• Unstable text photo slide show

  I store my pictures on iCloud and have a large enough library (about 10,000 photos). My wife is the construction of a slide show of our recent trip to the Islands British virgins and selected approximately 390 pictures to include in the slide show. She first added all desired photos and launched a project. Once in the project, she added text to many photos. After adding text to nearly 250 photos, all the text on all the photos have disappeared. It seems that there is no way to retrieve the text lost in these photos. After removing my wife on the ceiling, I start over. This time when she was on the 50th photo, all the added text above again disappeared. She spent many, many hours at this point and it seems that Photos for Mac or the ability to slide show in the Photos has a problem. My questions are:

  1. are we something wrong

  2 have we exceeded the capacity of photos or slides in the show

  3 should use us another program to create a slide show, and if so what program.

  4. our intention was to build the slideshow with text captions and then save it in iTunes and then transfer the DVD slideshow to share with others who have enjoyed our holiday with us.

  A method to solve our problems has been addressed under a different issue of securities 'Slide show of the problems' in the community.

• The difficulty to remove watermark or text, photos

  I can't delete a previously created watermark/text (I don't remember that I used) on a lot of my photos. I tried Youtube and tried by selecting 'Edit watermark' from the main menu (under: "Lightroom") where I had a fight a dozen watermarks created, I went through the list and delete the text in the text at the bottom of this window box. No luck. I tried to uncheck watermarks in Web, print and Slideshow modules - with no luck once again. I created this text watermark several months ago, and I forgot how I added it, so I'm really not have no removing at all success. Any input is much appreciated. -Ngolo

  AFAIK watermarks are applied only to the exported images. If you still have the original image which should also included modifications you have done on these images.

  You just remove the exported images that have the watermark and re-export the originals or re-export just the originals with a character appended to the name. LR will do it sort of all by itself, and or ask you if you want or replace one already in the file.

  Everything you do in the Watermark dialog box is remove, or try to delete, 'Available' watermarks to be placed on an image.

  If it aren't your images and you didn't initially to place the watermark on the images and watermarks are there for a reason.

• Moving and sharing photos - catalog questions

  Until recently, all my photos were on a single disc with a Lightroom catalog. Now, there are too many pictures for a single disc, so I split it into two disks and created a new catalog to deal with two different places. Of course, I immediately lost all my ambient light changes. I have a lot of backups, so nothing was really lost now the question:

  How to keep a Lightroom catalog while dividing the pictures into two discs AND keep all my changes, virtual copies, etc.?

  Right now, the restored catalog contains all the changes, but half of the photos are not where the catalogue is expected to make them. What is the way simpler and more secure to do?

  A single catalog, Lightroom can support photos stored on several disks, even the pictures offline. If you want to move pictures from one album to another, you can do the moves within Lightroom. If you choose to make the trip in the operating system, then you can create a link to the photos. In short, it can all be done with a single catalog.

  I'm about to finally upgrade iPhoto Photos on our mid 2010 MacBook Pro. My intention is to keep a copy of the complete resolution of each photograph on our MacBook Pro by enabling the option 'Download this Mac originals '. I think reading on the Photos all of my photos & videos will be synchronized between my MacBook, iPhone and iPad Pro if I select to use iCloud Photo library functionality and that if I delete a photo on my iPad, for example, it will remove this photo in iCloud and so on all my devices connected. My question is the original photograph display full resolution will also be deleted on the MacBook Pro? Reason for the request is I wish I could use my iPad Pro through my entire photo library and bring order to the top (remove bad photographs, etc.), but if these photographs I remove in iCloud by using my iPad remain on my MacBook Pro so I'll have to do it again on my MacBook Pro... so I would be wasting my time to do using my iPad. Thanks for any advice.

  Yes, I understand form everywhere Deleting removes everything for everyone but I haven't checked it - Léonie done much more work on his iPad and may have checked this

  As for the upgrade - I see no reason to do it in two steps - I just back up and go to Sierra then start leaning Phtops (this is a new program with a learning curve and new workflow - if you think of it like an iPhoto update you will be frustrated because he's not - is a completely new application)

• OfficeJet Pro L7780: Officejet Pro L7780 missing of the vertical lines on text & photos

  Everything that I try to print has lack of vertical lines, text or photos. Happens if I print from my computer or if I try to copy a page directly to the printer. I went through the troubleshooting page full... the ink is all well heads, all good impression. Whenever I try to run a printer align it does not end the page. Whenever I have nothing he's trying to align printer print when its done & still cannot print the entire page. Gives me an error and says to check my documataion. I checked the book with my printer & there is nothing in this whole problem.

