Non-installed/re-installed acrobat 10.1.7.27

The PDF form is missing from Outlook COM add ins and ins disabled, confirmed that 7 .dll files have been properly installed in c:\program files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat.com\Add-in

Also tried to re-register the DLL and adding PDFMOfficeAddinn.dll to the Outlook add-ins.

Plug-ins tab is active and working in MS Word and Excel, but not in Outlook 2010.

Never update Acrobat. I think that the updates of X are required to make it work with OFFICE 2010. Go to the help > fix at a time and then help > updates.

  • The Acrobat DC 2015 Ribbon is missing in Outlook 2010

I see a lot of hits for missing problems with Acrobat Ribbon in Outlook, and from what I can tell it seems to have been a problem for some time.  However, I was not able to find a solution.  One I found did not work for me.  Has anyone else encountered this problem.

I am running on a workstation Win7, running Outlook 2010 with Acrobat Professional from 2015 DC.  Oddly enough, the Ribbon works with the Standard version.  I tried regsvr32, install via supplements and it doesn't work.  However, Excel, PowerPoint show the Ribbon Acrobat on top, but not Outlook.

    Please advise...

    NICOS,

It turns out that there was a problem with the *.mst file that was used to install DC 2015.  The option to include plug-in software component PDF in Outlook was not selected.  Once I made the change and loaded the new *.mst file, the function has been successfully installed.

    Thank you for your help.

  • W500: Dialog box Outlook 2010 32 bit ' file/Options '. "fails on Win 7 64 bit

    Hi all

For some reason, it seems to be interference between certain Lenovo W500 Driver/software and Office 2010 that breaks Outlook 2010:

1 / I installed a new copy of Windows 7 Enterprise, 64-bit, no driver installed Lenovo (IE only the provided Windows drivers) - there are devices that are not yet recognized, but I don't who has not yet set

2 / I install a new copy of Office 2010 Professional Plus 32 bit, which includes Outlook 2010

3 / once I start Outlook to join my Exchange Server and my messages start to flow-well

4 / I then go into file/Options and then make several settings and save by clicking OK - so so good fa

5 / can I update the system using the Lenovo update tool (update of the ThninkVantage system) and adding all the updates (not those in option)

6 / Once finished, after the obligatory reboot, I launch Outlook again

7 / I repeat step 4 above - a message box appears read "the file does not exist"; at this point, only the button cancel from the dialog box Options can dismiss the Options dialog box.

7bis / as in step 7, but just open Options and immediately, click OK (IE do not any change in the Options) leads to the same error "the file does not exist.

8 / restore the system to a restore point just before applying updates from Lenovo brings the system back to normal, IE as in step 4 above.

Any ideas of what might be broken Outlook?

    Thank you!

    Rodolphe

Well I finally resolved the issue - for some reason, as the "Sound reminder" field on the Advanced tab was empty. I put it to the mail notification sound electronic normal windows, and then the dialog box options was happy.

On the complement of research, it is effectively disabled. Don't know why but will survey.

  • Toolbar Acrobat ALWAYS missing in 2013 Word 64-bit

    Hello

I use Acrobat X and Word 2010 intensively to convert word documents to PDF with table of contents and clickable links.

I've recently upgraded to Office 2013 (64-bit) and found Acrobat was not compatible and so upgraded to professional Acrobat XI. However, after the acrobat installed, the Acrobat toolbar wasn't always in 2013 of Word. I have re-installed Acrobat, then update to acrobat, and then re-run Word. Nothing. I never looked in the Com add-ins - no acrobat adds Office add-in.

There is a menu of Acrobat in 2013, 2013 to Excel, Powerpoint 2013 Outlook - simply no WORD (just my luck).

I tried to add manually in word COM add-ins file in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\PDFMaker\Office\x64\PDFMOfficeAddin.dll - Word has not generated an error when I tried to do, but nor has he added the add-in. I restarted Word to be sure, but it is not yet here.

I tried manually adding the COM snap to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\PDFMaker\Office\x64\PDFMWord.dll - but the word gave me an error "... is not a valid Office Add-In."

