Tablet stuck in boot loop

I have a Dell 10 5055 place tablet.

I had windows 10 on it since I have the Tablet and never had any problems until today. A couple of months I have reset back there and it works beautifully. I have reset this morning only to find it in a boot loop where it shows the dell logo and then flashes an error and restarts. The error is "reboot system to make adjustments tpm2 indeed"

I tried to plug and unplug. I even tried to press the volume up, which highlights the F12 boot menu, it displays the same error and restarts. I tried to go into the bios with the same question. I tried to hold the volume up and volume down to go into recovery mode and it displays a loading bar. After a few seconds it flashes the error and restarts. Not sure how he has adjusted very well a few months until this morning when my warranty has expired recently. I tried to contact support, and they said it would be $ 150 to get which is sent to them that they can fix. For $130, I can buy a used one online. If I knew I would get this issue I would not have reset. Don't know why and what could be the cause.

Note this thread for anyone watching one.

The poster has another thread on this problem, on the plateau Mobile Devices, which is a better place for discussion rather than here on the sound card from the laptop.

  • iPhone 5 stuck in boot loop

Hey everybody, I recently encountered a problem where I replaced one of my friend 5 iPhone battery and when I plugged it in to charge that he was stuck in a boot loop cycle. The Apple logo appear and disappear over and over again and never start.  I then read a lot of forums where people have had the same problem and tried a lot of things.  I even tried to put several other types of accumulators in the farm of origin, including, and none of them would allow the phone to initialize.

I solved this problem by putting the iPhone in recovery mode where then iTunes could recognize.  I then did the update (not recovery) that was available, because do not get rid of all the data on the phone.

I got a weird error that doesn't seem the case on internet "iTunes unable to connect to the iPhone. The value is missing.

But the update worked!  Then I later discovered that my friend tried to update his phone when he died (battery was flakey, so why I replaced it).

So if someone has ever an update failed and an iPhone stuck in a boot loop, just put in recovery mode and update the firmware from iTunes.

You can try to use a program called PTEDIT.

you need a floppy disk bootable with her BACK on.

Start in PTEDIT and set the second partition bootable (change the second colum to 80) and the type 07

Change the types of the first and the third partition to format BACK not as OC.

I don't remember the exact type that must be configured so it can stop work to restore function.

  • Moved from HARD drive on computer newest and stuck in boot loop

My old Dell computer died.  I moved my drive to a newer Dell computer. I'm stuck in a boot loop when I turn on.  I guess I need to repair or reinstall my windows XP to the new motherboard.  I upgraded from 95-98-XP over the years.  My XP upgrade disk is not bootable.  How to repair or reinstall Windows XP?  I do not think that re-formatting in FAT32, 95 installation, the upgrade to 98, and then upgrade to XP and NTFS formatting are a good answer.

I have a XP Home edition boot disk (Dell) from the original HARD disk in the most recent computer.  I am able to use it and enter the recovery console, but don't know if I can do something here to repair the installation of XP Pro.

    Thank you

If your Windows XP upgrade disk is not in Service Pack 3 (SP3), and then create a slipstreamed XP version which includes SP3 and then try to install it.

Create a "Slipstreamed" of integrating XP SP3 version

After you create the CD then do a "clean install", see the last part

helllo, my ipad mini 3 is stuck in a loop of startup due to a bug in the iOS that seems to affect all ios devices 64-bit running ios 8 or later (I already reported the bug). My question is, my iPad warranty will cover the repair or replacement? It's an iPad Mini 3 running iOS 9.2.1 thanks

  • U410 stuck in boot loop

    Greetings everyone,

Recently I bought a u410 and it worked great for a few weeks, but this morning instead of waking from hibernation as usual, it seems to be stuck in a loop to display the lenovo logo then a white screen with a few seconds on each. It worked continuously for hours while I try to run down the battery in an attempt to reset. I have no bios access during the loop, and it does not start on a usb media. I am now, I wondered what I would do because he has already given migrated my old machine and that you not exactly want to start over. Is there something that can be done otherwise than returning or sending to lenovo support?

No white dots, has not even come to that. I solved it earlier today and it turns out it was a corrupted hibernation file which was causing the problem. Who removed and all was good. Thanks for the reply if it could be useful in the future for myself or others fall on this thresd.

  • Computer stuck in boot loop

My laptop is stuck in a trunk, Loop soon I will get an alert "Automatic repair", but it will end in a black screen. I searched for help but none of it works for me, I do not have the windows CD/DVD 8 of any kind. Trying to get into the mode secure/f8, f11 keys do not work or the other. The only thing I can do is go into the menu of the UEFI with the esc key.

After exploring and done a few tests, I found an error:
Drive hard abstract Dst check: FAILURE
    FAILURE ID: U8FU04-6SW77R-MFPWXF-60SE03
    PRODUCT ID: F3Z36PA #ABG

And these are my computer specs:

    Processor speed: 1500 Mhz
    Memory size: 8192 MB
    BIOS version: F.00

I still have my warranty available, but I would like to know if there is something else I can do besides sending, for maintenance? (This is embarrassing)

    Hello

Error code 24 characters for short drive Self Test (DST) would indicate that hard is defective and must be replaced.  This is also consistent with the startup problem you describe.

