Tecra A6 does not connect to internet with lan cable
I got a new Tecra A6, (windows xp) which is barely a week. fine, except that when I connect my router to the laptop computer with lan cable broadband, I am not able to connect to the internet. When I connect the cable to the internet, I'm getting the lan icon works correctly, but when I open a browser page, it says no connection.
considering that wireless works fine.
help appreciated.
Check the firewall settings.
Maybe the firewall is on and does not allow you to open Web sites.

Update: I indeed found firewall was the issue (the first time with updates of Firefox). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that no longer works.
Then I opened the application window of Norton Security (looking for information of firewall). I don't actually change or click on what to Norton. I decided to try to install again. This time, when I hit "Run" instead of "Save", the small window Norton popped up saying downloading is safe. Then he installed and opens very well.It may be a quirk of Norton? Or by choosing run rather than save (and running after registration)?

iPhone connects to the wifi but does not connect to internet
I have an iPhone running iOS 9.3.2 6s (last updated).
The phone connects to the wifi network, but even if it's to show the signal strength is good, the phone does not charge any internet content (weather, FaceBook, email, etc.). If I disconnect WiFi and use the data, it works very well. We have no problem connecting to the computer or a smart TV network wifi and internet connection.
This also happens with my daughter 5s iPhone and iPad for my son.

We have high-speed internet by cable (25 MB/s download speed) and a router Lynksys EA3500. Encryption is set to WPA (not WEP).

Here's a tip for the user on the problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest from the top and bottom. Maybe one of them will help you.
(1) perform a forced reboot: hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Leave the device to reboot.
(2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.
(3) reboot router/Modem: unplug power for 2 minutes and reconnect. Update the Firmware on the router (support Web site of the manufacturer for a new FW check). Also try different bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and different bandwidths (recommended for 2.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth).
(4) change of Google DNS: settings > Wi - Fi > click the network, delete all the numbers under DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 or otherwise 8.8.4.4
(5) disable the prioritization of device on the router if this feature is available. Also turn off all apps to VPN and retest the Wi - Fi.
(6) determine if other wireless network devices work well (other iOS devices, Mac, PC).
(7) try the device on another network, i.e., neighbors, the public coffee house, etc.
(8) backup and restore the device using iTunes (ask for more details if you wish).

HP Pavilion dv7 - 3188cl: HP Pavilion does not connect to Internet (resolved)
I recently got a HP Pavillion Entertainment, model number dv7 - 3188cl, for me to use for a class at the school by my uncle. Before the recovery, everything worked perfectly well. My uncle asked me to reset the computer, so we used the recovery disks that wiped the hard drive successfully but then refuses to reinstall the operating system. Instead of getting another set of recovery disks that I've used a Windows 7 install disc to reinstall the OS and he did so successfully with one flaw, the laptop does not connect to the internet.
I tried to connect via ethernet and it does not find my WiFi network. I suspect his lack a driver and checked for drivers on the HP site but he said that there is none. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and if there is no driver for this I would be grateful if you could tell me where to download from.

Had the laptop about 3 months now and still connected fine to my wireless internet. But recently he has stopped to connect to wireless internet.
I can't find my wifi connection, but it does not connect to it. My parents have the same laptop, purchased at the same time and can use it on the same wifi with no problems.
My sister has also no problems to connect to my wifi on his cell phone, neither does my Xbox 360 or my iPod Touch.

iPhone and iPad does not connect to internet
Hello
Since yesterday, I was unable to connect to internet via wifi on my iPad and iPhone. They show the power of the full signal and says I'm connected, but won't load Web pages or refresh applications. When I disable wifi on my phone everything works fine on the LTE, but I don't want to use my data.
I think it must be something with the update iOS because:
-J' completely rebooted our router and modem and it worked on my iPad for about 30 seconds (what makes a Web page) before it stopped working again.
-My boyfriend did not the last update on the iPad or iPhone, and both connect on our wifi at home, while my iPad or iPhone will connect to the internet.
-My iPhone also does not connect to the wifi in my work, even though I know it works as I am online on my computer work via wifi.
I noticed something strange on my iPhone and iPad when I went to check the settings wifi yesterday - the VPN configuration is flashing/refreshing without touching me, even if I don't have everything set up VPN connections. When I actually click on VPN, an error is displayed. There may be something wrong with the VPN on the new update which blocks the wifi signal?