I really wouldn't want to have to go back to Word 2010 and Acrobat X - can help you? I searched the Forum and the web to get here where I am now, without success.

Also: I tried a repair in Acrobat without success.

    Best regards, Ken

OK, in case anyone has the same problem I fixed it this way:

The fact that the PDFMaker was running in Excel and Outlook made me think it was a word problem. Also because that I almost could add in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\PDFMaker\Office\x64\PDFMOfficeAddin.dll without error (even through it did not) - I decided to try as an administrator.

In running Word as administrator (my username is an administrator, but I do log not as an administrator) - done by right-clicking on the Word 2013 in the start menu, choose Run As Administrator - then go through the process of adding the add-in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\PDFMaker\Office\x64\PDFMOfficeAddin.dll - it worked and now the Acrobat Menu's Word 2013.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones that will synchronize the functions of Outlook 2010?

    Hi from a pre-newbie

'Before' because I have not yet bought a Blackberry, but it is seriously considering.  A big thing that is really important to me, but...

Can the "bits" of Outlook 2010 synchronize with a Blackberry?  To be precise, I really want to synchronize the following features in Outlook 2010 with equivalent enforcement in the Blackberry:

    Calendar

    Contacts

    Tasks

Notes would be desirable, but not essential.  Email, too, is desirable but not essential (I can use the web to access when I'm on the road).

I must point out that my Outlook 2010 works standalone on my desktop PC and that it is not connected to Exchange.

A Blackberry, with its associated desktop software, could meet my needs?

Thank you very much in advance for your comments.

Make sure that Outlook 2010, 32-bit, and 64-bit package.

    Thack says:

    Calendar

    Contacts

    Notes

Yes, on all four of the above.

Not on email, on a personal account of BIS. BES will reconcile your emails, but not a personal plan of BIS.

You will set up your email to place the smart phone BlackBerry directly from your mail server.

Curve 8530 does not sync with my Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Although I used a Palm Treo years, I am new to BB and Metro PCS. The OS is v5.0.0.973. (The Palm Treo has not correctly synchronized since this summer. that's why I got the Blackberry.) Some old Palm Treo data are saved as ASCII files).

I connect my new BB 8530 via the USB port on my computer. From the Blackberry Desktop Manager 5.0.1 version, I click the icon synchronize. I select the boxes to synchronize the data of the Organizer, to update the time and date of the device and synchronize automatically. When I click on synchronize, the message box asks me if I want to configure synchronization settings now. Ok.

He asks me to choose an application to synchronize. By clicking on the calendar, select Microsoft Outlook and 2 way to sync. Complete the installation schedule welcome.

However, when I cliquerai to finish, I get the error message "Microsoft Outlook Connector error: no available message store.» The setting does not save.

I shut down my computer and restarted. I deleted the Intellisync folder, as suggested in another post. still no synchronization.

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

Office of RIM 5.0.1 software tells you that you are using is not compatible with Outlook 2010. You need to upgrade to level 6.0 from the RIM of the Desktop for Outlook 2010 compatibility software. However, if you use Outlook 2010 64-bit, there currently is no version of RIM software which is compatible... only the 32-bit Outlook 2010 is currently compatible.

    Good luck!

  • Acrobat 9.0 - function 'attach to e-mail' doesn't work more (Win 7, MS Outlook 2010)

    Dear all,

All of a sudden, my 'attach to e-mail' function no longer works.  If I open a PDF file in Acrobat 9.0, and I'm trying to 'attach to e-mail', nothing happens.  This feature has always worked for me in the past.  When I check the updates, Acrobat reports that I am up to date.  I've recently updated Flash Player 16 and drive XI (11.0.10).

My OS is Windows 7, 64 bit, and I use MS Outlook 2010.

Thank you very much for your time.

You may need to consult this kb file to resolve the problem:

Although Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Outlook 10, I would prefer you use only the supported product.

  • Install Acrobat XI does not Outlook plug-in install

I had two cases where the Outlook plug-in has corrupted during installation... I was wondering if it's just randomly or if there could be underlying factors causing this plugin do not install for users.  Any information would be helpful.

    Hey CPLilly1,

    We could certainly help you.