As your laptop is still under warranty, contact HP and arrange for the disk replaced - if necessary, you can check the status of your warranty here.

If you live in the United States, contact HP here.

If you are in another part of the world, begin here.

Note:  You will also need to order a series of replacement of the recovery media.

    Kind regards

  • Y410P stuck in boot loop 'prepare auto repair.

    Hello

Unfortunately, I woke up this morning to my Y410P stuck with the Lenovo logo and text saying "prepare auto repair. After a few moments, it will say "Diagnose your PC" and then "repair disk errors. It could take more than an hour to finish. "Edit: then after a few seconds, it restarts and everything happens again.

As you can imagine I am very satisfied with this and I have no idea what may have caused it. I am currently studying in Belgium so no help here I can get will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

  • My computer is stuck in the loop "Update Configuration". Boots only in safe mode.

My computer is stuck in the loop "Update Configuration". Boots only in safe mode. I tried to do a system restore, but an error message appears that says:

To perform an offline system restore, you must specify which Windows installation you want to restore. For example, if the installation is in "C:\Windows:" should be restored, enter the following command: rstrui.exe/OFFLINE:C\Windows

I typed in the "run" command, and it didn't work either. VIsta came installed on the computer, so I don't have a disc to insert and reboot with. Help, please!

  • My computer is stuck in a boot loop indefinitely after downloading the Vista updates.

original title: I have the same problem posted by Don Gagen on 16 April. My computer is stuck in a boot loop indefinitely after downloading the Vista updates.

I installed some updates Vista Home Basic important for my laptop on Wednesday, and since then, my computer won't start. I get to the first page of Windows that shows "Configuration updates 0% complete" for about 15 seconds and then restart the machine. This loop continues indefinitely. I spoke to the manufacturer (Dell) who say there have been some recent problems with the update service, and I have to pay (£69) to address this problem. I don't really want to pay for a repair, when the problem does not seem to have been caused by me or my computer. I tried all the options from the start menu, but there seems to be no way to solve this problem, for example, in 'Safe' Mode, the problem persists, and 'Last successful login' does not work either. It will not launch command prompt. I ran Dell diagnostic check before extended initialization and there seems to be nothing wrong with the hardware. I have no disks system of re - install Vista (and that I would lose all my data anyway). I can also access the ID of the license of Vista. The computer is no longer under warranty, and I have no agreement to support hardware or software for it.

I would be grateful for any suggestion.

  • Compaq 14-a000: laptop stuck in shut down/boot loop

The main problem I encounter is that I accidentally turned off my computer while he was setting up Windows.
Now, as it is, he is stuck in a loop of the ignition, update of the screen showing HP with small points of buffer circling at the bottom, cutting and then reappear.
Then it will move to the Windows Setup screen and it's 64% finished,.
    Then turns off.

He continues to repeat this and I cannot understand how out of the loop, and it happens so fast too.

I just turn it off completely and I try to keep it's cool, but I'm not sure what it does beyond this point other get rid of him.
    Help, please.

It's time to use the recovery media that you have created now...

You can use it to access Windows system restore and restore the operating system to a recovery point dated before that happened.

System Restore is safe and reversible.

Take a read of the paper web followinbg. The methods apply to your operating system.

  • Iconia A1-810 taken in Boot Loop in any case to get it out?

OK I admit it in a previous post, I was looking at getting the root privledges on my A1-810, I asked how to go in the Devolopers Options.

Although I had put up to open the Options Devolopers and activation of Usb Debugging Options as well.

But before I had the chance to do another thing my wife needed me to do something for her, so I stop my Tablet thinking I would come in a little bit and pick up where I left off.

    Evil

When I started the shelf upward, he went through the usual boot process, but when he got to his home screen, stop immediately, started again and stop again.

I went through this during about half an hour until I found a post on the forums that said.

DO a Hard ReSet and will arrange the problem cause something got the Boot Mbr obstructed upward, and while I would lose everything on the shelf she set it to plug the factory and repair Boot Mbr.

    Well I preformed Hard ReSet.

But it does not solve the boot loop in what it is.

While he did reset it on specifications of the factory, I could tell that he began to return to the Welcome screen that guides you through the Setup program for the first time.

You guessed it, he got to the home screen about 3 seconds later it restarted, and restarted.

It went like that for well over an hour until I stopped him, with that alone be able to do using the reset button.

A few times as it has been rebooted it came Android OS is upgraded software.

    Short saying I'm "VERY MAD".

I can't quite understand what has happened.

I never did anything, but go in the Devolopers Options.

Short of sending new in Acer to be looked at.

ANY IDEAS?    Anyway thanks for all the ideas in advance: Ricky

If the unit is still under warranty, I suggest strongly back the seller as soon as possible, and it will become a problem Acer. You did nothing wrong, there is a software failure, and we all know that Android 4.1 and 4.2 are more than obsolete, so there is probably nothing you can do.

I'm also stuck with serious problems in my Iconia B1 with 4.1.2 Android and there not there an even a chance that Acer will provide updates anytime soon, at least not in this life.
