Tecra M3: Cannot connect to the wireless LAN

Hi all

Since yesterday I have a problem with my wireless connection:
When I turn on the without orange wire the led light show but on the network connection, the message is: 'Not connected' and try on icon Office not start and display a red cross.

Why? Where is the problem?
I have upgrated readers... but not found
Before yesterday, the connection worked fine.

Help me please :-((

Thank you

Hello

I put t know what icon on the desktop you want to say but perhaps you intervene on the Wlan icon that appears in the taskbar.

In any case, to establish a connection to the wireless LAN laptop side switch must be enabled and you must also use the FN + F8 key combination to switch to the WLan.

Did you check that?

By the way; If there is a software problem, I recommend to use the System Restore tool and reverse the operating system to the beginning.

Good day

  • Satellite Pro A200 cannot connect to the wireless network

    Hello

I have a Satellite Pro A200 and Tuesday night I was able to connect to a wireless network. I received an update, rebooted and now it doesn t seem to work.

I can see the wireless networks available via the Toshiba Radar but cannot connect to my usual wireless network.
Also, the wireless network icon disappeared from my system tray and if I go to Control Panel/network connections, I can't even view available networks because there is no option to do so.

    Any ideas?
    the FN/F8 will work?
    Help! Please, I beg you!

Have you tried using System Restore and restore the operating system on time earlier?
Maybe this will remove the update installed, and you can again use the WLAN.

    Check it out.

  • Satellite Pro U400 (XP pro) cannot connect to the wireless network

I got a U400 straight out of the box. I installed XP pro through the disc of recovery without any problem, except that I am not able to connect to the Wi-Fi here. (Other devices connect very well so the problem is at the end of the laptop) I tried to update via windows update (SP3) via a wired LAN connection but still the same problem. Other posts here have any suggestions for downloading new drivers from realtek. All of the solutions presented do not work for me. Anything else I can try?

I am able to see all the wireless networks that are available in the range and may try to connect (provide the WPA password) but after watching the "preparation to connect" screen for a while he seems to abandon without reporting any error

    Hi guys

First check if you are using the latest version of the BIOS.
Second, clear all options of the router WLan security (filtering by MAC address, Firewall, encryption of WLan, etc.) and try to establish the WiFi connection.

If you're going to succeed the problem is certainly related to the encryption settings
Step by step, activate the settings and set up the router again.

    Good luck

  • Want 5532: Printer cannot connect to the wireless network

My desire 5532 impossible to connect to the network wireless after upgrading the firmware on the router. When you use the wireless on the printer configuration wizard, it cannot find the router. When I manually enter the SSID router and the password, it remains impossible to connect. It wasn't a problem before. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Scott

After updating firmware on the router makes you hard reset the router to its factory settings. Then reconfigure the router back to your configuration, do not use any file backup right? If this isn't the case, please do it first to get your fixed router. Reset the printer to the network settings, and then try again.

  • HP Deskjet 2540: My printer cannot connect to the wireless network (SSID is not found)

    Hello

I have a HP Deskjet 2540 printer that is configured to print using the USB cable, and I have no problem printing through it. I just bought a router (D-link DWR116) and I'm trying to set up the connection to the router wireless to my printer. When I use the printer setup & software and select the option "convert a connected USB printer wireless", I can choose to enter into the setting of the printer access the router automatically or manually. These two will come with the same problem where the program is my name SSID of the router successfully but then failed to connect to what the SSID is not found.

It comes on it comes up with the error message:

Question: You have manually entered the name of the network (SSID) cannot be found.
Solution: Check that your wireless router is powered. When to manually enter the name of your network (SSID), make sure you enter exactly including upper and lower case and spaces.
    ============================================================================================

Which is meaningless because it came with the SSID earlier and I chose what options the wireless network available. I tried to manually enter the SSID, but after entering the password for the router, the same error message appears.

    Help, please.

