When I run the application, it always starts the same thing (text, buttons will not change)... Even if I delete most of my code, the output always the same. I had to go to my folder bin-debug double-click my swf to see the changes... What is going on? Any help? Thank you!

  I did not upgrade to FB 4, again. I am still using Flex 3.

  But I ran into a similar problem when I started using Flex. I don't remember how I solved it. I think it was clear the browser cache and the clean-up project.

  Have you tried to clean up the project? In Flex 3, this is the project > clean.

• Tecra A8 - Touchpad has stopped working

  Hi all!

  I have a Tecra A8 (model: PTA83E) who has an ALPS touchpad. The touchpad has stopped working even if it is visible and fully operational in 'Device Manager' and also the 'Control Panel '. Apparently there is nothing wrong with it but the touchpad does not meet the clicks or touchs, it seems as if it has been disabled, but said, in Device Manager, the information is 'this device is functioning.

  I updated the OS to Windows 7 Enterprise and I would like to activate the touchpad if not I should always use a usb mouse. I searched the touchpad drivers but it seems they are Don t.

  This is the information that I can view in "Device Manager", about the pilot:

  Hey guys!

  I have a Toshiba Tecra 9100 with a built-in mouse AccuPoint, I never really liked.
  So I plugged in a USB-mouse standart for using Windows XP.
  But whenever Windows is running, my mousepointer is drifting sideways. If I klick anywhere, I must, with one hand, difficulty the Accupoint for the opposite direction of where my pointer is moving and with the other hand using my 'normal' USB mouse

  I received the new Service-Packs of XP, latest Version of BIOS and tried to say the Toshiba control center to disable the AccuPoint by "auto". But he always arises when I touch it.

  I don't know what the problem is. Is it possible to completely disable this AccuPoint? Or do you have other ideas what this could be?

  If you use an external mouse I recommend you to disable the mouse on your Tecra AccuPoint. I had similar problem on my Tecra M1. I also disabled AccuPoint-mouse and touchpad.

  Now, I can work without this very annoying problem.

• Tecra A10 erratic mouse then freezes when serial port used for something else

  MT Tecra A10 was beautiful, but has developed a growing problem. It is running win7 ultimate. When you connect anything serial port wise it blocks indicating the Mouse / touchpad. USB mouse feezes completely, 98% frozen touchpad series same happenes when connecting via a usb emulator. Software on the laptop using series includes RS logix, perfect Omron CX1 Motion and NQ Designer, that said that they worked, can anyone guid help me pls.

  Eventually, the software that controls the serial port or the device connected to the serial port is not fully compatible with Win 7.
  I think that this should be checked first.
  Maybe one of you should look for the Special Forum of the manufacturer of the software for more details

• Touchpad has lost some features

  My touchpad has lost some features... I can still do the click function but striking swiping does not move the cursor. (I had to add a mouse to the laptop to get my cursor to move).

  It begins only after I have connected to the computer. The touchpad has all of the features, while I'm on the login screen, it starts only failed once Windows appears. Which leads me to believe that this is a setting in Windows.

  I tried to disable and re-enable the touchpad in the mouse settings functions; remove the touchpad Device Manager and restart the computer. checked all my touchpad settings were the same, none had changed.

  Windows says I have the latest drivers for the device. But just to be sure, I entered my model number of the laptop on the Toshiba Driver Downloads box and downloaded the synaptic drivers. When I tried to install these drivers installation has failed. (I have not yet tried to remove the drivers that came with the laptop, but that try next if I can't find something else that solves this problem.)

  Can someone please offer suggestions on what else to try?

  At first, I must say that it will be interesting to know what model of laptop you have and what operating system you use.

  Have you tried to turn the touchpad on or off using the F keys?

• Acer Aspire 471 - V5 - 6876 Touchpad has stopped working

  Has been working well for a few days then suddly stopped working (no cursor appears and movement does nothing). Keyboard mouse external, fine when it's plugged in works fine.

  Rebooted and no change, no events in the log events for material, looks fine in Device Manager. I have not discarded with drivers yet, but it is brand new and worked great for the first 2 days. Tried Fn + F7 in case it has been disabled. It's computer of my mother, and she is a pretty basic user, so it is unlikely that she played with all relevant parameters.

  Any ideas? Help?

  I have had dealing with this problem for almost a year now.  I developed a small workaround solution that may be useful to others.

  If you let the laptop all of the time and the action set to "Do nothing" when you close the lid of the laptop... (breath),

  The touchpad seems to have sleep code of its own and will remain in standby state after opening the cover.  It is a design flaw (suspected).  The workaround is to hit CTRL-ESC and use the arrow keys to navigate down to the 'Shut Down', 'Hibernate', 'Log Out', 'Lock', function 'Sleep' in the Start button menu options.   Select 'Sleep' and leave the laptop you're going to sleep.  It must be completely in mode "Eve" in 15 to 20 seconds.  Once it is in a sleep state, press the ESC key and it will wake up upward with the Mouse touchpad functionality restored.

  Can I have more information on your mac? The info above, it looks like you have 4 GB of ram. What is your CP?

  It look like your computer is slow is because 98% of your PC is used for Hearthstone witch led to a driver failure, and your RAM has a lot to deal with. I would recommend strength leave Hearthstone when they surf the web, etc... Hope this helps, good luck to you.

  I recently format my computer and reinstall windows 7, since it was the only way I know of to solve the problem with Firefox (I already had this problem too). I download the latest version of firefox 33.0.2 and install it. This version was super fast. But becomes slow and unresponsive when I tried to install the Add-ons. I visited the official site of firefox and searching for addons, when I tried to install addons, Firefox crashed. Therefore, it has becomes quite slow and cannot restore previous sessions. Even to type my email address, it takes more than 5 minutes and reacts more frequently (after typing each letter).
  I want to know if this is due to some viruses, or this version of firefox is not "stable".

  1. Enter Subject: hangs in the Firefox address bar and press ENTER. A list of submitted Crash reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  When you reinstall Firefox it always uses your old profile with all the old things that you had. That said, you're lucky, there is a new feature that lets you "Reset" of Firefox. This will remove some of the pieces that might cause problems while it keeps your bookmarks and other important things safe.

  Your S50T-a Satellite seems to bear a Touchpad with some additional features such as click pad with gestures multitouch control supporting the different features of scroll, zoom and launch at hand.

• 3480CT Accupoint mouse does not work

  I just bought this laptop for use at home as a small portable computer which can be connected to our wireless network and can be used anywhere around the House easily.

  In any case, I have and the accupoint mouse does not work, any more than the mouse buttons. The person I bought said he thinks its because the correct driver is not installed.

  I see that the Web Site of Toshiba UK does not list the reader pionting device for your laptop model. So I assume that it should use the standard version of Windows XP.

  Check in for your pointing device Device Manager to see if it is showing up with errors. Also, you should be able to run a troubleshooter for it and perhaps also a calibration tool. (You may need to move around with the arrow keys or tab).

  If all else fails, you can try to recover your system with the recovery CD and that the pointer is still not working properly, then this would indicate a hardware fault.
