  The first page is not giving any header leave it empty, give the details of the header on the second page, it will come to the remaining page as well.

  Just pass the numbering of the pages on the first page of output, using "different first page".
  Neednt you have @section for this purpose.
  delete and use @section instead you want to just have a page break before each group.

  @section as well as "Different first page", will be applied to the first page of each section.

Looks like this is the default behavior and works very well for most cases.

  Define the action of refreshment in the portlet properties and either create a new action in your pageflow that goes anywhere. For your condition, it should be sufficient to trigger the action update as "begin" (assuming that is the name of your first action)
