    I would appreciate help.

    Like many other people, I have a recurring problem with link BB do not synchronize my contacts with my Q10. At the end of the process, I get the standard message: "synchronization failed.     You must go through your wireless service provider for BlackBerry. If your provider cannot solve the problem they can (even if sometimes they try you "fob" and not worsen and you push them is hard to do.) Blame the carrier for that, not BlackBerry.

    If you don't go through your wireless service provider, then you can reach BlackBerry directly at 1-800-BLK-BERRY but it's $50 per support incident.

    I searched this forum and found great help the diagnosis for the problem with my dv7 - 3063cl from the beginning, but now I need to contact hp for help tech and can't figure out how.  I done a hard reset on my work laptop and got a set of LEDS which all light, cooling fan humming, but screen white and no sound of hd.  The troubleshooting page I told me that it was time to contact hp, but I could use help knowing how.  I'm well beyond my warranty and I would like to know what the problem is so I can try to revive my system.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

    As this last change to Firefox, upgrade 41 and a little, I had problem with access to a variety of regularly used sites and went back to the site of Firefox to download a new version of the software, Firefox now tells me that it can't load my profile. Firefox now won't work at all.

    I am currently using Internet Explorer and have miserably failed to attach a photo again the error message from Firefox. In essence, it says: "cannot load your Firefox profile. It may be missing or inaccessible. »

    Hi martin, please press the windows key + R and open: %APPDATA%\protector.exe
    a window of the Explorer is opened upwards, in there rename the folder called "Mozilla" to something like "Mozilla.bak" - then firefox should start over.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones for technical assistance: a bug to report...

    I am reporting this bug here because I can't reproduce it or remember it quite clearly, but a few days ago, I had an application while turning the phone in landscape mode. The result was a keyboard rotated covering the left side of the screen at all. The problem remained in the following application I started upward. After I left apps a few times and turn the phone several times, the problem disappeared and has not played since.

    There is obviously a bug related to redraw a place, but since I can't reproduce it I can not associate it with a specific application. I just wanted to bring support to aware of this problem.

    The version.83 referred to as 'the flight', is an unofficial OS that has not announced for Verizon.

    There is the assumption and expectation that Verizon will be releasing it.

    JSanders made the excellent point that Verizon may not even win,

    but choose to wait for a release of the latter. Basically, you need to learn more about the version.83 and

    decide if trust you him or not, and if your needs will be met by it.

  • U330 battery problem - technical assistance is USELESS

    Today, my battery decided to go to work perfectly fine on a charge with no not at all.
    I bought my one year and two months ago U330, which makes my battery out of warranty (despite an extended protection plan).   So, I need a new battery.  I called sales and tech support several times and no one can give me the correct order FRU number for the battery. I can't find it on the site and I don't call them once again.  I'm really amused by this incredibly bad and ridiculous customer service.

    That said, someone here happens to know the FRU number?

    No fru number, I could find, but you can buy battery on ebay (cheaper)

    My Netgear wireless router (model: N300 wireless (WNR2000v3) router wireless) has stopped working properly without Internet access for my laptop (there was a triangle 'yellow' small 'i' (exclamation point) on the Wi - Fi signal strength indicator in the lower right corner of my computer screen.).  I bought only the router ago 3 months 25/08/2012.  Netgear technical assistance is really "iYogi technical support.  After more than 3 hours, Abdullah, Tech support person had me change what I think are 'DNS' settings for the router, and it now the next day, Thursday, November 15, 2012, works very well, "so far".

    My question is this.  The "iYogi tech support" person said, after took my computer during the process of fixing my problem, I had 9% of my corrupt computer registry files and I need to have a computer system 'optimize' made, then I wouldn't have the same problem with the router, and other problems with my computer, in the future.  The service would cost me $150 with 1 year tech support 24/7 from "iYogi" (support for Netgear tech. company) or $50 to do it once.  There was a LOT of pressure to pay then and not wait a day or more so I could think my 90 days of Netgear Tech. Free support ends on Thursday, November 22, 2012.  The person of 'iYogi technical support', Abdullah, said that because my Toshiba laptop has 4 GB of RAM and the Netgear wireless router has a very small RAM, then in a near future the problem could happen again and I have to pay a lot of money for the correction of a problem including my registry corrupted 9% of my Windows 7 (Home Premium (64-bit) with Service Pack 1).

    I had no problems with my computer that I've known since the purchase of this new about 2 years (a portable satellite youcef) ago.

    I have to have my system "optimized"?  My really register 9% damaged and if yes, is this normal or do I need to have it fixed?

    I was wondering if I had another brand of a router (for example the Linksys), I have the same problem?

    I would be grateful to anyone who helps to answer my questions and all the other advice on this subject.

    "Registry was damaged and needed optimization" - complete garbage, if the registry is damaged the PC does not start, the registry requires no optimization, third party that claims to optimize the registry software is snake oil and in the worst cases can make the system unusable.