Could you please specify what exact issue you are facing. Is complement Acrobat absent from your Outlook?

What version of MS Outlook are you using?

You might need check for updates under the Help menu to run the latest patch for Acrobat XI i.e. 11.0.11

Also, try to repair Acrobat on the Help menu, and check again.

I guess that the Acrobat PDFMaker add-in is missing from your Outlook after installing Acrobat. (correct me if I'm wrong).

Then, you may need to consult the doc mentioned KB below link for the same thing:

PDFMaker is unavailable. Office 2007, 2010, 2013 | Acrobat 9, Acrobat X, XI, Acrobat Acrobat DC

I would like to learn more about the same.

It worked for me with an iPhone 6s.

MOVE SEVERAL OUTLOOK 2010 CONTACTS FOR iPHONE

Step 1: In Outlook, create the vcf files (Variant call Format), which are text files also known as the digital business cards and send them to your own e-mail address. To do this, select all the Outlook contacts you want, right-click on it and select 'Front Contact' sharing group, and then select "as a calling card."

Step 2: Outlook will create cards individual vcf for each of your contacts as attachments to an email.  Send plain text (select on the Format Text tab), otherwise the iPhone Notes contacts section will contain unwanted formatting.  Send e-mail and files to your own e-mail address.

Step 3: Create a folder to contain the individual vcf files, for example c:\vcfcards.

Step 4: Open the e-mail you sent to yourself in Outlook and save all the vcf attached files in the c:\vcfcards folder (file, save attachments, OK, select the vcfcards folder, do not enter a file name).

Step 5: Now open the command prompt window (in Windows 10 right click Start, and then select command prompt).

Step 6: At the command prompt, type cd c:\vcfcards.  Press ENTER to continue. Your command prompt is now moved to the vcfcards folder.

Step 7: Now merge the multiple vcf files in the vcfcards file in a single vcf file.
At the command prompt, type: copy /a *.vcf c:\all.vcf and then press ENTER.

Step 8: Create another e-mail and join the newly created file all.vcf.
Send e-mail to your address (if Outlook is set to download files from the server immediately, close Outlook after the email is sent, thereby ensuring that the email will arrive on the cell phone).

Step 9: Get your iPhone and read the e-mail from there.
Open the vcf file you created and attached to the email and press Add all Contacts.

If there are several groups of contacts in Outlook, the process can be repeated for each group.  File names above could be changed to reflect the group names.  However, it will be a group merged on the iPhone.

(#4) instead of "restart" my PC stops completely down and don't come back or restart when I said to "restart".

    (A) I have several MS security updates will not be installed, (all the directions say to change records and do all sorts of things, I don't think I'm qualified for this.

    (B) PC is generally slow and lazy and even if it is a work computer, it's me from being productive, and I don't have the time.  It starts slowly, and I don't know how to "truly" remove startup programs, etc.

It is a working PC, should be a whole day to re - install Windows on top the other things would have to do to make it fully functional again, drive mapping, loading the programs clients, plug-ins, etc. on top of losing this day there all the work, we would have to pay the computer scientist for that all day. Our guys 'IT' knows all the fancy words for all the 'IT' stuff he does, but he has the patience to follow through and fix things until they are really fixed, it starts simply, then vibrates on a list of things to do after his departure... and it is overpriced, even if he was as good as he thinks he's.  But I have no say in this.  I'm not the admin PC I don't think, but I can run & install programs on the PC.  We use TrendMicro, which I'm not thrilled since I just cleaned my PC my 3rd year Trojan horse was not detected by T.M. but was detected by other things, such as MSE and MalwareBytes.  Where should I start, how to get it all cleaned up, & what should I do to keep it?

    I work for HP

Hi Questions_HP, welcome to the Forums of HP. I understand that you are unable to receive SMS messages sent by Outlook 2010. It seems that you have to either have an Exchange Server or 3rd Party SMS service involved for this to work. Beyond that, I don't know what requirements must be met to do this, the only information I found on the topic was this document: send and receive text messages (SMS)

You may have more luck finding information in the forums focused on Outlook. Post a solution if you find one.