    Thank you

In fact, I solved the problem. Something about the wifi light on the printer. It can not be flashing, I don't know what the blue light flashes on the wofo of the printer, but I don't think that it means that the wifi is on.

  • Laptop does not connect to the wireless LAN

My knees worked well with the wireless and then suddenly won't go to any website. Laptop is connected wireless but does not to any website... If I go to solve problems... Windows Firewall is mentioned. Can anyone help?

You mentioned the windows firewall in your message...
It is possible that the active windows firewall prevents you from connecting and loading website...

Usually active firewall should not create problems and its not recommended to disable the firewall internal system but in your case, you can try to disable the firewall for testing purposes...

To open Windows Firewall go to control panel - Windows Firewall.
Enable or disable, and then click turn on the Windows Firewall. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Then click on disable Windows Firewall in each network location that you want to stop trying to protect, and then click OK.

  • Equium L40: Cannot depend on the wireless Lan card

I tried to turn on my abilities wirelesss using FN + F8 as shown in my manual, however when I run a search for wireless connections to repeatedly get a message saying that the wireless features are not lit and it fails to correct the problem.
    I use an Equium L40.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Hello

I don't really know what you're doing wrong. The fact is that WLAN card must be turned on in the same way on all Toshiba laptops.

At the first switcher WLAN to on the situation and after doing this light WLAN must be turned on. After you do this using FN + F8 key combination and make sure that the WIFI is enabled.

So now you should be able to use the wireless network on your laptop card. Open ConfigFree application and choose RADAR to locate the WLAN in your area.
I do the same on several laptops at home (old and new models).

  • Problem connecting to the wireless LAN.

My roommate and I just got wireless internet. She can connect without a problem by using his laptop, but refuses to my office. I have a B of Linksys Wireless USB adapter. Let's get our wireless network, he'll tell me that the network is out of range when I try to join. When I go to do it manually, it says "the network password needs to be 40bits or 104bits depending on your network configuration. This can be entered as 5 or 13 ascii characters or 10 or 26 hexadecimal characters. "I read somewhere that WEP data encryption may have to be modified in the WAP format, but this format is not an option on my computer.  It seemed that I needed to download. If it's my problem, I have another question, how do I download something from the internet when the problem is that my computer does not have the internet?

The message about "5 or 13 ascii characters or 10 or 26 hexadecimal characters" means the WEP encryption (which is essentially no encryption as much as anyone other that the more casual intruder is concerned).  Yes, you should use WPA or WPA2 encryption, but your old wireless adapter may not support one of the people.

You most likely problem is that the wireless router is configured to use wireless-G only.  You must be the one controlling the router enter the configuration utility and set it to allow two G and B.  If you identify the make and model of the router, I can tell you how to do it--assuming you have access to the router.

You can consider buying a new wireless adapter.  http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&N=-1&isNodeId=1&Description=wireless+usb+adapter (read the comments before you select only on the price)

My Photosmart C4780 worked just well, wireless, and now I can't print unless I connect it to my laptop or desktop via the usb cord.  I'm under that Mac OSX 10.9 with the Mavricks downloaded on both computers.  I was able to print from my Mac Mini, iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air all without problem, but now my WiFi network Test report said that I do not see "Network name (SSID found)".  The Configuration Page of my status Netowrk said HP network is Offline and my Active connection Type is None, but I can see my network under number of 802.11 networks discovered.  I think I just need to connect or reconnect the printer to the network but I can't find how to do this anywhere on the help site.  Can someone tell me how to connect my printer to my network now?  When I first installed it on the network, I had no 10.9 OSX with Mavricks so the installation CD works perfectly, but it does not work either.  One last thing, when I try to use the screen on the printer and go through the WIFI Protected Setup the two push button and PIN fails.  HELP PLEASE...

I have included a document with steps on how to change the printer to a USB connection to a wireless connection. It has a paragraph for Mac OS X Lion mountain/OS X v10.9 Mavericks v10.8. The second option in this section is how to move from the existing USB connection.