  I understand the frustration that this must be for you. Looks like there are two separate issues. When the printer clean print heads and not properly align itself, this indicates that there is a problem with the cartridge, the print head or the line break. For vertical lines, it is usually independent for cartridges and print heads (not being is not a print quality problem). The paper type and print settings might be the problem.

  To help determine the cause have you used this document: troubleshoot print quality HP Officejet Pro L7500, L7600, and L7700 all-in-One Printer Series?

  Use the document in the order will help you determine if the print heads need to be replaced. If so, please contact HP.

  Please confirm that the vertical or horizontal lines?

  NOTE: are not replace the cartridges and printheads for vertical streaks in a print. Instead, check the paper as directed earlier in this document, or search for a document that addresses this issue. Vertical streaks on copies can often be fixed by cleaning the scanner glass.

  I got my BB Curve 9360 for Christmas and he has got all set up and it was working fine... He loved.  However, about 3 weeks ago I suddenly could no longer text pictures.  This strange thing is is produced both my wifi router broke and was replaced in my house and I also got a new car and added the BB to my Bluetooth on my car.  Two things happened the same day and all of a sudden I can't send pictures... and I've been playing with the phone since then.  Also, my camera seems to freeze place a lot, too, which he has never done before.

  Anyone want to take a crack at this?  I would be eternally grateful to have this annoying problem solved.

  I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... ( Please wait for this before moving on to the next step) :

  (1) registry HRT

  (2) Service reference books

  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your mobile service provider for official support about your inability to send MMS.

  I'm trying to create a form that has fields required in it. I know that Adobe Acrobat is a great way to say "Hey, you must complete this part of the form...." "so what I wanted to do was put an overlay of a text box on top of the question, so they can't jump some criteria in the form. For example, if my name is John and my last name is Smith I would like the first (first name) box is visible and the second box (surname) to be hidden until I enter any name such as John, Joe, Chris, Abigail, etc..

  Is it possible that there is that the availability of hide a box of text over the expression until something has a value contained in the previous question?

  I'm transferring photos to a new computer.  All the files have been transferred other than the Lightroom file.  It is about 15 gigabytes.

  This folder contains your catalog and previews file. It must be on the new computer. After the installation of Lightroom on the new computer simply double-click this catalog and start using Lightroom, as you did before.   I did not delete the text "[[[eps001.eps]]]...". "using script, you test and eventually remove it by using grep.

I like to transfer my photos from my right digital camera to my kodak softwear. Can I still keep this and only transferred those I want to correct on items 11?. Items 11 to take oily skin of photos and make them look fresh and not greasy?  I like the look glamour shot without everyone having an oily face. Thank you.

  When you copy pictures from your camera through any software (Kodak, elements, Lightroom, import Windows operating system, etc.) a physical copy is created on your storage media (whenever you have configured the software to copy photos to).

  When you install Photoshop Elements, you also get Photoshop elements Organizer. Organizing is a virtual library of images and videos that are available on your computer. You can choose which photos are included in the Organizer, choosing the images you want to import. The request of the Organizer, you can view your assets and then modify, improve or change accordingly in Photoshop element Editor (photos) or Premiere Elements (for videos, requires separate purchase).

  To answer your questions:

  • Can I use 11 elements without interfereing with my kodak software? [Ivan David] Yes!
  • Can I still keep this and only transferred those I want to correct on items 11? [Ivan David] Yes, absolutely. Choose and import only the photos you want in Photoshop multimedia elements.
  • Items 11 to take oily skin of photos and make them look fresh and not greasy? [Ivan David] It. I believe, might be possible, but may require some skills. There is no simple way to do this in Photoshop elements 11 again.

• "Floating" text / graph framework question

  Working on a Church Directory design and I have a question. I have over a hundred images on a large number of pages. Is there a way to design where each pane of content (using blocks of text currently) is floating? So say someone with the last name of Anderson is added later, I don't have to move all the entries of a table or move more than 100 text frames? In my head, I should be able to have a lot of "floating" images, and if I add a new image between two of them, everything will move accordingly.

  Not a crazy idea, but I don't know where to start with it.