If you are able to connect your iPad and iPhone to your wireless router agreement but the iPad and iPhone will not connect to internet, it is unlikely to have anything to do with the version of iOS.
Try this:
Restart your router (unplug unit, wait ten seconds and then reconnect it).
Wait for the router shows all lights normal and connected.
Now, reboot your iPad or iPhone

Samsung Blue Ray does not connect to internet, but being of other devices.
I used this Blue Ray Samsung drive with this router for over a year without problems. A few days ago I set up parental controls, by downloading the Netgear Genie app on my PC from Windows desktop, on the router, and now Blue Ray does not connect to the internet. However it connects to the router fine. I have 2 phones Andoriod, 1 tablet of Andoriod, a WII Game Console and your Windows desktop that all connect to the router and the internet very well. I tried shut down the drive several times over 2 days and has been turned off at night twice. I deleted and re - establish the creation of a Wi - Fi connection on the player. I even updated the router. and off the Parental control. all this without any success. The DNS and IP are obtained automatically by the player. Any ideas?

BDP-S570 - does not connect to internet via wifi
I just bought this today and it does not connect to the internet via wi - fi. I'm entering properly (my iphone, ipad and computers connect very well). I called tech support and they had no idea what either. I then connected with an ethernet cable, updated to the latest firmware and tried again with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? It shows that the wireless is OK, but Internet Access - failed. When I return to the guests and have it analyzed the available networks, it shows that I am connected... something is weird. I'm back if I can't make it work in the next day or so.
Network problems can certainly be difficult to diagnose.
Here are some useful steps to check where your problem is.Check the IP address: is it 192.168.x.xx? or 169.xxx.x.xx
If you have an address 169 it is a fake connect.What kind of network do you have? It's a Modem/Router combo? This is a modem connected to a router and then your Blu - ray player.
the router/Modem combos are more complicated, and you need to consult your provider of Internet services (ISP) to connect to help. (maybe a MAC filtering problem?)
If you have a problem with your Modem/Router try get a router and connect to the modem, you can have the best success with a stand-alone router you will have with a handset as they are less complicated to use.
If you already use a stand alone, try to temporarily disable your security and test it without warranty.is the firmware updated on your router (not the S70 but the router) the latest firmware is sometimes useful.

HP dv6tqe does not connect to internet
Ok. My laptop does not connect to the internet. It connected to the wifi very well, but does not connect to the internet. I tried the wiring and that no longer works. All other devices connect correctly. I had this problem before about a year ago or not, and it was solved when someone said on one of updates windows, causing this problem. I uninstalled and everything worked well. I am unable to conclude that now. The router is a Verizon Fios / Actiontec M142RWR router.
I am running windows 7.

For more to diagnose this problem, I recommend later in this document on the troubleshooting your wireless network and Internet access (Windows 7), as well as the problems in Internet Explorer 9 or earlier versions (Windows 7, Vista, XP). This should help you navigate on the Internet once more.
If you are still not able to log in, please follow the steps below to check if the laptop computer can communicate with the network:
Step 1. Click the Start button
Step 2. In the search box, type "Command Prompt"Step 3. Click on command prompt
Step 3. Type 'ping www.hp.com' and press ENTER.
Step 4. Now, I'd like you to record the IP address that is being crazy

Two pings succeeded? If this isn't the case, I would like to clear your DNS. You can do so by following the steps I outlined below:

Dell Studio 1555 does not connect to internet
I have a Dell Studio 1555 with windows vista, I recently did a clean install on him, that he had several errors saying THAT BOOTMGR was missing, which was apparently defeated and is therefore no longer and issue, however, I am currently trying to install CD player and more to install correctly, except for a few wireless readers. From that it does connect to the moderm via radio, not it connect to internet via ethernet cables. It's also extremely and unusually slow, with errors continious for several areas.
