Thank you for the installation of genuine hp ink cartridges

I just replaced 3 ink cartridges and I get this message to come several times per minute

"Thanks for the installation of genuine hp ink cartridges."

The two buttons that can be selected are "View rewards" or "no thanks."

I tried pressing each button, but the message continues

Thank you for the info, I have a few steps, I recommend you:

First, remove the printer ink cartridges and reset the power supply.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

I would recommend then update the printers firmware:

Get updates of the printer for HP Officejet Pro 8600
